We are regular coustmer for khazana jewellery we selected a chain and we want to buy ear rings when we went to ear rings section said to sit for 10 mins while we are waiting they are receiving other guys who came after us. We questioned the manager and he said that i[censored] want to buy u should has to wait otherwise u should go to another store. His response was in very rude manner. So we left the chain also. So pls take the action against then. I[censored] want we will give reference bill numbers to know that we are regular customer's.

    I have opted for a monthly gold scheme a year back and at the time of taking this scheme my preference is to buy a gold coin for future needs. The employee
    Educated it would be beneficial if i take a braselet (Punjabi kadi) instead of gold coin as there will be nominal wastage aprx 5%. So i opted for the scheme.
    Now a year later he refused to give the item as this item is in 12% wastage product. Please do needfull.

      I bought few jewellery pieces on 20th november in khazana, chandanagar branch, hyderabad and asked a discount in the wastage... They quoted a discount in the wastage... The manager and the sales staff were not clear in explaining the discounted amount and due to communication problem i was also not able to understand properly and i myself quoted a discount in the wastage which i later only realized was less than what they had quoted but the unethical people silently kept quiet and didn't even give the lesser discounted amount which i had quoted instead gave a discount voucher for half of that amount as if they are doing me some favour... This they said they have done after some discussions with the higher ups... If they are genuine people they should have said that the discount what they are giving is more than what i had quoted... I usually buy jewellery in khazana chennai branch and the way they discount wastage is completely different from how this branch does... I understand when people are vulnerable they will be cheated like this... But i didnt expect this from a well known chain like khazana... Now i will give a second thought to buy jewellery from khazana

        I have brought a gold chain weigh 8.38 on 11th nov 2017 at khazana jewellery, chaitanya puri branch, hyderabad they charged 14% wastage. I have brought another chain at r. S. Brothers same day weight 10.61 they charged 10% wastage then i realized i was cheated by khazana. On 12th nov 2017 i went to khazana jewelly and exchanged the chain which i brought previous day with the model which i brought r. S. Brothers they charged 14 wastage. When i told branch manager that i brought the same model and weigh chain in r. S. Brother previous day and they charged only 10%wastage and i asked why khajana is charging 14 % then that guy has started behaved very rudely with me.. I have not expected such a bad behaviour with a customer by a branch manager, if a manager can behave like this how can the staff behaviour would be.. I will ever visit to khajana and will suggest my friends and relatives about their cheating and also i will post it in social network..

          I have sell the old gold @ khazana jewellery from kurnool branch with 31.28 gms of 22k on 22/10/2017 of gram rate 2830 then the amount was 88522 but the invoice (56pi - 412 invoice number.) has given to me with an amount of 85, 879 the difference amount was 2643.00. Even i have called to kurnool branch they have not responded.
          Can i have y the difference was given in invoice...?

            I had visited the khazana jewelry station road sore vizag on 15 oct 17 evening and seen on necklace which is already selected by another customer (Who left without paying advance) even i had left without paying or asking them to reserve for me. Again next day morning 10.45 am on 16 oct 17 i had visited the store and asked for the same pice they showed me told i you want pls speek with floor manager for final discount i told give me some more time & left without confirmation. Same day again in the evening 5.45 i had visited and told bill the same without ear rings they told i[censored] take without earrings there will be no exchange even i had agreed the same & went for billing by submitting my old gold & about to pay remaining balance by card suddenly manager came & stopped stating that this item is not for sales it is reserved by another customer who visited after me only. Here the game started actually know they got a customer who is willing to take. Along with ear rings which i didn't. So they let me to wait 3 hours and told this item is not for sale and returned my old gold and sent me back. After me left they sold to another customer who took complete set.

              The dirtiest showroom i have ever visited.in vizianagaram khazana showroom the employees never show the product just chit chat with the employees beside them. Even the security who cleans the floor and opens the door also has some attitude. # showroom.. I want the sales zonal manager contact asap. I wanna kill these #. Every time not this is a first time.

                I am dr. L. Nagarjan, from thanjavur. On oct 2, monday, i went to trichy kazana to purchase a necklace. I have been a regular customer and made more purchase two months back. I had bad experience with your manager, who refused to reduce rs.500 from the netvalue after putting 17% wastage. I was forced me to go to other shop. He doesn't bother to lose a regular customer for the sake of rs.500.

                Tamzhil Selvam trichy Kazana jwelley store manager is such a cheated and theft near by 1lakh in previous company landmark group..I attached proof on this and pls don’t continue in this company because he is such a fraud and lots of black mark in retail feild..the same all sent the supporting doc to your ho pls take care..he is working in kazana jewellery I’m trichy branch do pls catch that guy and sack him

                  [protected] on this date i purchase one gold chain for my regular use in nellore khazana branch but the chain model it's self some defect in the linking part after 2 weeks i went to showroom i will show them they achari what he told me it's model it's self problem came then same model same chain will be there in show piece in that piece also same problem iam asking them i have to change my chain what they told me that u have to loose making and wastage charges i[censored] r willing then we will deducting all making and wastage charges then we will replace so sad to buy in khazana manufacture defect also bear custumer's

                    Dear khazana,
                    Being such a huge competitor in the gold business they are cheating customers in the name sake of schemes which seems to be a pre-planned program which has became an habit for them it seems.
                    In detail last year 2016-sep:
                    We purchased a gold in chandanagar branch and the sales person informed me about the rs.1000-/ scheme where he explained that we will get 1000 bonus and 9% off in wastage as well. After the salesperson forced many times i have accepted the same and signed the form and joined the scheme. After reading the application, i asked them about the wastage part which was not mentioned in the application and they said don't worry at the time of closing the scheme we will make sure the wastage percentage will be given to us which didn't happened now where we purchased the gold (In aug17) again after completing the scheme in 11 months. I know there is no proof regarding the wastage but as we trusted them we got cheated as the saying "one can be cheated if they believe". Is this khazana's routine to bluff customer's.
                    And one more thing is:
                    Initially they said the valuation and price of the gold will be based on the weight tag. But after the purchase of the item there is difference of weight but they didn't changed the cost of the item.
                    When i asked them they said that there will be +or - difference which we got the same difference of nearly 12 milligrams.
                    After a long discussion they reduced the cost in gold but not on the stones. Does the stones not cover under the differentiated weight?
                    If there is a difference in the weight why they can't fix the cost after the item's original weight.
                    Please let me know the solution for the same so that we can get some belief.

                      They refused my employer sbi id even though the amount below 50000
                      Please verify at your end whether largest public sector bank sbi is not a valid document for rs 43500 worth jewellery.
                      Please give me the details of valid documents. Please let me know the mobile number search software available with you, as i am your oldest customer of your khazana jewellery.

                        I have purchased payal jewellery from your showroom khazana jewellery pvt. Ltd at as rao nagar ecil on 26/04/2017 to gift my friends 10 years old daughter, while purchasing itself i asked them to give suitable size for 10 years girls but they have not shown any interest to give suitable size and just given randomly, now this size is too small. When i approached them over phone the answer is negative exchange is not possible. Now let me know i have not used at all it is unbox piece and wanting to just exchange not money back then what is the problem you have??? Small cloth merchant people replace exchange without any question. Such a waste treatment with customer never expected your brand people will do and behave like this. Before i lived in hyderabad they are also i purchased a lot and treated well me whole staff, but i came since nellore located in andra pradesh district 4 years back. When i went here your showroom i faced the rude behavior of manager. He is name anji reddy, he is speaking and rude. He said to that send to me out through security guard, what is this behavior. What is need customers or employees. Your losing the faith from people if you continue like this. We need to take action even i will for further action. Behavior of manager is worst. I have never seen such one shameless experience since my 9 years experience.

                            Hi,

                            My self mehar bought one gold chain 2 years ago from khazana kukatpally.. As i need money i want to sell that item, for that i approached khazana somajiguda, they said as i am not having bill, it will take 2 days to retrieve the bill and other 5 days to get money in rtgs, i had given my name and phone number, it was already 4 days i had given my details but no proper action was taken.

                            What is the difference between khazana and a small street shop, where is the security, where is the value for gold and money and even time. Is that is the way to deal with your customers.

                            Till now i may bought around 4 lakhs of gold, if this is the way i never ever buy even a 100 rs gold and even suggest people not to buy anything from khazana describing the whole issue.

                                Khazana punjagutta store manager Dinesh Joshi is rude to customers.Bargainig and negotiating is part of regular transactions but what came as a shock to us is the careless attitude towards customers. Mr.Joshi doesn't have a basic etiquette in dealing or talking with customers .He is careless and has a poor customer attitude towards customers and queries

                                  Presently I am working in Khajana Jewellary as Sales Executive, that they are pressuring employees more to do more Purchase Advance Receipt(PAR). PAR nothing but schemes. Customers are not ready to do but our management are pressuring the employees to do PAR's with customers. Please save from presurre and avoid those schemes in jewellary industries. not only in Khajana jewelary and also in all jewellary showrooms. Please save the employees.

                                    Sir/Madam, with reference to my complaint dt.8.8.2015 &11.8.2015 This is with reference to Tax Invoice No.31SI-9630, dt.24.07.2015, Chaitanyapuri Cross Road, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad-500 060 that I have purchased Two Finger Rings, Gold quality –BIS 916. Two finger rings weighs (net) 4.950+6.070 @ Rs.2344 per gram and stone CZ weighs 0.510+0.[protected]@ Rs.700. However, it is found that the V.A.(Value Added) is calculated at 21% which is higher than any Jewellery shop charged. When I enquired other Jewellery shop they told me usually for finger rings they charge V.A. at the range of 9-11%. When I contacted my friends/colleagues before purchasing finger rings the KHAZANA JEWELLERY charge V.A. @ lesser % than any other Jewellery Shop. Recently I purchased Finger Ring in JOS ALUKKAS as I could get model in KHAZANA JEWELLERY they charged V.A. about @11% only. Being charged more V.A. I was at loss of Rs.Rs.2583/-. This may be clarified and arrange to pay back the excess amount charged. To day a representative from KHAZANA JEWELLERY on his Phone No.[protected] spoke to me at12.32 PM and informed that your complaint would be resolved within minutes and enquired my account details of SBI. As I told that I am having account in SBH he asked my ATM details then I told my SBH ATM Card Number Then your money would be credited to SBH and SBH will provide OTP and asked to convey the OTP. But I did not received any message regarding OTP. Then he gave Account No.[protected] and asked me to operate from SBH ATM. As he guided me how to operate. Accordingly, I inserted my ATM Card, entered my PIN Number, Card to Card transfer, entered the account No.[protected], Rs. 14786 at the amount space, savings then it is processed with a message you have completed transaction. I took Mini statement, I realised that instead of increasing balance reduced Rs.14786. I immediately called to him. He told don't worry your money will come back and operate same procedure by entering Rs.9680 at the amount space, I proceeded and again Rs.9680 also reduced from balance. Again I called him. Don't worry you get entire amount within 24 hours. Half an hour back I took Mini Statement but no amount is credited. I humbly request to look into matter and help to get back entire amount.
