Khadim's — Returning the product they have not sent any return pickup yet and I've called more than 16 times they have taken my money

I've ordered a shoes from khadims and it was delivered to me in wrong size then i placed a return request and no one has came to pickup the order and it's been more than 16 days now, I've called thousands of times they just say the same thing that pickup will be done last time I talked to supervisor she told to send me the bank details for the money transfer and they didn't do anything on that i want my money back of I'm going to police now
