      I had purchased khaitan marvel cooler 90ltr of rupees 7500/- from vijayvargia electronics Gandhi path west jaipur Rajasthan on 12/04/2022. Now from last week cooler fan is not working... Or jammed. I had register complaint with vijayvargia electronics... They are telling mechanic is on off ... Please look into this matter and do the need full asap

                  I buyed Aroking Khaitan Hero air cooler, 4 days back.
                  It's water pump is not working. What King of product this is? It's not lasted a week...
                  I complaint previously also but no response.
                  Kindly change the water pump as the cooler and all of its components are under warranty.

                                    I am daily calling customer care for a fan heater since 3 January 2022, but daily I get some reason and avoid my problem. they told me daily someone contact you but no one contact me. at that point, I feel Khaitan company is not good for electrical and in the end, I will file a case on Khaitan company.
