I purchased this product on[protected]
Less that 1 month, this fan running too bad. Actually i brought an high speed fan, but i never seen such a slowest fan ever.i registered complaint on[protected] till now there is no response form this technical department.i contacted to the customer care at least 3-4 times.they said every time that give us 24hours to clear it.but it's been 2weeks passed.there is no response, no one is taking action on it .what these guys are doing?

            Dear sir,
            I Arun Kumar purchased one farrata fan on 09.09.2020 bill enclosed herewith.Fan is jammed we have to push his blade to move .in this regarding I have lodged complain 2 times, but sorry to say your engineer has nor called neither visited the site.We are requesting you to kindly resolve the matter at the earliest .

              I have been dealing with khaitan electricals since more than 10 years i was the dealer of the company and all of sudden company shut down its business operations from jharkhand and left and company is not clearing my dues which is of approx. 3 lakh + bank interest for the time whenever i am trying to reach the company personal they are not replying to my e-mail as well as calls, i request you to kindly solve my issue.

                                  After several times I dodge my complaint but no action should yet to be done by Company. From 2nd days after buying new fan has not run but now 3 months no mechanic has to come even after complaint many times. I hope action taken at the earliest others wise I complaint to local authorities.
