I have a scheme for rs.5000/- at Station Road khazana showroom visakhapatnam ( old showroom). I regularly paid all the installments and it's rejecting the final payment.When I contacted the showroom they have directed me to the cash counter.The person there was very impatient with me, when I have asked about my doubt for 2times, he simply disconnected the call. I am a very regular loyal n valuable customer to Khazana.U can check my purchases and the amount of gold through my mobile number. I referred the brand to many but now I feel that the brand is loosing it's grace.

    I have taken four monthly scheme from your showroom at Berhampur, Odisha. My Ms no is 60Q6240, 60Q6241, 60Q7386 and 60Q7387.
    I have visited to above showroom five times to collect my gift eligible as per scheme amount. Every time they assured me the gift is not available now. In fourth visit, I request them to note my phone number and inform me when gift is available. But after one month I have not received any call from showroom . In last visit on 24/06/2023, I got same replay that the gift is not available now. But all discussion, they said me when gift is available, we will hand over the same at your premises. Now they said u collect the same from our shop.
    Khazana Jewellery is a known brand and have good reputation in market.
    If they behave same thing with other customer like me, than God only save ur goodwill.
    Expecting a good move from ur end.

      I made a jewellery purchase in tirupati showroom vv nagara recently, they charged me extra. Highly disappointed.. had very sof and experience vth other branches but this ill this purchase I felt like never look bach for purchase to this branded agai.. this is our hard earned money, don't even know my problem vll be picked or not. Very worst experience.

        Hello,

        I bought chain in your store at rajahmundry Andhra Pradesh, 10 days ago
        It’s broken with in days,
        I clearly explained your staff ibrahim before I take, I need for daily wear need be strong, how delicate it is, I want to replace the design or else refund the money

        Note: your staff response too rude towards customers especially there is person called himself as manager name Varma at your Rajahmundry store
        I’m sure I don’t refer again your Khazana

        I’m extremely disappointed with Khazana

          I have purchased a diamond ring for my better half, which was sold by khazana jewellery, chanda nagar branch. during purchase they said and confirmed us. it can be worn for daily purpose as we except to wear engagement ring daily.

          After our engagement, ring started to shape out and displace and even a attachment broke. As my wedding is getting closer and one week away. we have went to the store requesting for replacement or requested for change in ring. As quality of the product is not upto the mark. for a diamond ring is not the right standard. The purchase experience even got worse when we were told we had to wait for 20 more days as it had to go to Chennai, they didn’t understand the importance of the event of wedding ring has to be there. Manager stated single ring cant’t be sent and it has to be sent in a bulk schedule. I am very sure this will get damaged even after repair. Hence i needed a full refund of the purchase. It is not suited for purpose intended.

            Mr psycho manager naresh he didn't know how to talk with staff, he is very rude vulgarity person.
            Everyone manager resigning because of him,
            Giving to every staff Pressurised,
            No development
            Only doing politics with staff
            13hours for female workers also.

                My mother bought a chain which is of 47 grams and billing is also made for 47 grams, now it’s weighing only 42 grams and we have brought only one item and we showed the bill also to the management. We need the compensation for the 5 grams. It was bought in the vijayawada store . Help us on this issue

                        I joined the scheme on September 2021 for the 11 months scheme and I paid till dec for 4 months (16k per month).after that due to medical reasons I Didnot pay the amount.After maturity date (aug) I went there to buy the gold and they told me that gold Wastage not covered because of less payments and the complimentary gifts have to pay.these are the things they Didnot told me at the beginning

                          We have subscribed for 11 months Gold Instalment Scheme on 26Jul 22.
                          But the related Offer Gift was not available in stoch, and intimated us to supply in a month time. On 20th Aug. inquired about it. But still they didn't receive the stock.
                          It embarassing to hear it fron such a big company why can't the manage simple things.

                                I have purchase gold of about 6 lakhs and by mistake i made a payment of 6929 extra on 24.07.2022 and the staff there told me that money shall be refunded in 07 days and I haven't received the amount even by 01.08.2022. Please resolve this and do refund the excess amount paid. Thank you.

                                  Hi KHAZANA Jwelles Team,

                                  I visited Hyderabad branch yesterday night at near Miyapur branch.the worst experience I faced for the first in my life as I regular customer to vishakapatnam they received so good and decent but yesterday the manager and sales girls was like hell in Chandannagar branch Hyderabad.

                                  Issue: I waited for 1 hour at bangle section and I was so frustrated because sales girls reacting very rude manner when we ask how much time it will took to show bangles. I waited another half an hour …one of the sales women came and show item of Jwellery with disinterested manner, finally I selected and I went to upstaris for silver the same problem I faced..ok I selected my silver items and bangles at last.. to get my final estimation of my gold they took another 2 hours… worst manager and staff not even respectful..every women customer scolding manager directly but he is not responding you can watch CC FOOTAGE.

                                  Please treat customer with good service.

                                      Iam having scheme 11 months now they are not responding. Now we are waiting for 2 hours but still they are are not responding I want to take gold now 2 nd 4 th floor customer service is very bad they are talking nonsense they are busy why they are getting salaries to receive customers next time I want take schme
