Khelmart team, please help. I have no proper response for my issue. And yes the person at ur customer care is very rude and trust me if i as a customer is leave it's because of no khelmart its because od ur customer care... I want to talk to a supervisor and till then i am not happy. They keep on saying they can't transfer to supervisor... How rude.. Why does customer not have an option to talk to higher level. Let me attach the call recordings in main page [protected] is my # Guys guys plesse dont buy anything from khelmart and waste waiting response here... You will not get a response and also call gets disconnects... I recorded all the calls of how rude they are... Unfortunately all our complaints go back to the same people...
