      Dear sir,
      I Arun Kumar purchased one farrata fan on 09.09.2020 bill enclosed herewith.Fan is jammed we have to push his blade to move .in this regarding I have lodged complain 2 times, but sorry to say your engineer has nor called neither visited the site.We are requesting you to kindly resolve the matter at the earliest .

        Hello sir,
        I have been dealing with khaitan electricals since more than 10 years i was the dealer of the company and all of sudden company shut down its business operations from jharkhand and left and company is not clearing my dues which is of approx. 3 lakh + bank interest for the time whenever i am trying to reach the company personal they are not replying to my e-mail as well as calls, i request you to kindly solve my issue.

          Washing Machine

          I have bought a washing machine from your 6 months ago. I have tried to your customer service executive numerous times but did not get a positive response. it has been 10 days from that day i am calling to [protected] this number. They receive a call from a number at once if I call once again they did not receive even if I try with another at same time they receive the call. ... What is this?

                            After several times I dodge my complaint but no action should yet to be done by Company. From 2nd days after buying new fan has not run but now 3 months no mechanic has to come even after complaint many times. I hope action taken at the earliest others wise I complaint to local authorities.

                                    We purchased khaitan gas geaser in sep 2020.
