Actually i had my pulsar rs bike last 9th of march i had given service my bike to which is located in anna sakai chennai branch job card number is 26728 vehicle number is tn 23 cd 6846 so still service was not done my bike, its really disappointed i thought bajaj will provide good customers satisfaction but here nothing was there.. Next time i will not come back to same service center...

    I purchased pulsar ns160 at 2017 sep month i have completed 3 free services with khivraj bajaj annasalai branch only during my 3rd free service i have faced battery problem and initiated to them. After my 3rd service i have got a starting problem twice within a month so that i have handed over my bike for paid service for the complaint of starting problem. I don't feel like they have done a good job. I've got the same problem on the same day when i got my bike after the paid service. Paid service cost is 2100 i don't think the service would be very poor in khivraj

      Hi,

      I have booked v15 on 29th dec 2018 and paid full cash. It was committed to deliver the bike by 4th jan 2019. But what is received was the fake status saying the bike is ready for deliver on that evening and when i about to reach the showroom, got the call stating the bike has not even went to rto for registering, highlighting some lame reasons (Lift failure to bring the vehicle from first floor to ground floor).

      The next revised commitment date 7th jan, but the same reason again. The main problem with the show room sales person is he never update us with the right status and always we have to follow up to get all the things done (Right from getting the biils, rto work, delivery date and even revised delivery date). Does it take 4 days to repair a lift, stoping the vehicle registration process?

      This initiates the doubt, if they really have the vehicle in stock and gave wrong commitment just to get the full cash as payment.

        Contacted to your showroom they are suggesting the agent when i contacted the agent he informed that it is sent in speed post through kr puram rto

        Again i went to rto they also told the same got docate number which postal department is denying that rto has not posted this is happening from 4 months

        I am feed up of runing behind all this, please check and let me know where is rc

            I had left my vehicle for service one month back in nagasandra khivraj bajaj showroom. First thy told v r not taking any vehicle for service later on forcing thy took my vehicle for service. Thy didn't service well, after servicing my vehicle mileage dropped from 35 to 28, when i went thr to complain there no one is taking abt me. Third class service thy provide thr.

              I am vidhya my contact number [protected] We had give our bike for repair we had minor accident happen on 22th of Sep we have given the bike at kastuba road showroom on 23th Sep and we had take the vehicle delivery on 24th off Sep at 6. 00 pm where once we took the vehicle out from the service we found that the bike had some issue its was not responding properly we had to call the sale person immediately and we have informed him that we will be out of town for couples of day we shill come by next week where again after two day is no the same problem in the brake again . Here we have new issue now we are checking in the in bajaj spare parts list were we are find that (MUR KIT / FR MASTER part number is 36DT0034) when we put the part number in bajaj spare part it showing as NON ABS KIT . Thought we have bought ABS bike .

                I have given my bike ka 04 jh 6976 for repair at khiviraj showroom hessargatta. They have made labour bill which is two times the actual bill amount ie bill amount got doubled due to there mistake. They have accepted the mistake and agreed to refund the amount but but only half the amount is refunding they are saying other half is tax. Invoice no - lcribm[protected]

                  My name is rajashekar t r, i have purchased the bajaj pulser 180 cc on february 21 2018. From below dealer.

                  I have serious issue with my pulser 180, it is running fine in the normal days. Well, with the sudden outpouring o[censored]nexpected rains my bike strangely started stopping on the run. Initially i thought that it would have been due to less petrol or some other cause, but, this scenario started showing up more and more day by day
                  Everyday mostly my bike used to get wet in the rain and when i start the bike and drive, it used to go hardly 0.5 to 1 kms without any issue and then suddenly it used to stop.in the mid of the traffic or anywhere irrespective of what ever i try it never used to get started for atleast 10 mins. This was irritating me a lot as i was facing lot many issues quite a bit. For 25 km i need travel for the office and from past few days i have the issue. It was not identified since rain is started in last 25 days,

                  I gave the bike for servicing on may 8 2018 and i have taken back the bike on 11 may 2018. While give the bike for servicing i have explained them clearly once the servicing is done, i felt that the problem is finally gone, but again to my surprise i had the same issue.

                  Please let me know what can i do, i dont think so this bike can be get repaired and how to proceed

                  Vehicle (P220) not starting after servicing.
                  After taking the bike from service center (Khivraj Bajaj, Horamavu, Bangalore) the engine went down and did not start. Tried starting 20 times even with reserve knob on but no go. Had to push my.bike for 0.5 kms. Please contact me ASAP.

                    Hi,
                    Today (28-apr-2018) i have given my bike for service at khivraj bajaj service center at horamavu signal, bangalore. They have charged me for 4900 rs. I have politely asked staff to explain what are all parts they are replaced, staff was such a rude that he told he don't have time to explain all those things, just pay the bill and take your bike and go.
                    He told me that who asked you to give bike here to service. Next time don't come here to service, have service at outside. I have never expected such a rude response from khivraj bajaj staff.
                    In bill summary some of the things have been mentioned twice and some unwanted bills added. Attached bill summary for your reference.
                    This is the my last service at khivaraj bajaj. Such irresponsible staffs.
                    I don't encourage any of my friends to go for khivraj bajaj.

                      As per RBI Circular RBI/2017-18/105
                      DPSS.CO.PD No.1633/02.14.003/2017-18 dated 06.12.2017 establishments as not supposed to pass on MDR on customers for Debit Card transaction and below Rs. 2000 by Credit Card payments.

                      I had visited Khivraj Motors on Kasturba Road, Bengaluru today i.e 27.04.2018 for replacement of my fuel lock.
                      At the payment stage i was informed that i had to pay extra services charges for payment made through Credit or Debit Card and that is for the service availed.
                      while the charges for services are included in GST, why is the establishment compelling us to pay for payment made through Credit or Debit Cards.
                      I am forwarding a formal complaint in this regard to RBI, Bengaluru and Income-Tax Department in this regard and request them to take necessary action against such atrocities. This incident has repeatedly being experienced by me at several establishments including Prithvi Book House in Market while i visited the shop for buying medical books where i was faced with similar trouble. kindly do the needful to stop this menace

                        I have owned pulsar rs 200 abs 2015 model. I gave my bike for service in last month (17/03/2018). For change my side faring and projector headlamp. I have visited khivraj bajaj (No 617, mount road, thousand lights, chennai - 600006, opposite us embassy). And the technician told me that because of financial year ending we can't order new stock so it will take more time to deliver your bike. Its an valid point and also i dont have options so i agreed and we make an job card and i was also paid 3000 as advance in the date of march 17. They coded me 17 working days to complete the bike. With in 4 working days i get an call from technician for update for the vehicle that only lights are pending will complete in next week. From there i am following the svc station daily for update for my bike. And i have noticed that they feel annoyed to answer for me. They exceed their timeline and almost more than 25 days i have visited the service station. As usually i have listen the same story that no spares no spare. And not even the manager is not ready to meet me and explain.. Even i also having an responsibility to understand the situation. So i just at least i want to see my bike. Actually i was shocked after hardly searching for 20 minutes i saw my bike with out faring condition. Team please understand my situation as a customer how was i feel i was invest almost 1.5lk assets is like that to see???. Its happen in the date of monday which means 16/04/2018. They promised that they will give in the week. And i told i dont want any new lamps please fix my old lamps and give me an delivery. Station manager promised me will give you in wednesday. And suddenly in the same day they called and told me spares are received we will give u delivery on thusday 19/04/2018. But thusday also i didn't get my bike. Today friday again they stated same story no spares. 20/04/2018 they not even pick my calls after 3 pm. Friday morning they will tell we will update u in 30 minutes. But no response. They are not attend the call. I am not sure when i will get my bike

                        Problems:
                        1. No proper communication. Daily they are telling tomorrow tomorrow

                          Wen i went to make payment of dominor 400 in khviraj showroom which is near nagasandra metro station, v just asked for any showroom offers, but manager behaved very much arrogantly with my dad who is a senior citizen & a physically handicapped.. Manager treated him very badly & insulted him with his bad manners.. Wen i asked for complaint book, he denied giving us & arrogantly told us dat he don't give any such books & told us to get out of showroom...
                          Words turned into angerness wich led to a war of words.. I started recording d video to wich manager became some more arrogant & tried to beat both me & my dad... He even grabbed my phone & instructed his staffs tob throw us out of the showroom & challenged us to go n do whatever i want... Each staff of the showroom attacked on my dad.. This behaviour o[censored]r showroom staffs is totally unacceptable... I am going to lodge a complaint in police station if at all u don't take any action against the staffs as i have all the photos & videos proof of everything happened...

                            I have been sold by bike and handed over the following vehicle document to mr ramesh kivraj (Sr executive sales) on 12th feb 2018. Bike documents - rc, old insurance, and noc of bajaj finance, owner's voter id proof and transfer form. And received the amount from mr ramesh. However mr ramesh (Sr sales executive kivraj motors hesargatta branch) on the above mentioned date your representative has been said the delivery note will be given later but the same is still not received.

                            Now i request for an acknowledgement/delivery note for my sold bike.

                              Hi, a worst experience from khivraj bajajanna salai... Nothing done as committed by the service team. A simple issue of front disc lock is misjudged by service team and planned to charge extra rs.300/. A local mechanic is able to resolve that issue for rs.40/- for the same they charged rs.300/-.

                              All committed issue are not solved properly.. Very bad experience..

                                I wish to state that, i had left my bajaj pulsar 150 bearing registration number ka03ez 9272, 2007 model for servicing and received 2nd november 2017 at khivraj motors, hennur banaswadi outer ring road kalyan nagar, bangalore 560043.
                                Unfortunately the oil leakage from the engine oil was not checked by your service engineer and the oil started leaking from bike. Upon complaining about the same i was made to wait for 1 day to get the same repaired and blamed me for fixing oversize bolt in the oil exhaust part from outside service center.

                                I used my bike by filling 11 ltrs of petrol into it and used it till 17.11.17 and found the average mileage which is about 31kms per ltr. Though my main complaint was about mileage in your job card

                                Today, (18.11.17) i approached with the same complaint to tune the mileage again i was told to come on monday to tune up the same.

                                How often should i be going to your service center to set right the problems which were not attended while servicing the vehicle in spite of paying rs 5253/-.?

                                I regret to inform you that, the quality of the service is so poor that, none of the complaint was attended in proper manner and negligence of your service engineers is reflecting on khivraj mootor's rapport.

                                I request you to kindly take necessary initiatives to improve the quality of service

                                I bought bike on20 th jan 2018 in installament i havent they have taken stensils on 23 rd jan 2018 for registration till now i havent recived my bike number its in krpuram registration

                                  I went to 8th mile khivraj bajaj showroom on 28th oct 2017, for second service. Without completing the service they had handover the bike.. While i living the bike i complained about battery issue, but issue it not resolved.. And they had refered to amaroon batteries...

                                  In amaroon batteries, they not accepting reference... Now battery is not working where i need to go?

                                    Ka 03 hr 6079, red coloured pulsar 200ns. Respected sir/mam my bike got an issue of oil leakage for which i gave to khivraj motors last urbanisation road they didn't fixed it properly and just after 2 months by riding only 400 km in these 2 months, the problem started again. When i visited service centre they are giving same explanation that rubber is gone, then i asked how come rubber will go in just 400km. For this their explanation is its a 4 stroke engine and it can go. Kindly you only explain, how is this possible? My daily running of bike is just 2 to 3 km. How come in that engine got overheated. It's a very bad response from khivraj. Never expected this from khivraj.

                                    i have given my bike Bajaj Pulsar 150 for 4 free service on Jan 13 2018, after that service within 2 days, oil started leaking, brakes are making noise, no pick up and more, within a week i have taken by bike to same service center i have informed all this complaint and end of the day they havent resolved anything and handover my bike .

                                      We have purchased avenger 220 dtsi recently and its only 2 months there is a battery issue an old battery was replaced with new battery but again the same issue its a new vehicle such problem should not occur please look into this issue and solve this issue as soon as possible if not i will take this issue to customer forum and sue the company u cheat with customers and call yourselves the top company u just fool customers u don't do any work

                                        I bought my dominar on 27th jan 2017. It is facing battery issues and not power starting since may 2017. Went to khivraj bajaj (Where i bought the bike) to resolve the issue. First 2 times they charged the battery and gave which didnt slove the problem. The third time i went and asked for replacement of battery on 15th july. My bike is in the service center since then. They assured that replacement will be given but they are just saying some reasons and postponing since 3 weeks. Bought a high end bike with hard earned money and now calling them daily to get it back. It has been so frustrating. This is the main area where bajaj fails. Bajaj fails in customer satisfaction.
