Khazana Jewellery — Lame rules for scheme retainage and rude behaviour or staff at Chandanagar Branch

I started 11 month scheme at Somajiguda in the month Aug 2022 and my scheme will be completed by Jul 2023. I am 8 months pregnant when I visited Chandanagar store on July 8 2023. I told them that my scheme is done and I wanted to take gold out of my scheme, on 9th July they asked me if I made last payment or not, for which I said I will make it then and there and will take gold but they said that only after 24hours of my last payment I can retain my scheme for which I agreed and I again went on 9th July to take off my gold out of the scheme. Then they came back saying this one rule that to retain my scheme I should complete Atleast 305 days which was no where mentioned when I took up the scheme in 2022. I told them that I am pregnant and my due date will be falling from July 20, so after that I can’t come and being pregnant I cannot even travel so many times. But they are least bothered about customer satisfaction and customer well being. They say all these lame rules that system will not accept and all. When we were speaking to store managaer at Chandanagar store she just said that it’s not possible and went away, also the executive who told me to come back after 24hours of last payment was invisible. Why did he say to come back after 24hours of last payment, you people are not aware of your own rules and regulations and you trouble your customers and when you have these kind of nasty rules to collect scheme gold amount why does your app shows payment due as soon as a new month is started, it has to show as due on date of last payment only. Now they say that my first payment was done on Aug 24 2022 so i can only collect my gold on July 24 2023 onwards only. I am telling them that iam pregant and i cannot come over ans over again and july 24 would be falling under my due date, they still say the same that they have rules. KHAZANA is never bothered about customer satisfaction and well being, do not keep your logos with quotes you do not follow that WE VALUE YOUR WELL BEING, you never did ans you will never do it . So shameful to run stores like these, will never come to Khazana store again
