I buyed Aroking Khaitan Hero air cooler, 4 days back.
It's water pump is not working. What King of product this is? It's not lasted a week...
I complaint previously also but no response.
Kindly change the water pump as the cooler and all of its components are under warranty....

Not work proper...

I am daily calling customer care for a fan heater since 3 January 2022, but daily I get some reason and avoid my problem. they told me daily someone contact you but no one contact me. at that point, I feel Khaitan company is not good for electrical and in the end, I will file a case on Khaitan company....

I brought smart tv 32inch 4 days before but that has still not been installed even after calling them 2 times...

Less that 1 month, this fan running too bad. Actually i brought an high speed fan, but i never seen such a slowest fan ever.i registered complaint on[protected] till now there is no response form this technical department.i contacted to the customer care at least 3-4 times.they said every time that give us 24hours to clear it.but it's been 2weeks passed.there is no response, no one is taking action...

It does not gett hot...

Buy khaitan exos fan but its not working i also complaint earlier but there is no solution...

Not moving...
