I started two monthly contribute scheme to wavier of losses of making charges in july2018. I paid full amount 110000/-. But didn't purchase in july 2019. The amount with them completely with them upto11 july 2020. I. E twice the scheme period. But i got examples making charges on rupees 110000/- only. I purchased rs 330000/-. But i got making charge examption for 110000/- only even the fund twice the scheme period at kazana...

I trying to pay online payment for khazana gold scheme but hard luck there is no way it is not showing any payment method.

I tried to pay as usual through https://www.khazanajewellery.com/ then selecting online payment it redirecting to sbi page and then it showing a message from sbi page as "no payment categories available for the selected institution".

Is there any other option for paying...

I was using khazana online portal to pay my monthly payment scheme "purchase advance". Till April the portal was working. From May 1st 2020 when I tried to pay online it says payment is already done for April month but I am trying to pay may month amount. I tried may 1 and then may 2. Still same issue....

I took monthly sceme...in bangalore. Marthahalli...5 months done from last 2 months that means march and april i am unable to the amount becouse shops is closed and nd not getting online payment option... I didn't not know y kazan's will not take care of customer satisfaction and i spoke with person who is working kazan's billing session regarding my payment alert he said don't know...
