So, I am a customer(Anusha Korada) who is paying 42000 per month for 12 months as advance purchase and now I am leaving to US and also I paid all the amount of 12 months till date and they have given a date of buying like August 9th 2021.Now, I want to select my product as I won't be available on that date and my sister will take on my behalf.
Now, khazana people are saying that we have to pay extra amount to select the product and keep.How far is that fair ? Is this is what you give value to a customer who paid 42k every month like almost who invested 6 lakhs within a year.I thought of investing 1 lakh after this, but I am taking back my decision that I shouldn't buy anything in khazana and even I suggest my friends not to buy or invest who doesn't value their customers

This is Vinod Kumar R I enrolled on 29.09.2020 in your Gold Savings Schemes in Jayanagar branch, Bangalore. That time Ms.Roopa (Employee ID -10179) who is recommended for taking this gold scheme weight option. As she had sales pressure she splitter 4different name and 4different amount. i.e Rs 2000 X 2schemes and Rs -1000 x 2schemes.

As per your executive and scheme intimation I completed paid 11months, till the date-19th July 2021.
While paying the monthly scheme in your branch person informed me that when ever your completed the due same day you can avail the gold. As per his communication and we committed certain things in our family occasion.
Last week I visited to your Jayanagar store, Mr. Siddalingaya(staff) said you can't take now because of maturity date is on 29-Aug-2021. And Your Store Manager Mr. Manjunath came told we will give 100% benifit on purchasing gold. But on that day we are not good mood to take this option. Need time to think so we came back.
Today I.e.29th July 2021. Mr. Siddalingaya (Staff) and Manjunath (Manager) are telling different story, stating today you can't take this 100% benifits and guided very badly. This people only don't have knowledge about the product and services.in this case suffering will be customer.
Now I need to escalate this two people giving wrong commitment and information to the customer and services from the Jayanagar branch is pathetic. I can say one zero knowledge to the staff about the SCHEME.
Now as your employee committed I need 100% benifit of this scheme. Need to purchase the product with in this month.
If it nor, definitely I will raise an complaints infront of court of law.

I have purchased 22 Karat Gold Necklace set on 19.02.2019. Now the quality of the gold is not it looking like a normal metal. I herewith attached the the pictures of the gold and my tax invoice. Regarding this I already sent a mail there is no response from Khazana.

On above account we were paying advance payment through online, now since few month we could not open that sbi portal and given numbers no one responding.
Scheme shedules also skipped because of not responding...

I have selected a bracelet and asked the concerned executive to keep it aside as I wish to do some more shopping at Khazana Rajahmundry store. After finishing my shopping of ear rings and other products I returned to the counter for making payment. Unfortunately to my surprise I came to know that the bracelet that I have selected is being sold to some other customer. It was a very unpleasant shopping experience at Khazana. I am being a regular customer of Khazana and I faced a untrained and unprofessional executives and Managers who are unable to manage the business. After realizing the mistake I waited more than half an hour to see the manager which made me feel that even manager level executives are also not bothered about customer. It's quite unpleasant and I wish not to visit your store in my entire life time.

I have paid August month due through mobile app and g pay but not showing the ledger augest month please solve this issue

I bought a necklace worth of 4 lakhs in April 2021 and on the same day we paid 5k on a scheme on montly basis and we chose a pressure cooker but that was not given to us saying that no stock and it's been 3 months and no one called us to take the gift and if I call no one lifts the call. How could a customer believes in your shop if you behave like this on a small thing, I wanted to queen your rules, ethics and responsibility.

Credit Card not accepted without person having Card Holder ID proof and PIN verified transaction also in Vizianagaram khazana jewellery .it is not correct in this pandamic covid situation because card holder is old person and she is illetrate .so is it right to denay payment in this circumstances...

I am part of Khazana monthly scheme and i payed for 7months, all of sudden they layed off the showroom asking us to submit the proofs to settle the amount what we payed.
At the start of the scheme the requested us to open the schemes and they offered few gift items.
Now, the situation is reverse though we have payed scheme amount of 28000, they are ready to pay only 26500 and they remaining amount they are charging for gift item.

Did we ask for the Gift at the time of scheme initiation ? how you will deduct the money from us.

And one more point, from these 7months we have payed scheme amount and where is the interest for that ?

Are we looking as fools to you?

I have been trying to open your website but only facebook link is available. I am also unable to undertake online payment of gold scheme.but the website is not visible.

I bought pendant from your shop last month, and wore it yesterday. I am surprised to see that in 1 day that too not whole day, it’s like 4-5 hours after wearing it, 1 stone came out. Really disappointed with such piece of jewellery.

Can you confirm why you guys have such kind of things in your place and what can be done now!

On line payment not working.we are trying since 2 months

I want to know the monthly scheme details in khazana jewellery for an amount of Rs.5000/- per month..so what is the duration of scheme and maturity amount and due date...I am interested to join the monthly scheme in khazana jewellery.pls send the details as early as possible...

I called the customer care. Thy spoke so rudely and didn't give appropriate response. Worst service.

I opt for gold scheme Rs.5000/- (11 months scheme) from 25th Dec 2018 and my scheme ended by 25th Nov 2019 and that time gold rate is Rs.3700/- per gram.
Due to Covid19 I am not visited the Khazana and visited on 16th April 2021.
They charged the ornament cost per gram Rs.4400/- as per 16th April Date.I told him u need consider the price of 3700/- as per 25th Nov 19.literally I lost 13k using this scheme.
