    monthly scheme online payment

    Dear sir, i joined the monthly payment scheme of rs 5000/- per month in the month of feb'2020. Next payment was due in the month of mar'2020. On 25th of this month i made a online payment but it was not sucessful. And due date being end of this month and shops being not opened please advise how the payment to be made. My par no 11m12907. Please advise...

    Due to covid-19 outbreak there is complete lock down from 22nd march 2020 and how are we going to pay our monthly installments. There is no further communication from khazana jewellers on this. If i pay online payment it must not affect the current scheme and you should be responsible to take up measures from your side as a customer we are ready to pay due to un natural circumstances we are facing this issue.
    If i am paying online for this month's installment it must not affect the scheme and promises that were made while paying for this scheme.

      I paid the online payment for my gold scheme opened in T Nagar branch on 21.03.2020. The chit amount of Rs.4000 has been debited from my debit card, but the transaction status is showing as “Failure”. I tried to contact Khazana jewellers T Nagar but no response. Help me to resolve this issue.

        Sir, i opted for rs.3000/ month gold scheme for 11 month and deposited on 17/10/19 at vizag station road khazana mall under code of one of your employee code no. 02m11290.
        I have paid rs.3000/ through my sbi card 9713 (Last 04 digit) and from a/ c no.[protected] (Naval base, vizag branch) and my mob no. Was given [protected].
        Even i got sms on 22/12/19 and 21/01/20 (21.02&21.25 pm respectively).

        I went personally to your this branch to 22/01/20 to enquire and deposit but your staff could not find my mob no. And details.

        I feel cheated by someone as it is not traceable hense i am not able to deposit further.
        Kindly look in to it seriously. Sir/ madam

          While joining the scheme khazana jewellery representative said,
          It is 10 months plan, each month we have to pay the fixed amount 10000rs. Every month when we pay that particular day gold rate weight will be added to our account (3500 is the gold rate and plan amount is 10000 i. E. 35000/10000 = 3.5 gms), likewise each and every month scheme amount will be converted to gold weight as per that gold rate of the payment day. And also there will be no making charges.

          When we went to claim the gold plan on 28th feb 2019 @ tirupati, khazana jewellery saying we will get the gold rate as plan claiming day, which is not the initially told to us. I saw other people also facing the similar issue.

            Hi team,

            Yesterday i have purchased the gold worth of 7 lakh 70 thousand rupees in srikakulam, but while they have generated the invoice.in the invoice they have showed me the paid amount amount is 7 lakh 69 thousand only. And they have given one coupon worth of 1 thousand and told me that khazana will generate bill like that only.

            I just would like to know, is it the way khazana is doing the business, i am waiting for your reply, i would like to escalate this issue to the next level based on your reply.

              I'm krishna veni. I went to khazana jewellery in tirunelveli branch to pay our purchase advance amount but there are no one person to billing.in heavy rain, i fully soaked but they don't respond to us. I was eagerly to pay our amount to their purchase advance amount. But there was a worst experience. Very very bad sales service. I returned to our home without paying our amount. Here after we don't spend our amount to your gold scheme purchase advance.

                I visited khazana jewellery in their warangal branch on 09.10.2019 i wanted to exchange my old gold and silver jewellery to buy earrings. I selected the jewellery and informed the sales person that i want to exchange my old jewellery then they showed me the way to “achary room”i went to “achary” room, there a person cleaned and weighted my old jewellery. Packed it and gave back to me to show at the counter at the time of billing. I went to the billing counter along with this packet to pay the bill after selecting my new jewellery. There the person sitting in the counter again took the old jewellery out and started rubbing to a stone on his desk. I asked him what’s he is doing then he replied back rudely this is the process here. I again told him that recently there is an advertisement of kalyan jewellers that they are not using stone to rub the old jewellery. I told him the same then another staff member replied in a sarcastic way. “madam this is not kalyan, this is khazana”. I regret purchasing the jewellery there. Actually jewellery is already estimated at the achary counter then what is the need to rub the jewellery again. And it is my right to ask what that fellow is doing with my old jewellery. Certainly i felt something wrong is going on and this jewellers are cheating customers. Those 2 persons sitting in the billing counter are not properly trained to handle customers and has no patience to answer customer queries. Totally a bad experience with khazana. I usually go with grt jewellers in bangalore. This time i came to my hometown on dusshera occassion and grt is not there in warangal, so i went to khazana. Now iam sure i will never purchase anything from khazana here onwards. Their jewellery testing methods and staff courtesy is pathetic.

                I thought of buying a gold ring in kajana Guntur by exchanging my two old gold rings which are hallmarked but they said we need to check the purity after melting them. But i asked if you melt and check the purity and if your are not satisfied then what about my rings

                  My name is naresh from hyderabad, i was purchased the gold approx 2lakhs in this year, so while purchasing gold one of your sales manager advised to take the gold schemes. So we were decided and took the 2gold schemes while we they had promosed us that their collection person will come and receive the money. We paid 1st emi on march -19 month and then nobody has come from khazana jewellers kukatpally branch. So we again went to kalamazoo for purchase the gold and paid for 2months gold scheme emi. Later in busy with some circumstances and office work i am unable to go to shop, so i called 3 to 4 times collection person mr. Harsh and khazana branch, they responded to calls but they did not come to collect the cash and did not send the persons from khazana. Now it's been completed 5months due. So i went to khazana yesterday, they you can't continue the scheme after 3months continues due, so you have to purchase some gold which you paid for emi worth and they had deducted the gift money rs 886.00, so why you people attracting to the gold schemes and not following up and there is no response from after customer complained about it. Please reply to my query and i want my money back because there is no any mistake from my side although deducted my money for the gifts being a global jewelers it's very poolishness and it will effect to the reputation also, and also i want complain about customer relationship manager mr. Pradipta of kukatpally, hyderabad branch he does not have the ethics, respect and communication ability. He just denied and smiling.

                    I have taken a neck piece from khazana jewellers, i have used it just for couple of times that for an hour each time. After one and half year it turned to color of copper... It's disgusting... I feel like bought a copper ornament. I'm very upset with this... I want to take some action on this.. Looking forward for a justification.
                    It's been a 4 years of relationship with khazana in buying jewellery. No doubt, i wouldn't be continuing buying here.

                    Today i will go to the store and complaint about this.. May be it's a small issue for them... But for me it's not.

                    My Personal Experience is that i will not Purchase anything in Khazana in my Future. They are loorting customers money very professionally It is waste of my time to type about Khazana store they are fraud But strictly they behaved like un professional. VERY BAD jewellery shop. Never go to it. Worst service

                      khazana purchase advance plan

                      I have made a payment of 3000 per month for ten months in khazana puruswalkam chennai and when i visited them to purchase a coin they are telling it's not in stock. For the past two months they are telling the same story and today i confirmed the presence of coin in anna nagar branch and when i went in person they told no stock. Disappointment remains and they make us to be at the back of them for the deposit amount and they make their choice...

                      Monthly advance scheme was introduced and they are collected monthly after maturing the scheme i have selected the ornament and paid in addtion to the scheme amount i paid an additional amount of rs.50, 000/= on 03. P8.2018 and remaining balance amount has to pay an amount of rs.10, 000/= only. The above said company was adjusted the amount of rs.50, 000/= that day the maturing amount was not adjusted same day because of balance amount of rs.10, 000/= next day was adjusted and raised the pergram rate as per revised rate was collected even the advance received amount is in the company it is very irregular and also treated as cheating

                        I have invested a sum of rs.5, 000/- on 23/07/2019 for a 12 month scheme on gold investment. Though amount has been paid instantly they have not created the customer profile. Which has been generated in the receipt, further i have been informed to wait for 3 days but it has been passed a week. There is no response and while convincing new customer they are telling you are eligible for free gift, but when ask for the gift they used to say, stock has been over and will arrived in 1 st week of subsequent month.

                        We have got to know that a sort of fraud is been knowingly repeated, to most people.

                          We bought gold ornaments in khazana exchanging 121 gms of 24 karat gold biscuit on[protected]. The exchange price given for 24 karat is "3506 rs. per gm" We bought another ornament the same day exchanging 5 gms of 24 karat gold coin in Joyalukkas for which the exchange price given is "3634 rs per gm". And when inquired in both the jewellery shops mentioned that they follow chennai bullion market.But the 22 karat gold price imposed for ornaments...

                          I am trying to talk to khazana marathahalli branch people about scheme which i almost completed the payment, but they are not responding to phone.

                          I have been trying since last three days... Sometimes it says line is busy and most of the times it's ringing but they are not picking the call.

They are not showing any interest in customer service, we went to claim our gold and these people are acting arrogant, and disgusting behaviour.                               I have purchased kids bangles from your company last year know I came back to sale those bangles qc asked me the bill but it was misplaced so that I told him the bill details he got the bill in your server and then also he have to reduce 3% from privileged gold rate he has taken 4% less from my gold when I asked him to take 3% he replied me in a very bad manner that gives me a very bad feeling try to guide him how to behave with customers

                                I joined in khazana gold scheme in amalapuram branch ap. I have completed 11 months. When i am joining the scheme they told that i can take jewellery anywhere in india. Now they are insisting me to take it from the amalapuram branch.. And saying that it includes cash transaction /cheque and involves so much procedure if they need to transfer the amount to other branch. I want to purchase the ornament in banglore branch as i like the collection here not in amalapuram

                                  We are regular customers for khazana jewellery we want to buy chain and ear rings. They said to sit ten minutes. We waited fifteen minutes, no body came. We approached the manager, then he said harshly and irresponsibly that i[censored] want to buy u should wait otherwise u go other shop . then we went opposite shop dhanalxmi jewellery in vizianagaram. This is not first time .
                                  this is fourth time. I have seen the same situation with other customers also. Two months before
                                  they behaved very closely about monthly saving scheme. We have joined in monthly saving scheme also . now their behaviour is very bad.

                                  I was purchased silver patties at bhimavaram store on apr 28th same was broken whithin 20 days, it was very poor making quality.Previous also faced same issue and replaced with 22% depreciation. It is bad experience with Khazana jewellery.
