We purchased ornament last month on 21st... And we were asked to pay the policies... And we were promised free gift... They said that they would give us call in a 4 -5 days or a week... But didn't receive any call... So i called them up thrice again the same answer was given... Today i spoke to c. S executive miss parvathi... About the same she spoke very rudely with us saying "i don't when the stock will come then i asked her how long... She very angrily said it may take a month or a year so we will call you and... Disconnected my line while i was still talking... Is this the way you guys behave...? I want a reply to my complaint... And i want you to listen to my call that i spoke to your executive...

I along with my mother and sister visited khazana on the same day as above to purchase jewellery. While trying the some jewellery, i kept my chain at the counter, the sales person madhu banda, has taken it and kept it in the display...

    I wish to bring to your kind notice that I joined in Gold Purchase Scheme of Khazana Jewellery, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam by paying monthly installments of Rs.6000 per month for 11 months.At the end of the scheme I got Rs.72000.With this money and by selling my personal gold, I purchased a chain for Rs.1, 19, 439 Bill No.-50SI-120491, dated 6th February 2019.As the personal gold that I gave to Khazana Jewellery was a little bit excess by Rs.1562, I was given advance receipt no.-50AD19-4585 dated 6th February 2019 for Rs.1562 and was advised that the amount can be used for purchases at any time.Yesterday[protected] when I went to purchase gold they have adjusted Rs.1384 instead of Rs.1562 given in the advance receipt.When I questioned the employee T.Ammaji (Floor Manager) she said that they deducted an amount of Rs.134 from the advance of Rs.1562 basing on yesterday[protected] gold price which is unfair.I request you to look into the matter and respond immediately.

      Today My mom & My fiancee visited to Khazana Ongole branch to buy gold for marriage. One of the employee behavior is arrogant and unpolite manner.
      Executive is not showing multiple varieties and making fun of customer.
      They(mom & fiancee) got insulted and left the showroom. We are utterly disappointed with this incident. I personally have good impression on Khazana. But now it got totally changed.
      I want apologies from the executive, and I will take this incident to Kishore Kumar Jain directly in a couple of days.

          Yesterday i purchase gold in khazana at gajuwaka showroom, total billing amount is :1, 22, 300.00, & i gave the amount 1, 22, 300.00, but the cashier govind gave the bill of 1, 20, 300.00, at that time i didn’t saw the bill, by today morning i saw that bill, he gave me wrongly entered bill, nw i went to khazana showroom & i asked to that person but he not agreed for that, so please action as soon as possible.

            Had purchased an scheme in khazana raj bhavani road somajiguda for which first month at enrollment they had took the payment from my card and said for second we will give communication for addl docs for which till date i had not received any kind of intimation not communication by calls mails messages, after 5 months by finding the receipt and came to same store for payment, now these guys are not accepting and asked to purchase the gold for 15000 and close the plan and start new plan, need to understand what can be done for continuation of the plan without any other alternatives of loosing the plan, would be compromised only if the plan continues or else need to take it further on serious note.

              The branch in khazana vijayawada branch. Please take care of that because customer satisfaction is main to any showroom in this competitive world. The employees in vijayawada branch are responding very arrogantly and in unpolite way.. Making fun of people waiting at the counter and it doesn't suit to this reputed khazaana company. I request to take severe action on this particular issue that is effecting ethical values..

                I have joined the monthly pament scheme of khazana and have paid the instalments regularly and some times in advance. At the end of the period, my husband who is bank officer is transferred to tirupati and we have been residing in tirupathi for the last four months. The period of eleven months is over and i am eligible for purchase of an ornament. I have requested the as rao nagar, hyderabad several times for transfer of the amount to khazana...

                I visited a khazana jewellery store at visakhapatnam, dwaraka nagar. Ms. Pavani asked us to wait for few minutes as she was busy with some other customer. We waited for more than 30 minutes. She was done with them and instead of coming to us, she shifted to some other customer who has just come. We waited for one hour and no one came upto show us anything despite asking them several times. Utterly disappointed.

                  My association with khazana is almost 15yrs and i'm regular customer to khazana. Yesterday i reached out to kukatpally, hyderabad khazana branch to exchange my old khazana ornament which is 10 years old and requested for cash refund.
                  And i'm really disappointed with the response i received from the manager.
                  He says bill is mandatory for cash refund. How can you expect bill for 10year old ornament? I asked to get my purchase information from your bmackup system and he said, we cannot get history of that old.in that case, from your end itself you are not maintaing backup, how can you expect 10year old bill from our side. Also at the time of purchase of this ornament it was said 100% cash refund, and now he says it is 97% cash refund. If this cash refund is introduced recently it should be applied on recent jewellery. We are promised for 100% cash refund and exchange too when we purchased this ornament. Also, he says if bill is there 97% cash refund and if bill is not there it will be 96% cash refund. How fair it is? If bill is not there why it would be 96%?

                  We feel khazana is a brand and belief, but this is the first time i'm exchanging my ornament for cash refund, just that the design has become old and did not like the current designs, requested for cash refund.
                  And it's really very disappointing with khazana.

                  Hope you will get back to me on this with fair resolution.

                  @9.20pm I went to khazana jewelery show to pay monthly scheme. But they closed the shop. We have some work or critical work. How can we come. There is no online payment. Today 31st Jan.. we miss it. And we don't get any scheme. Totally upset..

M.in this connection, i have used credit card for payment of above said item at cash counter, rajahmundry. The cash counter personal asked my credit card pin no. Then, i have reveal the pin. My last transaction has only that day. But credit card amount was misused various purposes on[protected]. The matter placed before your khazana jewellery manager on[protected] by 9.00 p. M. Hence, i request you kindly be watch your cash counter personals, then your company very reputed organization. Cannot repeat this type things.

                    Today, I have purchased one lakshmi dollar and silver item and easy monthly scheme. That amount i have paid through HDFC Bank credit card, But only in your store the card is not accepted, total PAN INDIA reaming small stores also accepted and working. The same issue, I have faced last year, But still the issue is not resolved
                    Had a very bad experience with dimond purchase . Didn’t provide certificate and didn’t take item back and return back. I need help to return and get my money back. I try to return next day itself.
                    We have opted for a 11 months gold scheme at khazana vizinagaram. On 30/11/2018, when we tried to pay our regular installment with our debit card, the amount got deducted twice and it did not return to our account till now. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

                      We visited one of your khajana showrooms at bhimavaram today around 8pm and I am very sorry to say that one of your employees named vijay didn't allowed us inside the show room instead of that opened door half and asked us arrogantly what do you want? Is it the way to treat a customer in khajana? His customer service doesn't match up to the brand name of khajana advice him to do job with passion and more patience with regards

                        I would like to know credit card payment policy while payment card holder is mandatory?
                        My wife purchase gold and silver while billing time your employee argue in bhimavaram branch andhrapradesh
                        Previously she purchased ear rings in knajana kukatpally branch at that no one can oppse the credit card payment usaully my using my credit card.. She was very much dispointed i called and give pan card and addarcard but your employee is not responding properly
                        So your loosing valuable customer

                          We are regular coustmer for khazana jewellery we selected a chain and we want to buy ear rings when we went to ear rings section said to sit for 10 mins while we are waiting they are receiving other guys who came after us. We questioned the manager and he said that i[censored] want to buy u should has to wait otherwise u should go to another store. His response was in very rude manner. So we left the chain also. So pls take the action against then. I[censored] want we will give reference bill numbers to know that we are regular customer's.

                            I have opted for a monthly gold scheme a year back and at the time of taking this scheme my preference is to buy a gold coin for future needs. The employee
                            Educated it would be beneficial if i take a braselet (Punjabi kadi) instead of gold coin as there will be nominal wastage aprx 5%. So i opted for the scheme.
                            Now a year later he refused to give the item as this item is in 12% wastage product. Please do needfull.

                              I bought few jewellery pieces on 20th november in khazana, chandanagar branch, hyderabad and asked a discount in the wastage... They quoted a discount in the wastage... The manager and the sales staff were not clear in explaining the discounted amount and due to communication problem i was also not able to understand properly and i myself quoted a discount in the wastage which i later only realized was less than what they had quoted but the unethical people silently kept quiet and didn't even give the lesser discounted amount which i had quoted instead gave a discount voucher for half of that amount as if they are doing me some favour... This they said they have done after some discussions with the higher ups... If they are genuine people they should have said that the discount what they are giving is more than what i had quoted... I usually buy jewellery in khazana chennai branch and the way they discount wastage is completely different from how this branch does... I understand when people are vulnerable they will be cheated like this... But i didnt expect this from a well known chain like khazana... Now i will give a second thought to buy jewellery from khazana

                                I have brought a gold chain weigh 8.38 on 11th nov 2017 at khazana jewellery, chaitanya puri branch, hyderabad they charged 14% wastage. I have brought another chain at r. S. Brothers same day weight 10.61 they charged 10% wastage then i realized i was cheated by khazana. On 12th nov 2017 i went to khazana jewelly and exchanged the chain which i brought previous day with the model which i brought r. S. Brothers they charged 14 wastage. When i told branch manager that i brought the same model and weigh chain in r. S. Brother previous day and they charged only 10%wastage and i asked why khajana is charging 14 % then that guy has started behaved very rudely with me.. I have not expected such a bad behaviour with a customer by a branch manager, if a manager can behave like this how can the staff behaviour would be.. I will ever visit to khajana and will suggest my friends and relatives about their cheating and also i will post it in social network..

                                  I have sell the old gold @ khazana jewellery from kurnool branch with 31.28 gms of 22k on 22/10/2017 of gram rate 2830 then the amount was 88522 but the invoice (56pi - 412 invoice number.) has given to me with an amount of 85, 879 the difference amount was 2643.00. Even i have called to kurnool branch they have not responded.
                                  Can i have y the difference was given in invoice...?

                                    I had visited the khazana jewelry station road sore vizag on 15 oct 17 evening and seen on necklace which is already selected by another customer (Who left without paying advance) even i had left without paying or asking them to reserve for me. Again next day morning 10.45 am on 16 oct 17 i had visited the store and asked for the same pice they showed me told i you want pls speek with floor manager for final discount i told give me some more time & left without confirmation. Same day again in the evening 5.45 i had visited and told bill the same without ear rings they told i[censored] take without earrings there will be no exchange even i had agreed the same & went for billing by submitting my old gold & about to pay remaining balance by card suddenly manager came & stopped stating that this item is not for sales it is reserved by another customer who visited after me only. Here the game started actually know they got a customer who is willing to take. Along with ear rings which i didn't. So they let me to wait 3 hours and told this item is not for sale and returned my old gold and sent me back. After me left they sold to another customer who took complete set.
