[Resolved]  KFC — worst behaviour of the employee.

Restaurant name and location:

Kfc restaurant next galleria mall hyderabad.

What happened?

Rude and worst behavior of your billing employee on the counter. Beside another employee was shouting token number. Then i said why are shouting don't call loudly. Then the guy in billing counter is saying that, we call like this only what to do. Then i said i am talking to that person why are you telling all this to me? Then he is shouting on me and telling that we all are one what you will do he said. Then the manager and in charge came he was unable to control the employee. What is this non sense what kind of customer service are you providing i asked? Then the manager is replying me simply don't mind. Then i said cancel my order. The employee shouting like anything and saying that who want your order cancel your order in front of manager and in charge. And that management people also unable to control that guy. Who is he to tell cancel my order. He can apology and he may convince me to have the order but he was telling that who want your order cancel the order. Who is he to tell that? Is he the owner of kfc? And you loss one valuable customer what kind of employees are maintaining don't you train your employees how to behave with the customers and make them humble and polite with customers before training and during the job.

How am i affected?

Big insult for me and you loss the customer it means you are also affected.
What kfc should do.. To resolve this issue?
Terminate the employee immediately because the # is teaching philosophy and rules to me that we employees all are one here in front of manager is he and manager are same…?. Then why manager/incharge (Terminate the manager also because he was unable to control the employee) if you are doing international standard buisiness maintain some sop's. Maintain electronic announcement for token numbers rather than shouting/ calling token numbers with louder voice in fish market. If your employee want to show heroism terminate them. The employee should provide good customer service to the customer not like this which happens to me.

I was trying to place order yesterday (22 october ) from KFC but my payment deducted and order not placed I made payment through UPI phone pay, I am so disspointed Please refund my money ASAP also I send mail regarding this but no respond
