I want to return my order of thrax optipro stud cricket shoes white orange and black because of the wrong shoes size which is too tight and is not at all comfortable to wear so please return it as soon as you can and refund my cash or else replace them with same shoes of size uk-8.

Therefore please do accept my request as soon as possible.

I want to return thrax Astra badminton shoe blue and orange
...as the quality of the shoes is not up to the mark and size is also too large. So please kindly take back this shoes as soon as possible. And as you take back this shoes so please let me know how will you give back aur payment. So i again requesting you to please reply to my complaint as soon as possible. I also call on customer care number but I didn't get much help from there also so please let me know how much time you will required to take back your shoes. Thankyou

I order Yonex Muscle Power Badminton Racket on 02.05.2019 and after so many calles and follow up I received the same on 09.05.2019 and when I open the parcel I found that it is bent and damaged I immediately called and inform about the damaged product and also send a so many photo but i never get any reply from them I called him so many times but no reply I am not received back my Money.

I ordered a yonex voltric 7 dg violet color badminton racquet with khelmart and it was shipped on jan 19, 2019 in khelmart.com. After a week, i received it but the color was green and also the racquet frame was completely bent and damaged. When i reported this, they said the colors are shipped in assorted condition (This itself a stupid reason, never mentioned in the product details), and said they cannot accept that the racquet is in bad shape too, even after seeing the pics of the item that i sent them as soon as i received it.

After so many follow up calls and emails (No proper responses), they wanted me to ship the item back to their address (On my own expense), so they can process the return. I shipped it, then they came up saying that the racquet is not in good condition, hence they cannot do replace/refund, i can do whatever about it, but they can't replace/refund, and sent me back the same racquet in further damaged condition. This is a ridiculous customer service and the responses are dumbest and rude. I have never seen a business like this whose tag line says, "india's trusted sports company".

India's worst online shopping website, khelmart. I'm totally frustrated and do not have words to describe this worst business of this company.

They have sold me fake cricket bat.
I ordered one sg cricket bat (King cobra).
Upon arrival i saw that the bat was not sg but a locally manufactured bat with just 4 grains on it. Ideally a king cobra bat has more than 11-12 grains on it.
I took the bat to a local dealer. He showed me the exact stickers that they had put on the bat for 200 rupees.
I contacted sg also and they also confirmed that it was a fake bat.
I contacted khelmart customer care but they didn't accept that it was fake bat at first. After repeated calls and emails they finally told me to send the bat back through courier.
After recieving the bat back they said that won't refund but only replace the bat.
To my disappointment they sent the same bat back.

They are the biggest frauds in the market today. Beware of spoiling your money on this fake website.

I am shreyas pandit ordered a adiddas xt 3.0 right hand batting pads from your company there is a size issue for me when i ordered batting pads there is no size chart to select i want youth size pads but by mistak your company shipped mens size pads so kindly request you to refund my cash and send your person to collect your product as soon as possible

I have placed an order for yonex nanoray 18i badminton racquet on 18/7/18. on khelmart.com . they told me that it will be delivered with 1or 2 days if i pay through online while ordering. then i have done the same. but still i dint got my product. i hve called to the customer care and they said the stocks are not available. if that is the case why did they put item on the website and made me paid before the delivery. order id: OR_231717

Contact number is fake, no contact can be made on given number and also i am not getting any response from last five days. Also the company courier service is worst, the product is not delivered before 10 days, they does not mail any information related to the order. I have called for hundred times but my call has not been picked yet. So please try to solve my problem shortly and contact me on my mobile number [protected]

Absolutely fake company. They are selling products which are available for rs 250 in road side market and quoting mrp as 3400 and then giving discount of 60%. I was shocked to see how people are being cheated. On the other note i think legal complains can be registered against this company as i haven't seen this blatant cheating. Now i value flipkart and amazon. Trust me guys. Don't waste your hard earned money.

My order no : or_205985 i have ordered yonex 1 dg racquet for rs.2480/- on 25 jan 2018 and i had not received till 31 jan 2018 and moreover i went to the bluedart office and collected the item from them they did not delivery it to me. I bought the racquet home and when i opened it i saw that there is no racquet found in it.

It is also seen that only the 1dg racquet yonex cover and the polythene was there but no racquet found....

I got a fake product. And in the 2nd week of playing it broke. The inner material of the frame is very weak (It seems to be wood and foam material, you can see the same in the images), due to which it broke while playing. But with the original yonex product it doesn't happen, the original ones are very strong instead and does break so easily.
Moreover when the product arrived it arrived in a different cover than the image (But i gave them benefit of doubt) and then i opened the grip the plastic cover was stuck to the grip so the grip also got torn in many places, i should have known at that time only that its was a fake one.
I would like a replacement with a new original product. I trusted khelmart and bought such an expensive racket but it turned out to be an utter disappointment.

I have no proper response for my issue. And yes the person at ur customer care is very rude and trust me if i as a customer is leave it's because of no khelmart its because od ur customer care... I want to talk to a supervisor and till then i am not happy. They keep on saying they can't transfer to supervisor... How rude.. Why does customer not have an option to talk to higher level. I received the item 8th january 2018, at the same day i got to change string.. But actually problem is racket shaft's damaged at the time of stringing. So i want return this product and give new piece.

I ordered a product 1 month back and after playing for 15 days it lost its sole... I am following up with the customer care care from 4th dec and today is 20th... What am i supposed to expect from. Khelmart now... And the customer service agent was rude on the last call i made and decided to go to formal social media complaint... I am a regular player and had purchased many products online but the khel mart experience...

I placed an order for 1 no badminton shoes and 2 no badminton shorts on 20th of december 2017. During the order placement the payment was deducted and i received an sms confirmation for deduction of payment from bank and then their website got crashed before issuing an order id/order confirmation. But so far they haven't send any confirmation email or sms.

I contacted khelmart and it's been confirmed from their side that the payment is received. But so far i haven't received any confirmation from their side via email/sms.

The order id which they gave me was 200928.
I sent an email mentioned below and all got bounced with this error.

Hence the problem is fitting with not comfortably with me.. I m not comfortable with size 9, that is very loose.. And not fitted as well to play.. Because the size was not fitting with me.. So pls take my 9size shoe and pls kindly send me 8size shoe.
