Khazana Jewellery — Gold scheme is fraud and not benefit for customers

I opt for gold scheme Rs.5000/- (11 months scheme) from 25th Dec 2018 and my scheme ended by 25th Nov 2019 and that time gold rate is Rs.3700/- per gram.
Due to Covid19 I am not visited the Khazana and visited on 16th April 2021.
They charged the ornament cost per gram Rs.4400/- as per 16th April Date.I told him u need consider the price of 3700/- as per 25th Nov 19.literally I lost 13k using this scheme.
Khazana manager is calculated as per rate in 25th Nov 19 and 16th April 21.

Please help me someone to resolve this issue.

I think you should take them to consumer court, I have also experienced same but have been battling with them for 31 months. Have contacted them via face book, emailed to the address provided in their website, escalated it to attention of Khazana's MD Kishore, he didn't provide response . When I sent an email that I have an option of taking it to consumer court or seek refund with interest @18%. MD forwarded the mail to his legal team meanwhile they refunded the Scheme Money after 31 Months of Maturity without any interest. I am seeking 18% interest for the scheme money at the rate of 18%, along with compensation for the stress we have to go through.

I was advised by one of the staff that someone from legal team will contacting me however didn't receive any call followed up in regards to the same then guy from legal team contacted seems he is misogynist he doesn't allow me to speak he goes on and on, also harrassing me through out the conversation have to listen to his personal story that he has experience of 18 years and his Dad is district revenue officer not sure what it has to do with my complain. This guy agreed that holding my money for 31 months was wrong on Khazana's side .

I think Khazana has to provide extensive training for its staff in reference to customer service.

I can say if Khazana continues this way soon will disappear from the business.

The staff gang up against the customers with the support of Managing Director.. Staff provided me the details at the time of joining the scheme however at maturity they have placed me in the different scheme! Staff visited our place for collection they didn't provide any scheme card or passbook other than receipts., by looking at that as customers we wouldn't have clue which scheme we are in?

Been battling with this bunch of Moran's arrogant behavior, thick headed managing director who doesn't understand simple concept that customer's won't escalate the matter to this attention if the customers have received product and services as advised by their staff in first place.
