After all our complaints no one has taken action on this, above in which Mr Raja is supporting her Nethravathi which is not correct. However it is very clear that we should not to enter into the shop. Nethravathi SB insulted us over and above people calling & supporting her.     My Name is G.ASIR SELWYN RAJASINGH, small customer of Khazana for the past one year. We did very small jewels procurement from your Tirunelveli Branch. On[protected], we have purchased two SALEM weighing 71.260gms vide bill no-21SI-13081 dated[protected] for Rs.2877/ against our old two number s of SALEM which was purchased three years before from Rajadeepam Jewellery. We have used the new one only for Christmas celebration on[protected] and removed & kept in house before attending one funeral function today[protected]. When my wife took again to wear, she found that both ends of SALEMs are very much weak. We took the same to your Tirunelveli branch @ 8.00PM [protected] and asked for replacement but they have straightway rejected our request. We have really argued for our rights to get replacement but they said they can do only repair / correction. We are not agreed for the repair or rework as we do not accept brand new one with REPAIR. This can be verified thro your CCTV records. We would like to furnish the below points for your immediate ref 1. My wife is a teacher and she never handles jewels roughly. 2. She has used hardly for one day (max of 24 hours) and with 24 hours the link is going bad means ether it must be used wrongly by us or pulled out by hard objects at our end . In that case that incident must of NEAR MISS /accident but it was not happened so and she was very much present to your staff. 3. MOC of the SALEM is not made of clear properties or STD compositions which you can verify and catch hold your inefficient sourcing team and very poor QAQC team. 4. The values are not much but the way handled by your staffs are very poor and like street merchants, not like a matured customer handling team. 5. No proper supervisor to handle the issue. 6. No person to take immediate remedial action to satisfy the customer. We have left the SALEMS without taking any receipts and we said that we are donating to KHAZANA as IT(KHAZANA) is looking to cheat customer and we would like to create customer awareness not only in Tirunelveli but all over Tamilnadu.

      Hi, Don't Purchase any Gold & Silver from Khazana Jewellery (Kanchipuram). Anand Show room Manager he don't have how to behavior customers in show room. Last Moth i bought silver kolusu but within the week itself that cut (Damaged) so we step in showroom for service that manager treat differently even though we came Quietly again 2 days the same place cut (Damaged) again went showroom that manager Name Anand Treat very badly for us. They don't have proper service in Kanchipuram, So dear friends don't step in Khazana Jewellery (Kanchipuram) when Anand Show room Manager.

        Hello,

        Khazana Jewelers are a bunch of cheaters!!!.

        Like other esteemed jewelers, they are running the scheme of 11+1 installments where the customer pays 11 installments in 11 months and the
        store pays the 12 installment. However, the cheaters they are, actually ask the customer to wait for 2 months after the 11th installments!!!
        Relatively, at all esteemed jewelry stores, the customer is allowed to do shopping just after the 12 installment is paid.
        These cheaters hold back your money for 1 more month and allow the customer to shop only a month after 12 installment!!!

        So basically, they are holding back your money for one more month before allowing you to shop.

        My advice, do not get impressed by their well-mannered staff.
        People like me who used to believe Khazana as a good store.. will no longer go to Khazana..

        I strongly advise people NOT TO VISIT or BUY anything from Khazana Jewellers (ALL BRANCHES)

          To-day morning I have telephonically contacted contacted the Khajana Jewelly shop at Kakinada and enquired the 10grams gold 24 kts cost and informed Rs.22480/- when I went to their shop to purchase gold coin. Unfortunately they informed different price of the coin. Just attracting they are saying lower prices and not for real sale.
          Further weight was printed on the coin is 10 grams. when I weighted physically its real weight is 9.97 grams. They informed that their coins weight is not exaxt 10 grams and may vary.
          As a customer I expect from a corporate firm proper quality, quantity and price which is not available here.
          I request the authorities to verify.

          Khazana Jewellery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I have a somewhat similar experience in Khazana kakinada. I am their regular customer and buy jewellery and coins from them trusting that all is fair and genuine. But whenever I enquire about gold coins the response is always lukewarm as they say that the margin is so low that they are almost not interested in selling the coins. And they are also not consistent with the price they quote on the phone. It invariably differs with the rate when you actually go there to purchase the coins. Regarding the weight problem, well now I shall check my coins for their weight accuracy.
          It is true and the company is not at all responding to this complaints. Their aim to earn money and not genuine sales. For earning money only they are advertising to tap to their business.

            Who doesn't enjoy shopping in the crowded Indian markets ?
            Not out of sarcasm but sheer politeness that I ask this question. In fact, I truly enjoy overflowing shops and never tiring junta which although keeps traffic tight; adds to the glitterati of Chennai.
            Chennai - the place I've been for the last 8 years now.
            On a recent evening, I hopped into Khazana Jewellers (T.Ngr) right after having shopped at Nalli's (Famous Silk Saree store). Mind you, I was carrying just one shopping bag. And was accompanied by mum and my aunt (a guest at our place all the way from Gujarat)
            Now what happened with us was totally unexpected and alarming! More so, it came out of the blue.
            I had placed an order for a ring and was waiting for them to close the same. However, the sales guys seemed to be a bit distracted and hence, delayed the entire process. At one point of time, I felt like shaking them up and ask if they really want my order or not! And then when the time for billing came, they asked my aunt to step out and proceed upstairs. We all went into a small pantry room where they said they wanted to check our bags. I thought allright, probably they have got something missing and want to check that with us.
            However, they didn't seem to be interested in checking our hand bags but pounced right into our Nalli shopping bag and guess what - the man takes out two platinum rings!
            The next scene was them screaming at 3 o[censored]s. And what was ridiculous was the way they harassed us after this act. Instead of telling us what had happened they made us look like thieves. The police was called in and CCTV videos were looked at. There was clearly no clue of any ring being stolen from our side. To be very precise they put the blame on our guest - my aunt !
            The way in which this act was plotted clearly we were to be made accused and with pressure money was to be extracted from us for the rings, The police looked least interested in knowing the truth. They were all accomplice in this plot. Their purpose as we came to know a little later was to save some sales girl's who apparently had taken the rings.
            Next was the stage of finding a solution and we had contacted a friend whose relative was the commissioner in police for Annanagar. She was made aware of these proceedings and what we were told was the fact that this is a money making gimmick where in Jewellers frame customers for an act not committed by them so as to extract a good sum of money which can be given to the police as a cover for protecting the Jewellery.

            I don't know how many of you must have heard or experienced such an act. But its a shame that in our country there is no place to go and ask for justice. The police way is something nobody wants to get their hands dirty into. Apart from that is our media or blogs like these where chances of awareness are directly proportional to the popularity quotient one holds !

            By writing this blog all I intent doing is spreading this story, arousing awareness and knowing from people as to what can be done in cases such as mine.

            The below are some thoughts that I shall leave you all with ...

            How a mob can make something untrue look as real as this world !
            How establishments for our safety are the most unsafe places to be in !
            How one man's voice can be overshadowed by (paid) media's opinions !

              Yesterday night i.e.,[protected] at around 8.30 P.M., my father bought ear rings (bill no: 15441, time on bill-20:43:10) from KHAZANA JEWELLERY shop at Abids road, Hyderabad.
              It was found to be in bad condition and was broken without even using it. Even though there is similar piece in the shop they were not ready to replace it. If this is the condition of Khazana Jewelleries then no one will dare to buy in that shop. The items which are displayed in the shop are not in good condition and the shop members are irresponsible and rude with us when we asked for replacement. Please look into the matter so that the others will not suffer like us.

              we saved money in khajana jewellery, vizag for our future need of gold ornaments.
              because of my unavailability in town we were not saved as per time so they are treating me as a defaulter and they are not ready to pay back my saved money and
              insisting to buy jewellery.can you suggest us how to take back our money
              Khazana Jewellery — Breakage of newly purchased jewellery

              We Purchased one black beads chain in khazana, but within one month it broken and no reponse from khazana,
              I purchased a set of bangles. They are beautiful but the design has sharp edges. When I try to wear it leads to cuts and injuries. It was taken 15 days back. I want to get it replaced. There is no damage. It is completely fine, but the sharp design is leading to problem. Please help me to replace this.

                HI, I have orderd the L Shpaed Sofa set in Hyderabad Khazana in Jubilee Hills in November and i payed the 70% of payment and I got the sofa delivered after 2 and half months and after the 8 months usage the cushions are out os shape and the support cushions exactly look like the rice bags, when contactedm they are not responding and after repeated calls they took the cushions and kept some stuffing type os thin layered sponge in all the cusions and delivered , still the same problem, Never ever buy the Khazana Furniture .
