Bill counter is very late such that they had 3counters in that only 2counters are working so, for costumers it is becoming late to pay the bill.

In this corona situation why there are only two counters because the crowd is very heavy and also not taking any covid precautions i[censored] want u can check the CCTV photo age in your shop. Time-7.20pm to 8.00pm.Date-12/11/2020.

    I don't know how you people managing customers it's shame on khazana jewellers. U people are cheating customers in the name of scheme. There is no Pre closure benefit to customer in scheme. Rudely behaving staff no manners how to deal with customers.

    ITS A REALLY A CHEAP MARKETING YOU PEOPLE WILL GIVE CHEAP GIFTS AND AT THE TIME OF CLOSING THE SCHEME YOU ARE CHARGING FOR GIFTS.

    KHAZANA GAVE ME A THIRD GRADED GIFT WORTH OF CHEAP AND AT THE TIME OF CLOSING THE SCHEAME YOU DEDUCTED 2500 RUPEES FROM ME.

    YOU PEOPLE REALLY CHEATING CUSTOMERS.

    I WILL REALLY TAKE THIS ISSUE FORWARD.

    UNTILL U COMPANSATE ME.

    Now a days customer service provided by khazana is worst. 2 weeks back what I faced the same problem faced by my mother today. Khazana is thinking that high value customers are the main customers they nearly waited 2 hrs for the item to be shown by them. Last time also I remembered that men name raja in new khazana store in finger ring section his duty is to show th item that's it he doesn't have the right to talk about what the range we can see. This is the way you are treating customers. U r focusing on high value customers and loosing more customer base easily.
    Worst service by khazana jewellers. Fraud sales team. Please don't go to these cheaters

        Dear sir/ madam,

        I have purchased 2 ear studs from khazana jewellery pvt ltd on 08.02.2020 of 16.390 gross weight at the cost of rs.74, 783/- and we have got the free gift of small prestige cooker of 3 lt capacity. The staff of khazana jwellery limited forcefully introduced savings scheme of purchase advanse scheme. I have paid rs.4, 000/- with receipt no 25mr[protected], further i couldn't approach khazana a s rao nagar for paying instalments due to covid-19 pandemic situation, and, i haven't received any messages and phone calls from khazana jewellery pvt ltd to remind me about the savings monthly instalments, today on 06.10.2020 i have approached khazana jewellery pvt ltd, a s rao nagar branch after covid unlock to pay the advance savings monthly instalments, but they rejected my request to continue the scheme or to refund my paid amount of rs.4000/- after my several requests, they agreed to pay by deducting of rs. 1331/- from rs.4, 000/-. They told me they are deducting rs.1331/- for the free gift given to me at the time of my purchase on 08.02.2020. I haven't agreed for the same, please do justice to me to get my full refund amount of rs.4000/- from kazana jewellery pvt ltd.

          Sir Due to lock down and unavailable of income i had not paid scheme completely only 3 months i paid now i would like to pay remaining money but your team said the scheme policy expire on 25 sept and also telling you will not get any benefit and the gift which you collected that money also deducted this information they did not mentioned while joining in tge scheme please suggest me i dont want to extend that scheme and also not intrested to loose my money

                      We paid the scheme in chandanagar khazana an we thought to redeem the same in nellore khazana due to covid-19 situation.

                      We thought to purchase ornament on 26th jun 2020 – gold rate is 4904

                      Issue: we selected one ornament on 26th and it seems that is already taken by some other customer and we asked them to order the same. They said they will confirm the same and let us know.

                      Next day on 27th they confirmed they can place the order and we told about our scheme and khazana team said that they will check with chandanagar branch and process the same. We waited there for long hours on the same day and we left…. Same thing happened till today…i. E., going to shop and waiting there for long hours.

                      Every day they are telling one or the other story like

                      Initially they said we got confirmation that we can place the order.
                      With scheme amount we can’t make order
                      Chandanagar branch is not responding to redeem the amount.


                      Today’s gold rate is 5125 – 31st jul 2020

                      So from 26th to 31st gold rate variation per gram is 221. As your team is not aware of the process we lost these 6 days. And ornament wait is 49.8 grams.

                      Loss is 49.8 grams *221 = 10935/-

                      Could you please let me know who will bear the loss?? What is the remediation plan for this?

                            My mother is a regular customer of khazana jewellers which is located at dickensons road. My mother had a gold necklace and a finger ring which was made by our family goldsmith. During my sister's engagement my mother planned to buy gold in exchange of her gold necklace nd finger ring at khazana. Before going to khazana we went to malabar gold shop and checked our gold purity and itz cost. Our necklace purity has come 87% and finger ring 84% which was matching with goldsmith data given to us. My mother was attracted by the collections in khazana so i went to khazana with my mother.in khazana we showed our necklace nd finger ring to floor manager who was a lady called ms. Deepa. S.
                            She took me to check purity of the necklace and finger ring to counter where one person was sitting for checking purity.
                            He checkd purity manually and estimated finger ring purity as 84% and necklace purity as 80% where as in malabar, for necklace it is 87%, on being askd wt is the proof will u give, he has no answer. We showed purity slip which was checkd in malabar. After seeing that floor manager has managed to increase purity of necklace up to 84%.
                            I started clearing my doubts regarding purity of gold by comparing with malabar slip.
                            Ms deepa said to us first to select any jewelleries and later she will provide us proper estimation. We selected 2 pairs of ear wears and final price was calculated. We askd ms. Deepa to get us proper purity of necklace at least up to 86% and we will pay extra 5k for those two ear wears in exchange of our 2 ornament. After a lot of discusion and bargaining she agreed for 5k and later she askd us to get heat treatment of necklace inside their shop. We got it heat treated and back to ms. Deepa when we were giving 5k she raised price from 5k to 5700rs.
                            I and my mother were very shocked, and we asked her we will give only 5k as per our deal. After geting it heat treated she began taking advantage and was not ready to take 5 k. We were shockd and hurt becz of her cunning behaviour. After arguing also she did not take 5k. Finally we gave full price came back to home.
                            This is how these khazana people cheat customer.
                            These khazana people are cheating educated people what if a common man with less knowledge about gold shopping come to their shop, he is finished in their hands.
                            Please be aware of these cunning peoples my dear brothers and sisters.
                            I request to concern authority to look after the issue.
                            Dnt provoke public to go consumer court.

                              I along with my father visited khazana showroom on 11/07/2020 and we choose some jhumkas and asked their staff to bring us estimation and once the product was fixed and we decided to buy their staff introduced us to their floor manager and this person greeted us in avery respectable way and in return my father did too and when it was a discussion about product my father very gently asked is any change to reduce the amount and to mention my father was addressing this person as sir all he asked was "is there any possibility to reduce the price if their kindly please do" all the did was to cut some price i agree what ever was possible to him he did and my father was still trying to make a conversation he didn't even respond or looked at us he simply just walked way. This may not be an great insult or issue but the way one sales person or manger should respond to his client wasn't at all seen or visible. And the staff person somehow again got him back to speak to us he did the same thing.

                              Its the respect towards elders and towards the client most importantly is demanded in return.
                              The simplest resolution of the complaint i demand is small apology to my father.

                                Sir,
                                I started two monthly contribute scheme to wavier of losses of making charges in july2018. I paid full amount 110000/-. But didn't purchase in july 2019. The amount with them completely with them upto11 july 2020. I. E twice the scheme period. But i got examples making charges on rupees 110000/- only. I purchased rs 330000/-. But i got making charge examption for 110000/- only even the fund twice the scheme period at kazana jewelry punjagutta branch hyderabad.
