    I have purchased Khadims slippers on 2/2/20 from Phoenix Market city of rupees 500/- (solemate a/c - [protected]) and my slippers got torn within two months, thus I need an replacement. However due to lockdown situation I am not able to visit your store but once the situation get over I will be carrying those slippers at your store for replacement.

      The last 2 product which i purchased was a shoe and sandle.

      1) shoe: within few day the soal got removed i gave it back was repaired and whithin few day again same happened and soal got removed.

      2) sandle : it was purchased when sale was started and in this also same issue was faced.

      So i visited to your branch and informed full story to them. They say nothing can be done as shoe was already repaired and sandel was purchased from sale.
      Some how after fighting and struggling sandle is taken for repair.

      Kindly confirm what can be done now.

        No update or order delivery from khadims no response from customer care number it is just a fake number n their head office people r highly irresponsible n chant their boss name anuradha ghosh to solve my issue n she will always be unavailable at office t attend my issue n others say they don't have proper knowledge other than anuradha they can't do anything

        Detailed Problem Description: Due to my marriage ceremony on 11th March’2020 I have parched 9 nos footwear in last week but after open the box shoos are found Mismatched. However need your support to replace the shoos by tomorrow.

          now their is no order update or status its showing no orders from my part,
          the numbers u r given r not responding properly and mail id i mailed got no response, customer care is of waste no body is picking call since from 15 days...

          I have bought a khadim's turk shoe from the mentioned store below on october 2019. From then i was using the shoe. But within 3 months the shoe got damaged. It has the cost of inr 1599/- and did not go well for the long term. I am attaching the photos here along with the invoice bill which i have paid to the store. Please arrange a quick solution so that i can exchange it with another shoe as early as possible or need my money back.

            Hi,

            My name is Debalina Dey. I have purchased 2 pair of shoes from Khadim (Thakurpukur, Kolkata) on 24th of December 2019. At the time of paying the bill by credit card, before swiping the card the shop guy took my card and entered my credit card number into the system. Upon asking the reason for doing so, he informed that this is the new rule of the store and everywhere they are taking these card details before paying the bills is mandatory. Then I told the guy that I purchased shoes from the same store 1 week back and made the payment via credit card and the different cashier guy did not take my card details, then why now? He only kept on saying that "this is the new Khadim rule .
            Since, he already have my card number, I am a worried he might have memorized my credit card's CVV & exp date and do online transactions. This is a risky affair.
            My name is registered in the stores's database on that particular date.

            Please look into the matter as this might lead to credit card fraud.

              On dec 2nd, i have ordered a sandal in khadims online portal. Till today the status was not changed in the portal. I call out customer care and send so many mails to customer service and seller directly kali. [protected]@khadims.com, but they didn't respond any of my mails. Only bank transaction ccavenue team responded, but they are not responsible for the product delivery it seems.
              On that day itself amount has been withdrawn from my account. I am not sure, how to track my order status and when i will get my product.

                Hi yesterday i have visited khadims in dilsukhnagar there was no proper response from the sales men there whatever i was asking they are just saying that the size is not available even without checking in the stock and were smiling at looking each others face it was very disgusting and a bad experience everytime i shop at khadims but this is the worst experience i ever had...

                  Ordered a product with id #[protected]Awb#[protected] on the 13th of october, 2019 worth inr 519. I received the product and found it to be too small. Since then i had been writing to the customer care to either take the return or replace the item with a larger size.in fact, 3 back-to-back emails were sent but didn't get any response from their behalf.

                  I got a 1000 gife coupon form purchase on 8th Dec. On that time ur representative tell us coupon validity for 1 month.today I went your shop and handover the bill to ur representative. He check update me that u can purchase now and it will be redeem .
                  After produce selection when I go to cash counter then they are refuse and not possible.

                      We bought one slipper in chennai, medavakam (16/8/2019). The slipper is completely damaged as i had not used more than half and an hour.. Now i am in trichy, tamilnadu. I am unable to go to chennai for next 3months. Hence i want to exchange this slipper in trichy, tamilnadu branch itself. I have faced 1000rs loss because of this.. So i want you to convey the branch of trichy khadims to exchange this damaged product to new one. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.
                      Visited khadim's yesterday at dharampeth, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The attitude of the salesperson was so lackadaisical. We had to help ourselves in picking up shoes and the boys stood there sipping tea. So we left that shop and went to Bata close by.

                        The shoes i brought with a huge amount was defective (Strips of one shoe came out totally) so i returned them to the showroom from where i purchased they told they will repair and give me back after ten days but after repairing the shoes were more damaged. When i told them they did not show interest. This is really disgusting after paying such a huge amount. Why will i accept a defective product? It should have been exchanged with a new pair. Is this khadim's policy?
                        Last month I have bought a Sandle it has been damaged so soon so replace it
                        I purchased shoes in the month of April 21st with in 3 months the shoes is damaged. Inner sole is torn approached the out let they refuse to change it. The Customer support person was least bothered to answer. How do I get it resolved. Rs.999 is not a small amount.

                          My family is a customer of khadims, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala from 2006.my mobile number is [protected].u can check my purchases.i bought nothing from any other shop than khadims in these years.but the shoe I bought on 19.1 2019 through bill no 6038INV009985_18 for price 1299 got damaged within one month.one sole got fully damaged.it was bought on discount and it actual price was double.but I couldn't take up the issue with khadims as the bill was missed from me.i approached mr.pradeep, manager by March itself, of the shop whom I know for several years as a customer.but the purchase date couldn't trace from the computer in ur shop.but today I came there for onethr purchase and I got a copy of the purchase bill.Even though I purchased the shoe on discount which is having genuine leather I expected I can use it for atleast one year.the salesman there also guaranteed it.the amount I expented was obtained by me by working hard and it has that much value.even though it is on discount u can't compromise the quality.or can't cell a product which last only for one or two months for Rs.1299/.So kindly take steps to replace it with a new one.at the earliest .Yours faithfully.H.Najeeb.Joint secretary to govt., general education department, govt.secretariat.thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

                            I have a sleeper from khadims branch serampore retail store i have paid through paytm by scanning the qr code but the code which have been scanned was not successful in first attempt but in second time it was successful and the money was not received by the khadims store so therefore they have told that it will be refunded within 48 hours but i have done the transaction on 19th april 2019 and today is 25th 2019.
                            So i have complaint several time in khadims but they have not registered my complaint and i am facing many problem with my refund.
                            So please kindly issue regarding please refund the my money as soon as possible.

                                    I purchased a shoe worth rs.2500 from khadim's retail store, m/s k. B. T footwear, tin no. [protected], patel complex, bisra road, rourkela-769001 on 14 august 2018. But the fact is very upsetting that by october the colour of the shoe faded and the sole started rotting. Within a few days (By first week of october), the sole had completely rotten and started emitting foul smell. This is very disheartening that inspite of shelling out so much money, the product remains defective. I am losing hope on khadim products.
                                    Hence i request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and replace the good as soon as possible.

                                      I am a regular buyer of any khadims' store in my city kolkata. But the surface standard of your store went bad. Since past few days.. No sales person attend staff in a well manner in regard to customer size, color etc..
                                      I will narrate incident, i went to buy a sports shoe, but the sizes were not proper in display @ lindasay street store esplanade, kolkata on 9.12.18 evening 5.30-6pm. Unfortunately no salesman attend me well i somehow decided and bought a sports shoe code - ([protected]) of size 8 it was a tight fitings i wear it in my balcony and roof and understood. I came to exchange it within 3days to the above store on 11.12.18 though there were some dust particles present at back i cleaned it well and i bought for exchnge but they refused and particularly a middle-age store manager behaved with me badly at that point though they said my product can be exchanged with bill within 15days from purchase other than product defect.
                                      He behaved with me badly.. And refused to exchange it by saying it is my fault and i had disfigured it by telling my size issue and comn for exchange.. Blabla... Please take serious action against such employee or else the brand name will be bad in coming future.. My money had gone waste..

                                          Placed a purchase request for sandals on 15th october 2018. Till now there is no reply from them on order confirmations. They took online payment and now status is only processing nothing further.

                                          Till date there are no updates. Nor the customer care pick up calls. Called up kolkatta branch office they say the office is closed call on saturday 20 october 18.

                                          Also called up delhi office they are more rude and say they dont know anything about it and call customer care. Called customer care 15 times but the ring doesnt go nor any other numbers available.

                                          Seems khadmi's website is fraudulant. They take online payments and then they dont send anything neither they pick up calls. Very ridiculous. Fraud and cheaters. Better to go to shops directly and purchase the things.
                                          I was purchge a Khadim's Shoes via Paytm Mall on 18 Oct 2018, That product has been delivered to me on 25 Oct 2018. But I used that shoes 10-15 days. after one month and 10 days from delivery date that shoes damage.
                                          So pls give me any exchange Shoes or repair that product same.

                                            Today i visited to buy a career with velcro of no.5. Request for this item is given at 7.25pm. But after 15 minutes waiting product was not supply to me. At that time only another 2 customer was there. Then i request the manager for this product. He checked & ensure me that 3 pairs is there. Another 15 minutes waiting for product but no response given. What is it? May i know what is your approach towards the customer?

                                              During purchasing at hatibagan showroom of khadims, i was informed that axis bank royalty points redeemed here during purchase at billing counter. But during payment i found my amount is deducted from my card inlue of royalty points. After trangction they told me that up to 12th sep 2018 the redemption of points is stopped due to technical issues. It is my urnest request to refund my amount in my credit card&reedem the point against my purchase after 12th sep 2018... Thanks

                                              Cashier refuse to accept card payment and he demand for cash payment on[protected] i went to yours abids outlet at around 09:30 pm and yours cashier said roudly if you want to buy pay the cash no card payment will accepted at this time

                                                We bought a school shoe from Khadim Marathahalli Bangalore, within a month, the stitches have come out. Used only 4 times. When we showed the condition we were told that they are not meant for playing. Is the kid suppose to wear the shoe and sit at home. The quality is not up to the mark, they don't have any warranty on all product.

                                                For the school shoes the stitches should definitely last. It cannot wear out in a month. Moreover it didn't look like the staff had any intention of resolving the issue. There should be a replacement warranty for at least 3 months. Quite disappointed with the experience.

                                                  Today when done my shopping from unitech chamber kasba due to size mismatch i when second time for exchange the shoe of my daugter i was face un frofessional behavior from your staff amit mondol and shyamal roy..
                                                  I was told to wait for 3 day to get the exchange done then i requsting for cn.
                                                  Which he told no way to get that... I would request kindly tak this mattet sreriously to stop this matter so it will help your image to go forward... This will be my last visit in any of your shop... Waiting for your reply and action.

                                                    Inadvertently i have marked my complaint as resolved, so i am again lodging this complaint.
                                                    I had purchased a pair of black school shoes of size 5 for my daughter from khadim's k b t garments shop-lg10, junction mall, city centre, durgapur, dist. Burdwan, west bengal - 713 216, phone no.[protected] vide invoice no. [protected]-d1-inv17227-17 dated[protected] along with other products. After a few days o[censored]se, the shoe-lace was badly torn. The complain was received and accepted by the company through the shop vide bill no. D1-crr[protected] dated[protected] and delivery date was given on[protected]. After repeated enquiry and visits to the shop, about 5 km away from my residence, we were told to come on[protected], i. E., today. However, today we were told to take something else of the same price as that of the defective shoes, because the required size (5) was not available. Even, they could not provide any assurance as to when the product would be available. When we asked them to refund the money, they insisted that we should complain to the company on this issue.

                                                      I have purchased a sports shoe of smaller size, wanted a bigger sized one so went for exchange but it was not available, in the meanwhile i was looking for other shoes in the showroom. The employee named bihu roy empid-21528, took two different shoes and packed me and gave it, when i asked him he was answering rudely. As the size was not available i purchased a different shoe later with a higher cost. But the employee was very rude with bad words. If you are not taking action against him i would like file a complaint over the show room employee.
                                                      I buyed 3 pairs at khadims at gopalapatnam store at Visakhapatnam 1pair was good and the other two belly's are totally damaged I have pics and that carton boxes but I missed that bill . Store gave 3months of warranty please replace those belly's

                                                          This is to notify that i have purchase khadim brown sandals online through flipkart but its sole has broken within one month. The khadim invoice received with the product shows 90 days warranty. But when visited local khadim store for replacement they denied it saying that as it is been purchased by flipkart so it has to be replaced through the same mode of purchase.

                                                          Flipkart support team is not ready to take in replacement as it has pass 30 days exchange time.

                                                          I have khadim india limited invoice and product with 90 days warranty on it. But still if no one is responsible then ultimately your customer will suffer as i am losing on money and trust on khadim brand

                                                          Looking forward for positive respond on this issue.
