Hello,
I ordered a product 1 month back and after playing for 15 days it lost its sole... I am following up with the customer care care from 4th dec and today is 20th... What am i supposed to expect from. Khelmart now... And the customer service agent was rude on the last call i made and decided to go to formal social media complaint... I am a regular player and had purchased many products online but the khel mart experience is something i never experienced...
Couple of questions now arises in my mind
1. Is the website fake
2. Did i receive original yonex shoe?
3. Do you have only one customer service agent
4. Why is the call made through whatsapp instead of normal call?
5. Why should i send pics through whatzapp instead of email?
6. How long should i wait for new product

Thanks for the update. I got a call stating that I have option to select the show I want and that will be replaced. But unfortunately, when I try to order, I don't see any shoe which is in stock. I have sent the pics to the whatz app group of Khelmart which shoes all the yonex shoes are out of stock.
