Very disappointed with service

Hi, I gave my bike for servicing on 29th Nov and got a commitment that will get the vehicle on 30th Nov. On 30th Nov, when I went to receive my bike, they suggested that my Battery is dead and I have to submit the warranty card to claim a new battery. I provided the warranty card as per their requirements. Post that they asked me to wait for 2-3 days for the new battery replacement. It's been 8 days. Still, they are not providing the bike...

    I, Kalavathi N, purchased platinum from your varmavu branch bangalore on 22.10.2022, and received the bike on the same date, but unfortunately so far registration of the vehicle has not been done, today is 4.11.2022.

    We hope a quick response from your end and resolve the issue immediately

      I tired calling the showroom but everyone is acting careless in that place .

        I recently left my bike service at Khivraj bajaj- Teynampet, chennai. The customer service as well the service quality is worst over there. they charged me Rs 16290 for nothing.

        They charged me twice for replacing the parts, as well as they broke my secondary display in my bike which was in good working condition when i left my bike at the service station.

        I would like to dispute my charges back as well as i would like to have the part replaced for free. If not, im taking this legally as well as i will fie a complaint in consumer portal.

          Yesterday I serviced my PULSAR-220 vehicle no bearing KA-03 JY 2162, the service centre Khivraj bajaj sulibele road cheated me to the core in parts, service is also very worst and staff behaviour is very worst I kindly request you to take necessary action regarding this if not il discontinue the service in your Khivraj bajaj

            As Per Below Helmet has to be given by MFR or Dealer but you did not give me and also not responding good manner.
            This rule mandates all two-wheeler manufacturers to supply buyers with at least 2 BIS compliant headgears, for driver and pillion rider, at the time of vehicle purchase. You might face difficulties in registering your two-wheeler if your dealer fails to submit proof for the same to the RTO.

            However, just possessing 2 helmets is not all you can do to prevent yourself from incurring penalties. The actual material and build quality of these protective gears are important factors to consider too.

                Dear team,

                I am an owner of Pulsar AS 150, I'm trying to get a part since years. At Khivraj Bajaj Indranagar, today is the "5th time" I'm visiting wasting my time and getting chased away that no correct part has arrived.

                Every single time I visit I first call the relevant person at service centre and go.
                Every time I call Mr. Pitambar and he confirms me for the part arrival and I visit. But I don't get anything.

                All necessary documents and clips are attached below.

                  I have leave my Bike NS200 TN 20 CP 6652 for a service in bajaj service center at Ondikuppam Thiruvallur 602001 I have given before 20 days still now they are not returning it to me If i ask called and ask that they will carelessly reply to me that the labour has taken leave so we will call u later they will repeating same this for past 20 days They have not started work till now So please take legal action against him Manager (Pandian) Or else i will move on to higher legal activity

                      I have given my bike for servicing on 22nd Sept 2021 evening in Your Domlur Centre. The Concerned person asked me to leave the vehicle as the occupancy was full that day which i did as per his instructions. The next day then I got a call from them stating I will have to pay an advance amount so that they can proceed with the servicing. Hearing this I was completely shocked as this is the first time I'm hearing that "one has to pay advance payment for bike servicing ?" that too from such an Authorized Bajaj service center. But finally they still convinced me by saying that this is the management decision these days . On call they told me the expenses will be within 13 k hence after going there i swiped for 18k advance amount with the mutual understanding that they will return the other amount if it exceeds 15k however i was also not ready to swipe my card twice.

                      Few days later when the bike was ready to collect they told me that it costed more than 18k and they were saying so many blab blab reasons.
                      Therefore I am not happy with your servicing behavior of the employees especially in your centre

                      I have some Grievances to ask you:

                      1. What is the reason for demanding an advance amount when you are running an organised and Authorised centre?
                      2. Why are you not sending acknowledgement follow up messages to the customers ?
                      3. Why are you not sending feedback links to the customers?
                      4. Why are your Executives not responding to my calls after doing their job their way?

                      Hope you will take my mail and feedback seriously and will take necessary actions against this unprofessionalism and cheating behavior by your employees internally or externally right from Reception lady to Technicians.

                      Note- The bike had only Minor issues in Bore and Piston. (.i.e they said the bike would be ready only after 4 to 5 working days stating that they need to bring the parts from Pune) but the job was completed within a half day after paying the advance amount). I believe that none of the big parts they had to replace but they still made fake expenses in order to eat my money free of cost). My Friend himself is a Good Technician in Royal Enfield where he had fixed a ROYAL Enfield of classic 350 CC Model with the similar issue in it and it was done with 14 k only. Here the question rises, is the Royal cheaper than my Pulsar ?

                        After service, my bike has become more worst. Had fixed new engine just 10K kms before and I had given my bike for 3rd service after that. With following complaints.
                        1. Oil leakage between gear box housing and bore.
                        2. Chain is off from sprocket.
                        3. Sound from clutch box.
                        4. Had communicated which happened 1000 kms before. ( My bike was stopped at mysur road highway and had immediately taken to nearby Bajaj service center HAMSA Bajaj. They adjusted the tap head and gave it to me.)
                        I was given my bike after 3rd service with very huge smoke from the silencer he asked me to ride the bike for 500 kms telling me that the smoke will reduce. I drive it for 80kms n found the smoke were growing more. Worst situation, The trust which I had on using Bajaj bike is going down. Please take required steps to fix my bike. Have spent about 13000 to fix engine and few parts with it. Now again have spent 4480 and still my bike is not fixed. Please justify for the cost I paid n fix my bike to normal condition.

                          I have left my bike for service at khivraj bajaj showroom at kovilambakkam. Service amount is 34000. But I see some unrepaired parts yet. When I approach them for getting it right. Their behaviour is so rude and the support person is speaking bad words.

                                To whom soever it may concern
                                Kivraj service at banasawdi(horamavu signal) is disappointing.
                                I took my avenger for a service, I literally waited for 2 hrs for someone to come and assess the bike and give me an estimate on how much it's going to be for the service.
                                The service manager Ranjit is not even concerned when called him. Is this how kivraj treats it's customers?
                                #1. No person to assess the bike and give an estimate
                                #2. Concerned persons where in a room talking and laughing & not attending to customers waiting out for their bikes to be serviced.
                                #3. Vulgarity and customers are ill treated by people inside.
                                #4. The supervisor is too lazy to get up and check if the people are working well and attending customers on time.

                                General advice: DONT GO TO BANASAWDI KIVIRAJ SERVICE CENTRE.
                                U WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND LOOTED.

                                  Whenever I try to contact Khivraj Motors, Hennur showroom, they don't even receive phone. It seems like they are just done from their part after selling the bike.

                                    I purchase a new pulsar 150 dual disc( TN05 CB 9087) Khiviraj showroom, thousand light branches on 22.01.2021, on next day I start a ride in my vehicle suddenly board noise came, so immediately I called Mr. Ilakiya who handled in Khiviraj showroom for purchase my vehicle for this noise issue. Mr.Ikiaya said, “this is a regular board noise in this type of model, if the service will do the noise will not come.” On 18.02.2021 I gave my vehicle to service in thousand light service center on that time I saw another vehicle with the same model in that thousand light what I purchase, I notice the board sound not come in that vehicle and kilometers are low, really I shocked, feel very bad and I am not satisfied with this vehicle.

                                      Greetings for the day.
                                      Please find the attached vidio for your reference.
                                      Problem was informed and 2 wheeler is handovered yesterday.
                                      In the 3rd service we are requested for replacement, but assurance given from your end for correction.
                                      In 5th service you are assured the replacement of combustion unit but not solved.
                                      We are purchased 2 wheeler for the company use i.e for local transporation arround 200km per day. By looking milage we are planned to CT100 (83KM/Litre) with effective cost. from day 1 we didn't get atleast 10km /litre.
                                      In quotation time we get quote for 43600 ( No self and spokes wheel) but in last minute its changed, but we accept the same.
                                      Now all routes are closed, 5 chances is completed. No furthur compromise.
                                      So we requesting for replacement of same model or changed model(we ready to pay extra amount for other model like discover 150 or pulsur 150).
                                      In case if required we ready to go for higher level.
                                      In all 5 service we informed same issue, but no use. We don't have trust and confidence for extra chances. So kindly requesting for replacement.

                                      Kindly do the needful.
