Khivraj Bajaj — bad service at khivraj motors, horamavu service center

I wish to state that, i had left my bajaj pulsar 150 bearing registration number ka03ez 9272, 2007 model for servicing and received 2nd november 2017 at khivraj motors, hennur banaswadi outer ring road kalyan nagar, bangalore 560043.
Unfortunately the oil leakage from the engine oil was not checked by your service engineer and the oil started leaking from bike. Upon complaining about the same i was made to wait for 1 day to get the same repaired and blamed me for fixing oversize bolt in the oil exhaust part from outside service center.
I used my bike by filling 11 ltrs of petrol into it and used it till 17.11.17 and found the average mileage which is about 31kms per ltr. Though my main complaint was about mileage in your job card
Today, (18.11.17) i approached with the same complaint to tune the mileage again i was told to come on monday to tune up the same.
How often should i be going to your service center to set right the problems which were not attended while servicing the vehicle in spite of paying rs 5253/-.?
I regret to inform you that, the quality of the service is so poor that, none of the complaint was attended in proper manner and negligence of your service engineers is reflecting on khivraj mootor's rapport.
I request you to kindly take necessary initiatives to improve the quality of service
