Gold scheme is fraud and not benefit for customers

I opt for gold scheme Rs.5000/- (11 months scheme) from 25th Dec 2018 and my scheme ended by 25th Nov 2019 and that time gold rate is Rs.3700/- per gram.
Due to Covid19 I am not visited the Khazana and visited on 16th April 2021.
They charged the ornament cost per gram Rs.4400/- as per 16th April Date.I told him u need consider the price of 3700/- as per 25th Nov 19.literally I lost 13k using this scheme.

Hello

I had visited ur khazana ie ANANTAPUR showroom on 24.03.2021 and purchased 1no necklace set net weight is 21.050. For that ur sales person one Mr. SURESH told VA 20% and finally reduced 13%. I accepted and paid Rs 1, 02, 930 in the name of my daughter D pooja including 3% GST also. VERIFY ATTACHED UR BILL.

Before that I had purchased so many jewellery for my family purpose and also I have reccomended my friends and relatives. I[censored] people's will ask ur SALES person ie SURESH.

Also ur MANAGER SATISH requested me join in monthly scheme. As per his request I had joined Rs5000 monthly scheme immediately on 24.03.2021.

My family members not happy about design which was purchased on 24.03.2021. For that as per ur terms and conditions I had utilized 3 to 4 days exchange o[censored]r policies.

I had exchange the product vide ur bill no 36SI-17944 dt 26.03.2021 ie Necklace long chain net weight is 26.710 grams. For that ur SALES person one Mr JAFFER I think his name assist me on 26.03.2021 and he told me VA ie 16% and I asked make it 10% and he was taken his superior advice one Mr Chandra SEKHAR not accepted for that and he told me 13% for that I have not accepted again I requested for 11% for that also not accepted from ur Chandra SEKHAR. And I requested arrange refund for that also ur Chandra SEKHAR not accepted. His mentality is at any cost customer should take exchange. Their is no option for me ie exchanged by forcefully I have taken necklace long chain for 13% VA. In the name of my daughter D pooja. VERIFY ATTACHED BILL.

Because on 26.03.2021 Suresh is under training and ur Incharge SATISH also not there.

For that ur One Mr Chandra SEKHAR wasted lot of time to making Bill's and i suffered a lot.To be Frank I am not happy about his services.

For exchange u people's returned full of my amount and make fresh exchange bill but in my issue colled more Rs488 ie rate difference also. Because o[censored]r Chandra SEKHAR I loose Rs488 and VA charges also.

Earlier ur SURESH reduced 20% to 13% ie 7% for exchange ur Chandra SEKHAR reduced 16% to 13% ie only 3%. Their is no option for me I have accepted for exchange. And also I had paid as per ur bill no 36SI-17944 dt 26.03.2021. The bill was raised in my daughter's name D pooja.

Ur Chandra SEKHAR mentality I had suffered a lot on 26.03.2021 even if I asked khazana superior contact nos AGM, GM, HEAD-Sales to discussmy VA issue. . But he was not provided.

Because o[censored]r Chandra SEKHAR I have canceled monthly scheme Rs5000 on 26.03.2021 and gift collected from my house.

And also I have taken schemes at JOYALUKKAS, ANANTAPUR Rs8000 + Rs2000 both vide schemes I'd nos 8088062, 8088904 dt 26.03.2021 and 27.03.2021. Along with this I have purchased ear rings at VA11% also at JOYALUKKAS.

As a regular customer of khazana because o[censored]r Chandra SEKHAR I had chosen JOYALUKKAS.

Infuture I won't buy any products at ur khazana and also I won't recommend anyone because o[censored]r Chandra SEKHAR.

Not only this ur Chandra SEKHAR sent my house one o[censored]r SALES person ie Mr. CHAITANYA for collecting the Monthly scheme gift ie Butterfly cooker.

Gift cost Rs1331 mentioned in my bill. I have received entire scheme amount Rs5000.

This bill adjusts as per ur chandra SEKHAR guidelines from ur cashier one Mr. NAGENDRA. This is ur system.

In the interest o[censored]r khazana reputation I am sending this email.

As a regular customer of khazana in this issue I suffered a lot from ur Chandra SEKHAR who is incharge on 26.03.2021.

I have purchased long chain only ie 26.710grams.
Arrange refund for my long chain which was purchased at khazana jewellery, ANANTAPUR BRANCH, ANDHRA PRADESH state. Worst service I have faced in my life ie khazana jewellery.

khazana jewellery EXECUTIVES Chandra SEKHAR and SURESH cheated me by way of VA charges ie by way of collecting more VA charges. And also on 10.04.2021 at 11.30 am khazana ANANTAPUR BRANCH manager satish and his executive chaitanya visited my house for compromise of my complaint they offered me Rs3000/- morethan 1 hour requested me for their compromise. And also they told me their EXECUTIVES suffers from their management regarding my complaint. For that I have not accepted. I asked only refund. For that they refused and went out. This is khazana jewellery system.

On 10.04.2021 at 11.30 am khazana jewellary ANANTAPUR BRANCH manager satish and his executive chaitanya visited my house for compromise of my complaint for that they offered me Rs3000/- Morethan 1hour they requested me for their compromise. And also they told me their EXECUTIVES will suffers from their management regarding my complaint. And also khazana jewellery MANAGER suggested me don't inform our management regarding their compromise.

For that I have not accepted.

I asked only refund. If not possibly I will go by legally.

For that they refused and went out.

This is khazana jewellery system. Then u can IMMAGINE how ur ANANTAPUR khazana jewellery BRANCH MANAGER and their staff functioning. I[censored] enquiry so many facts will come out.

I am highlighting these because khazana management should know how customer are suffering and how khazana staff damaging khazana reputation.

    I B Supriya Advocate, purchased necklace set on[protected] in kazahana store, Somajiguda, Hyderabad. It was very short and tiet to my neck, at the time of purchase sales person told that right now adjustable rings not available and requested to come after two days and we went on[protected] said no stock, so I decided to exchange that necklace set and purchased two sets of earrings and paid extra 20000/- for extra grams. From two sets I want to exchange one earring set and asked for exchange. Manager said that their is no option for second time exchange. How simply they will tell first time I exchanged because of their negligence, that is not my mistake and now being as a customer I want to exchange only one set of earning and that to it is gold not a small amount. Manager and sales person not at all responding. Please resolve my problem.

      We started paying the policy in 2019 paid for 4 months after due to cobid we couldnt pay as the stores are closed and no one to guide for online payment so after they said u can buy but there will be no benefit.but now when we went to purchase gold they are deducting for the gifts which they gave saying them as COMPLIMENTARY and deduction amounts for them also Too HIGH also gave gifts of different price for the 2 policies they gave and reducing different amounts without any intimation given during the beginning of policy . U guys are making us pay more by saying things like this it is like cheating giving gifts by saying complimentary .pls look into this as soon as possilbe .our policy nos 30M9712, 30M9713

        Hi. I have paid a total of 45000 rupees through gold scheme at Khammam khazana. I was said that ornament can be bought at any branch. So I visited somajiguda branch many a times but they are saying we need to contact the Khammam branch. Tried calling them several times but no response. This is utterly not fair at all. Why can't they respond. I am calling them from past one month still no response.

        The reciept no : 35M10514.
        I'm expecting an immediate solution for this otherwise I cannot trust Khazana nor will I suggest it to anyone one.

          I have been a loyal customer to khazana since 10yrs, in this period I bought some serious amount of gold and diamonds, but once I went to buy silver I had a very bad experience, I have waited for and hour but no one attended since in came to buy silver, there is no order of priority ( first come first served) i[censored] r there to buy diamonds u will be served immediately and there goes gold, i[censored] went for silver no one attends the counter is empty. Due to covid I wore a mask, so they didn't identify me, after removing my mask they said we didn't thought it was u, they are attend only who came to buy gold and diamonds, from here on I'll never buy any product from khazana, itz a place where there r no ethics, and no respect for people.

                I have a problem with khazana app. I logged in with my contact number in khazana app and joined a new scheme and filled all the details. Accepted the terms and conditions, and finally done payment of 4000/- through net banking. Amount has been debited from my SBI account to PASFER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.But In khazana app it's not showing my scheme details or my payment details. Please help me with this problem at the earliest

                    We have joined in gold scheme with Khazana Jewellers, A S Rao nagar branch, Telengana, India on my wife name K.Bharathi in Nov 2020. Our Gold scheme number is 25N866. In this regard I would like to bring to your notice that my wife name was wrongly registered as K.BHARATH instead of K.Bharathi.

                    At my request regarding name change as above said, your AS Rao nagar branch people have sent a mail to customer care (Head Office ), but still the issue is not resolved. When ever I am asking in this regard, they are saying it should be resolved at Head office.

                    Still the problem is not resolved

                          Khazana Jewllers are just smart cheaters, i have paid 10 months, one month Khazana Jeweller has skipped intentinally so that customer money can be reduced. No update from khazana that i have not paid major cheating. It is clearly mentioned no wastages for the money i have paid, what Khazana does they put the 10% VA for the whole ornament what you buy and reduce the amount what you have paid, now the actual fact is they are not supposed to put VA for the weight what you have paid, on that exact calculation i have paid extra 10K for the ornament which we bought. It is really frustrating, we believe our neighbouring countries are cheating actullaly this type of Jewellers are cheating us only. People please don't buy from this innocent face cheaters, Mr Rajgopal, Mr Shivraj, Mr Satish of Marathahalli branch are the incharge of this type of crime, really these are cheaters.

                            We have gold scheme number 11N542 for ₹.2000 in the name of R Usha devi at Tirupathi branch. Initially the mobile no was recorded as [protected](which is not my mobile number) instead of [protected] i repeat it should be 396 not 369 . I have submitted a request for correction of mobile number at Tirupathi branch . The branch officials are telling that mobile number is updated to [protected].
                            But when I am trying to register the scheme in online app. the OTP is not received on new updated mobile. Moreover in online Khazana app the old mobile number only there with the above scheme.

                              Today i went your Trichy branch for exchange of one ring and easily completed with the help of counter staff Mr suresh and as requested and canvased by him i agreed to place a chit for Rs 6000/- But in the billing counter stsff Mahesh purposely delayed 45 minits . He shouted suresh and asked him go to the counter and asked me to sit and made others bill and completed my chit job by 9 pm .
                              He is not at all fit for billing counter most of customers feels the same and told in front of him. He thinks he is the superior and any person to stand in front of him.

                                We have enrolled for the 11 months scheme in Mar 19 and paid all in time. While we decide to redeem, Covid 19 got declared and shops were closed till July 20. We were not comfortable visiting the shops due to Covid fear and Gold prices by the time touched sky high.yesterday we went to your Anna nagar Shop and bought. While the gold rates were lowere the market rate, considering the lock up of money matured with you for nearly year, we requested for some waiver on the making charges and stone charges as we bought gold jewellery little over the redeemed money. Shop manager mr Arvind made a statement that shops were kept opened during lock down and it is our miss not to buy. Such a blatant lie he was making when there was a total lockdown. He could have considered waiver on the additional making charges and stone charges which every jeweller including GRT and Tanshiq do. In fact the stone charges were little over the price of gold and not reasonable. We are customers of Khazana from 2005. It is pathetic that they acted like bureaucrat. Even many shops and banks considered waivers in all front. Considering the money of 88K left with you for 1 year it would have earned a minimum of 10k for Khazana. While we are the loser in all fronts, the admant behaviour of your shop manager is absolutely un acceptable. Request your intervention and consider my request. I have paid nearly 2000 on an additional purchase of rs 8000. Regards S Balambika

                                  Hi Sir/Madam

                                  This is really a bitter experience for my from khazana Vizag branch .
                                  My scheme(01M8354) )has ended on Dec 29th. This scheme is initiated at Hyd somajiguda branch and want to avail in Vizag branch.
                                  Initially they refused to avail saying there is server issue and cannot be availed.
                                  I have provided all the required documents and also a consent letter with their signature from the person who has initiated the scheme which the branch has asked for. Now they are refusing to avail the scheme and asking for few more documents. I did not like the way they responded.

                                  Request you to process my request as early as possible and take required action against the branch.

                                  It's a horrible experience for me.
                                  Waiting for the solution asap.

                                      I have purchased the ring and the diamonds of the ring are getting removed and now what should I do. I need to get this exchange and now I am in aurangabad and I have purchased in karimnagar telangana. This needs to be fixed asap. I do not want to get this extended.
