We have purchase a water heater dated[protected] through dealer KALYANI ELECTRICAL, 253-A, ATTARSUIYA, ALLAHABAD with product Sl.No. KSE[protected]. My water heater is not working since 25.10.2014. We have complaint many times with complain NOs 050597 dated 27.10.2014, 052261 dated 30.10.2014, 053271 dated 31.10.2014 & 052261 dated 03.11.2014 but nobody has responded for the said complain. We have also complaints in Khaitan corporate office Kolkata on phone no.[protected] on 01.11.2014 at 10.40 AM but till date I did not receive any response from any where.       I had buy " kHAITAN RS-705 SHAKTI JUICER MIXER GRINDER ORDER NO [protected] " from snapdeal.com on 09 May 2014, Within 1 month the motor of the product got damaged, I have registered complaint in khaitan service center, From the starting itself the service was very bad, they have taken the product after two weeks of complaint, since then almost two months are over but they are giving excuse on excuse and till date I have not received my product

        Hi Team, I have bought 5 fans from Rathna fans house chennai on 19th July, in which 3 fans was not working right from day 1, i have called the helpdesk number and complaint this and they have promised that they will send the executive within 48 hours, but it has been 1 months since i raised the complaint and i have sent many emails & the phone call to service center no response is being provided and till now the fans are not working. Complaint #003479 Fan#1 - Not working at all right from day 1 Fan#2 - Running on the reverse side Fan#3 - Creating huge noise while operation.

          Hi, I have puchased one Air cooler Model name Thunder desert Aircooler KACDB60MP on[protected] of Rs.11000/- with serial number-KRC[protected], but cooler does not cool the air and when we complaint this issue in company they said this cooler is different and cool the air only in specific positions . We registered complaints 3 times but no solution given to us till now. i want that company should return my money without fail.

            Hi, I am J.Lakshminarayanan from Nanganallur (Chennai), I bought the Khaitan Fan on 26th July 2014 in Rathan Fan House Chennai (Model No:- Khaitan 48" CLEO Black). I fixed the ceiling fan on same day but I am getting continues horrible noise on the Fan., I have raised ticket with Khaitan on same day ticket no:- 628207 on 28/7/2014 and they have informed me, will send an engineer in 24hrs. After a multiple follow up they came today to my home but without checking the fan status they have informed me to change the regulator. FYI, my previous fan also Khaitan in same room it was running fine with out any issue how come suddenly it may be a regulator issue. The engineer who visited my house was very arrogant and very harsh when we was talking to me. I didn't expect this type of support from Khaitan this is really a ridiculous support to us. I am expecting your team will address this issue in priority, smoothly and resolve the issue. I am expecting this reply or call ASAP

              The above complain is registered around 12-14 days ago, but my complain is not resolved till date. No any call or engineer came to my home for resolving the issue.i am totally frustrated from khaitan customer service. The idea of buying the khaitan cooler is paying me and total waste of money and time. Could you please help me for the same. Regards Pawan Only for readers:- please beware from buying khaitan product bcz of its customer service is pathetic and unfriendly.

              After 2-3 days, today my complain is resolved. I have received 2-3 calls from khaitan customer service, after raising complain here.and finally they send one person today with one moter pump which has been replaced with old one. i am listing one customer care's person number below, today i get call from this number. :- 8285113372 thanks a lot consumer forum department for addressing my complain.

                I have bought one iceberg 20 cooler last month (may 2014) but after one month water pump is not working so i have raised one tikcet but khaitan service center is not providing any help. khaitan customer service center is not resolving the complain number 587951.                 Above complain number is resolved but after 2 hours of water pump replacement, again same issue is coming and water pumps again get stuck
                so again i have raised complain (new complain number is now 592652).

                please help me to resolve the issue,

                  hi there i purchase khetan celiig fan in november 2012 after few month the same fan is making heavy noise and as when i on the same its stared vibrating i make compliant from the same but no reply from kheatn after repited complinat technician visited my place and repir the same and told me that it was the regulater fault. now from last month its once againe same problem is statred but no reply from khetan kindly guide me hwat to do? suresh makwana

                    This is regarding my Fan complain no. 187138 dated 16/3/2013. I have several time requested to customer care, but no one is attended issue for my fan complain.

                    No proper escalation procedure are going to conduct from Khaitan team.
                    no Senior member are listen for my problem.

                    within one month so many times. I have complaint regarding fan.

                    Engineer came and they he take photocopy of papers of fan, but till date no one solve my problem.

                    Kindly request to you please look this issue.

                      Most unfortunate the said Company does not adhere to the customer care policy. They do not even attend the phone calls neither checks the E Mails regarding the complaints.

                      Please take necessary action against the said Firm as per the Law under intimation to me. To note, to some extent the said Retail shop is also liable.

                        I BOUGHT TWO KHAITAN ZOLTA CEILING FANS LAST YEAR IN THE MONTH OF JULY. AND COMPANY GIVEN ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON THIS MODEL. BUT JUST AFTER FINISH OF THIS WARRANTY PERIOD IT IS SHOWING BAD PERFORMANCE. THE SPEED OF FAN IS VERY SLOW EVEN ON HIGH SPEED VOLUME. I INFORMED TO THE NEAREST CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THEY GAVE POOR RESPONCE AS HE TOLD THAT THAT WARRANTY PERIOD IS FINISHED AND SO THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR ANT TYPE OF SERVICE OR REPAIRING OF THE FANS. SUCH TYPE OF BAAD RESPONSE BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER,I AM SHOCKED BECAUSE SINCE LAST SO MANY YEARS WE ARE USING KHAITAN FANS AND WE ARE HAVING A GOOD FAITH ABOUT THIS BRAND. BUT NOW WE ARE LOOSING OUR FAITH.

                          I bouht a celing fan 3 months back. the fan was making noise fom day 1 and was been told at the time of purchase hat this is a superfast fan...so i thought that may be if i would run the fan slowly it might make noise. After few days it started making more noise. I was been said by the shopkeper Golden Fans & Light---Thane thatbit is replacable.....One day Fan stopped woking and i compliant to the Khaitna Fan mumbai/thane branch after a couple of days day visited me and informed me thatthewinding has been damaged and they will replace it.next day another preson came and replaced the motor. we identified that the blade of the fan is not proper and asked the mechanic ton replace that who said that it wouldnt be replaced...I complaint again and spoke to god knows who else...Last i spoke to Vijay at [protected] who said that there are different departments and they werent aware about blae replacement. e asked me to message him my address and said that monday after holi the blades would be replaced. called himtoday again he said it take time...said by comming tuesday it would be done......services suck....people dont know to talk

                          Cheaters. It is my hard earned money not supposed to wasted on products of companies who cant give the right services

                              I had purchased a Khaitan Gas water heater in Dec-09 with 1 year service & repairing guarantee. in Nov-10 there was a problem in my Khaitan Gas water heater & complaint at Tel#22125888 and getting complaint no. KHJ 203, which was attanded and Khaitan Gas water heater get statred. again same problem happening with Khaitan Gas water heater and that time I called Mr Deepak Service Executive from Khaitan at their personal number, because he was give us his personal number for any problem with Khaitan Gas water heater at next time, and he will demanded charges 550/- for giving service in guaranrtee period. I was shocked. Company service centre also agree with their executive before see the problem held with the Khaitan Gas water heater.

                              Now I helpless that what to do with Khaitan Gas water heater which is not working in winter season after have a 1 year service & repairing guarantee.

                              Please help me.

                              KHAITAN ELECTRICALS LIMITED — non-response for service

                              I would like to brought to your notice, that I brought a Khaitan Zylo pedestal fan in last December from Manyam Electrical Work, Rajamundry, Andhra Pradesh which is 20km away from my place. This was stopped working in end April 2011, when summer starts. I took this to Manyam Electrics to repair. They told Khaitan service person will come and attend to faults / repairs. Now it becomes more than two months, I went there and phoned several times to en quire about my fan status. Still is as it was. Nobody attended and the sales personnel telling Khaitan's person is not attending! Now they are not responding to my calls!

                                mere wall fan ko kharab hue 2 month ho gaya hai magar koi sunbai nahi hui may paresan hokar apke pass complaint kar raha hu mere pass khaitan ke 3 wall fan hai aur sub band pade hai maine dealer se kai baar bola magar koi sunta nahi hai

                                I have purchase a khaithan pedestal fan one year back from Harsha, A electronic house . Puttur.

                                Within a year one day night while it was running the blade was cut down, and a huge sound came.. But motor does not affected. I contacted the person in Harsha. They told No guarantee for blades. You have to pay..
                                the product is dangerous for home needs.Even though the out coming air is very poor. Even if we put it in high speed, the air is very poor. The product is very poor....I complained to the company several times. They even no such intention of help..
                                I wanted to replace it by same company. I am not at satisfied by the product.
                                I have the original bill and all..

                                Please give suggestion How I can claim for he disturbance and herrasement by he company..

                                  I am Praveen Jain purchased a emergency lamp ( Model KEL-12T) manufactured by Khaital Electricals Ltd. by a retailer M/s Alimohammed Gulam Hussain at Ujjain on 17/04/2009.My Bill no. is 3435,Address of retailer is 12, Kamri Marg Ujjain phone:[protected].
                                  The product service became improper during gaurentee period.The retailer is not repairing it and nor replacing it.
                                  I have also cmplained to Khaitan Electricals Ltd. on phone[protected].But nobody responding there.I have also e-mailed at [protected]@khaitan.com and [protected]@khaitan.com. But these are fake mail-ids and bounced.

                                  The same problem is happened with me also. Within the guarantee period, I have returned the emergency lamp, which was not working to the dealer. They told that they have send the same to the company and I got it back after 4 months, saying that it is not repairable.
                                  Purchased the item though M/s National Electronics, Baddi(H.P)
