Khazana Jewellery — regarding monthly scheme

Hello my self krishna chaitanya. I want to launch complaint on khazan jewellers before that i want to approach customer care. Since last year june i am paying monthly 3500. But now they are talking in a different way that they won't give money back i. E 33000 total. When i asked to give gold they are telling they won't have gold for 33000. Now they are asking to pay extra.. This is really fraud..
