Hello, My father was admitted in KG last week. He was supposed to get discharged on Monday but the process was delayed due to pending insurance claims. The final insurance settlement came on Tuesday and was conveyed to them at 7:30pm. As my parents were alone and live in Kotagiri, they will not be able to travel back at this time. My mother had already agreed with Dr. RK that they will leave early morning on Wednesday after the settlements. We were ready also to pay extra room charge. When this was told to the lady at the insurance, she behaved very badly, yelling and screaming making my mother cry. This is absolutely unacceptable and I would like action taken against this woman. We would expect to be treated respectfully and this treatment of my elderly parents is not expected from a reputed hospital as KG.

    My wife mother admitted for small fracture in right leg she in HDU in first floor
    i am waiting for more than 3hours rooms are allotted room no 5116 but still patient is not come what the reason she tell sir pls wait dutynurse are interchnage so pls wait and another reason is strucutre is not coming i[censored] have onlyone structure? ?? Very wrost management is kg hospital pls take the action i am totally disappointed

      There's already two complaints in this board against Dr. Nithyan. There would be definitely thousands of them not accounted for. One should behave like a human to be a doctor. His rude behavior towards elderly patients doesn't qualify him to be a human. His medical license should be revoked. Take action against him.

      I still regret taking my father to him for angiography. He is no more. My gut feeling says, things become worse after angiography.

      How you behave reflects how your services will be.

      There are plenty of other good doctors in Coimbatore. Advice to others never go to him. He is the worst.

        We admited our grandpa to this hospital for the treatment, First upon The the hospitality is worst ever I seen. The Staff nurses are irresponsible mostly at the night time. Canteen food is worst, they provided Old food for the patients, is we queries about that they casually answered, we'll try to provide fresh food next time.The fact that the management of the hospital is not aware of this means that they are complicit. It was the worst medical administration I have ever seen Everything that many o[censored]s have seen and heard from others is a lie, everything is just an act. It was only after coming here that I realized that this is a bad administration that treats medicine as a mere business rather than a service This is a hospital with excellent management that makes even a healthy person visit the mortuary.Mainly to me how is it fair to force them to undergo dialysis even if we say no This is the true face of the KG administration, it is nothing like the news and advertisements, it is for the welfare of the people, it has tarred our entire property along with this hospital. I will keep him in the government hospital for good treatment.

          Hi, I'm subramanian (88years) from Coimbatore. Last year i had got operated and kept pacemaker u der guidance of the doctor Nithyan. His behaviour with patients was very bad . He even don't know how to behave from the day we admitted. Please take necessary action on it. This is not a proper way to handle the old patients

            Don't accept digital payments when to avail insurance and the MOU is not updated with ICICI for COVID wards so we need to pay 50 percentage of room rental.

              We connected with Mr.Sivagurunathan, regarding his vaccine certificate.
              It is true that he was unable to pull out his first dose certificate. Our staff had already explained at length on how to get it done and he was contented with the phone call.
              Raising a void complaint which was already addressed is very disappointing and not correct.

                Hi Team,
                I have took my covishield vacation on kg. When i asked for the bill they said can be collect on hospital. But when i called help desk, their response was very worst. They are saying that we are not responsible and we cant do anything..

                I never expected this kind of response from them.. before coming to desk please ask them to learn telephone ethics...

                  Sir,
                  I am Charles from Kuniamuthur, Coimbatore. I came to KG Hospital to administer the Covishield Vaccination – Dose 1 on 16th March 2021. I paid the Covid vaccination charges Rs.250/ and got the vaccination done. I did not receive any message for the vaccination done from the “cowin.gov.in portal”. I waited for a long time and asked for the certificate for the 1st Dose Vaccination. They said they will enter the data and give the certificate but they never gave me. I kept on following with them repeatedly for the certificate. They said it is portal error. They never gave me the certificate.
                  They further asked me to have the ‘ 2nd Dose Covishield Vaccination’ on 14th April’21 and to collect the certificate during that time. Accordingly I administered the 2nd Dose Covishield Vaccination on 24th April’21. For this they gave me a Certificate where it was printed ‘Provisional Certificate for Covid 19 Vaccination – 1st Dose on 24 April 2021’. I felt deeply annoyed. How can they give me a certificate like this when I have administered the 2nd Dose on 24 April 2021?
                  They said it is portal error and they promised me to get the certificate for 2nd Dose. I made repeated attempts to KG Hospital to get my certificate. But there was no proper response from them. Then I contacted Mr.Jeyakumar, CEO, KG Hospital. He promised me to get the certificate after 80 days. Now I am trying to contact him through his whatsapp and there is no response from his end.
                  Having administered the 1st dose done on 16th March 21 and the 2nd dose done on – 24th April 2021, the KG Hospital is not providing me the provisional certificate for the same.
                  Demanding certificate for the 2nd Dose which I had administered is my fundamental right. If I am not getting my certificate then I shall submit formal petition against the hospital and Mr.Jeyakumar to the following persons,
                  1. Dr.G.Bakthavathsalam, Chairman, KG Hospital
                  2. CM Cell
                  3. Minister for Municipal Administration
                  4. Secretary to Government
                  5. Director of Municipal Administration
                  6. Commissioner and Special Officer
                  7. City Health Officer
                  If this is the plight of an educated person what would have been for an illiterate ?

                  I fully understand your mental status, but at the same time I will not accept your allegations.

                  After receiving your call I've asked your details which you sent on 28th April 2021. After receiving your details immediately I called you and spoke to you and explained you about the portal issue and non accessibility of portal at that time. And I've promised to resolve this once portal is unlocked through WhatsApp message on 3rd June 2021, .

                  Once our portal was unlocked Govt sent guidelines stating that 2nd dose can be entered only after 84 days of 1st Dose, which was replied to you through WhatsApp for your reminder on 15th June 2021.

                  The 84 days falls on on 17th July 2021 - the first dose entered on 24th April 2021.

                  You've sent Two messages on Monday and Wednesday, for which the reply has been sent to you on 15th June 2021 itself. Before completion of 84 days if you sent messages I'm not in a position to help you.

                  As I spoke to you explained in detail again today the certificate will be sent you tomorrow through WhatsApp.

                    Myfather R.Devarajan[protected]wasadmitted in emergency ward on 15th December 2019 due to breathing problems. Afterdiagnosis, Pulmonologist informed us that my father was suffering from 4thstage lung cancer. Eventhough, my father consulted several doctors well in advance in KG, doctor teamdid not find out the cancer at an earlier stage. Advanced4th stage meta cancer was detected onlyafter my father admitted in Emergency ward. Detailsof consultation with various doctors in brief. Dr name Date of consult Test Dr.Ramakrishnan[protected] Neurologist 17.10.2019 [protected] 2-2-2019 4 times in 2018 Dr.Nithiyan[protected] ECHO ECG Heart specialist[protected] ECG Dr.Balakrishnan 30.11.2019 Tympanogram Audiogram Vertigo test MRI ENT 04.11.2019 Tympanogram Audiogram Vertigo test Dr.Periyar selvi 17-10.2019 When my father visited hospitalfrequently in the last 5 months for health issues (giddiness, vomiting) cancer may be detected at the 2nd stage, Ifdoctors suggested Senior citizen’s master health check up with Xray alongwith above mentioned test Sir, Whatis the point of saying that cancer is not detectable, when my father isready to spend money for health checkup. CRMassured me that you will get reply with in 2 days.But i don't received a replyeven after 9 months.Ihope that this time i will get call from your side.

                      There is no proper ethics followed in the KG pharmacy, patients are kep waiting where the staffs are busy chatting and in phone behind the racks, no one is asking for the prescription but they get it from the hospital staffs. A staff is giving prescription where we where waiting for 15 minutes, they got it and told the price, then the staff told a medical representative who was standing outside, he came and then told that he doesn't needs it. We are made fools . No patient care. I want Mr Bakthavachalam, sir to know about it, as he knows the pain of building the rapo which is spoiled by these creatures.

                        The nurse name is gayathri in op.
                        She did not respond properly, when i asked about the test name again she started shouting at me. When i said i am not a doctor to understand all those she immediately disconnected the call. Even reception people was doing the same. They don't know how to behave to the patients. We are not taking treatment for free we are paying for our problems.

                          Hi i am prayul jain. I just want to tell to the hospital management that today 8-3-19 i visited hospital at morning 10am with my wife for consultation with gynaecologist ms chandrakala madem and now it’s 2.22pm till now lots of patient came after me and left long back but there is no proper response from any of the staff i have asked several times and the answer is same wait for some time. 1st thing a pregnant lady should me be waited in hungry from long time it’s along 4and half hours we are waiting here... Treat patients as patients not as coustomers

                            I came here to complain bout doctor heart specialist dr. Nithin, regarding his rude behavior with patients, and sound voice while communicating... We respect you not because of human being we respect you bcz of your qualification... Because of increasing sound and unwanted talks with parents and gaurdian will irritates...

                              I have been subjected to sexual abuse inside buses by men rubbing their erect penis on my buttocks in thrissur, thiroor(Malappuram) while i was going through a rehabilitation program in which the psychiatrist reduced my testosterone level by combining the wrong drug for which i am taking hormone replacement.And he is practicing scott free.I suffer from epilepsy and depression, so they find me an easy target.I felt like slapping them, but since our judiciary is blind, deaf, dumb and crippled i just spoke something and let the issue pass by.But later on it was repeated by women inside hellite supermarket, thrissur and today inside the diabetology opd of kg hospital.They should try to play their private eye cameras and confirm this fact.Accidents do not always happen accidently.The muslims in malappuram and calicut are known to be homosexuals and sheiks from gulf reach here for anal sex.I am not a gay.If women are really interested me, why only stop with touching or poking my buttocks.Lets have a full fledged sexual affair with the right person.I am single.You can contact me through facebook.Men keep out, i am not a gay.

                              The company would include not only kg hospital but private buses in thirroor, malappuram, hellite super market thrissur.Otherwise experience at kg hospital has been good.This misbehaviour at kg was committed by an old female, either a patient or a patient's bystander.Let them check it with their private eye camera.
                              Oh, yes i forgot, while i was walking on the tread mill quite fast, the tmt tech an old lady saw her opportunity to caress my buttocks. At kg. They ought to have a give and take attitude. Yeah lots of horny ladies out there, i guess. Are they planning for a sex tourism. Any way you now know the mind set of the proverbial sati savitri women. How they have metamorphosised. Should i be complaining about it or not is the question, also. To complain or not to?
                              What would be their reply? It was an accidental touch because of the crowd. But when such accidents happens to one person regularly, what do u expect me to do? I think there should be a men's help line as well where we can report our complaints against women/men. Men may not report such issues due to a sense of shame. Liberalism cannot go unchecked.

                                I am Sathis Kumar From Erode, I admit My Grandmother in KG Hospital for Some Brain Problem, They Treated Patients Very Careless and also they working only for the money, They Give lot of trobules the Patients attenters, No Explanitations abt the patients health improvment, so much unwanted expences for medicins. Dear Viewers Pls Don't Go to KG Hospital for our Body Cheakup and for Treatment, otherwise u got lot of headaches from there...
