Dear Team,
I am a regular customer at KFC and I dine at your restaurant at least twice or thrice a week. So when I planned a movie with my friends, I decided to place a takeaway order at Store No. G–15&16, F-19&20, R-Mall, United Motors Ltd Ghodbunder Road, Near Runwal Estate, Thane (West) Phone:+[protected] so that we are not late for our movie. But to my shock, when I arrived at the store they were ignorant about my order(Order number :[protected] Order Pick Up Time:[protected]:49:00 ) and told me that they haven't received any order. I also showed them the confirmation mail which I received from your side regarding my order. I also called up the customer care number but they were unable to resolve the issue and told me that I can cancel the order. I was so furious by this behaviour. As result we reached late for our movie because we choose another restaurant( Pizza Hut) and our whole evening was spoiled. I request you to please look into the mater and do the needful.
