Khadim's — Return request raised but not processed yet

I received Wrong Size and I raised Return pick up for product. I received mail that your team will contact with me now almost 7 days passed but nobody contacted me & my return it not completed yet.
I tried to contact on customer toll free number but call not received.i sent mail but it was un delivered.
Kindly took the Matter serious, i have screen shot of mail received from khadims regarding return.
I Can do legel proccedings if it will not be completed.
i m completly frustrated with khadims this time.
