Cooler fan is not working, we are trying to get technician from last 2 weeks but every one is giving me excuses that they have covid and these Saturday one of the technician blocked my phone no . is these the service u r giving to your customer, very bad experience .i want technician as soon as possible or take these cooler and refund our money back.

    Voltas 1 ton Ac Machine

    This is to bring into your notice with great deplore that i purchase one voltas AC Machine 1 ton from your Hazra, Kolkata showroom on 28th April, 21. but didn't deliver the AC machine on 28th despite several followups till 11.30 in the night.
    They even not bothered to deliver it on next 3 days day till the time i reached the showroom in the evening at around 6.30 pm. Then delivery 3rd may, 21.
    But after that not installation...

    I purchased a 1 Ton 5 Star Samsung split inverter A.C. (Model No.- AR12AY5YATZ), vide Order No. K[protected]/00694 from Khosla Electronics - Kanchrapara Branch near Bagmore on 23rd April, 2021. But till date ( 28th April, 2021) the said product has not been delivered to me. The manager, Mr. Javed and the salesboy, Dipankar Dutta are not paying any heed to my repeated request. I want immediate redressal of my complaint and immediate delivery of my product. Why did the concerned branch take my money, if they can't deliver my product? This sort of dealing ultimately spoils the reputation of Khosla Electronics Company. With regards

      I had purchased a Samsung single door refrigerator from Khosla Electronics, Barasat, on 24 April, 2021. I had been assured by Ms. Chaitali at the store that it would be delivered to my location in Barasat by the next day. However, it has been 4 days since the purchase, and yet, no trace of the refrigerator is being found. Whenever I am calling to get an update, they (Ms. Chaitali and Mr. Suraj) are singing the same song, namely, the product has left the warehouse (godown) and is en route. They are promising that it will definitely reach the next day, which is turning out to be a false promise. Moreover, they are trying to avoid my calls as much as possible. I am being forced to eat outside food amidst a pandemic because I am unable to shop for vegetables in the absence of a fridge. I did not expect such terrible service as I have received excellent service from other Kolkata branches of Khosla Electronics in the past.

      I request you to kindly look into this matter or else, I shall be forced to take this issue to higher authorities, and even demand a full refund of the amount paid.

        I have purchased a Carrier 1 Ton non inverter AC from Khosla Electronics, Baguihati shop on 04.04.2021 and paid full amount of product cost through Bajaj Finance. At the time of purchase it was ensure that the product will be delivered to my home address within 4- 5 days. Already 7 days over but the product is not delivered to me.

          Customer survice is very poor. If any promlem for any product representative not bother any help even not receive the call this is very bad. I've purchase 2products1.Vivo phone value 15.5k & 2.1ton inverterVoltus AC value 28k, And deliverd the product after 2 days.In instraletion time when AC packs are open then instraletion man found some stains in front cover its very pathetic for me. In that time I've 4times call to floor representative but not bother to receive my call. Is the right way to give customer survice. I belive representative fatigue my shelf. Even purchase time another representative doing me very bad behabiour. I've never purchase at khosla electronics. Even Ive not suggest my neighbours or any friends to purchase any electronics item to khosla.

            With grave concern I would like to draw your
            Sincere attention that I booked Daikin ac 1.5 Ton model no FTKL 50 TV 16 VF from selimpur branch but without any information and obtaining my consent they supplied model no ATKL 50 TV 16VC .Concerned sale person instead admit the fault tried to convince me otherwise. I'm very annoyed about such irresponsible service to the customer and request you first to supply right model as choose and take back the wrong model there after .

            With grave concern this is to inform that I booked DAIKIN AC 1.5 TON Model no FTKL 50TV16VF from selimpur branch on3rd April, '21 but they without any information or obtaining my consent delivered a different model no ATKL 50 TV 16VC today .What is more unfortunate that concern sales person Mr.M.Saha instead admiting his fault tried to convince me that supplied model is better.
            I do not accept such approach and request you to supply me the very model booked for (FTKL50TV16 VF) then take back the delivered one at the earliest.
            Expect your early action in this respect.

              I am trying to reach Khosla head office customer care but no response. The showroom persons are generally trying to cheat us by selling refurbished product in name of new product, I am trying to connect to head office for reporting the issue, manager vikash Gupta is giving threat ki no refund will be given I have not installed the ac then also, is it a threat business .

                WHY IS THE PRODUCT BEING DELIVERED LATE?????
                IS THIS THE BEHAVIOUR A CUSTOMER DESERVES?????
                thought of purchasing washing machine next month. But will never get back to khosla again will never ask any one to be a customer of suck disguisting brand.who has no idea how to deal a customer

                    This is to let you know that I(Akashdeep Sanyal) would like to know you that I bought a whirpool BMR refrigerator on 07.03.2021 from Khosla Electronics Batanagar and received the product on 10.03.2021 and on 11th I got a call that the product will be installed today is 15th till date the product is not installed.Utterly unsatisfactory service from Khosla Electronics Batanagar as well as from Whirlpool.

                      They claimed advance informing in no stock situation they take advance as a measure for price protection against future hike. A day after payment of advance as claimed, they refused such price protection and wished to refund the money anticipating price rise of AC after 2021 India budget.

                            Hi, this is to update that the Khosla electronics shop at barrakpoor is the worst servive by executives and store manager. This people don't work on emails and don't respond to any queried. It's a shame in dealing with the Khosla electronics shop at barrakpoor. It's a harassment to deal with the team rishab, suprio and mithoon.

                                  I Purchased one Samsung TV model No 32T4550 on 10/10/2020 at 3.00PM from Barrackpore centre but bill produced on 11/10/20 by shop (cleverly for non payment of bakshis) . TV not delivered on 10/10/20 due to disagree to pay bokshis/ extra money to delivery boy and that was ordered given by one salesman/ employee called Mithun Dosad.
                                  Ultimately TV delivered on 12/10/20 and demanded a high value bakshis otherwise will not be delivered your goods . Finally delivered after some bergaining. Today I meet Mithun at 8.00 PM and requested for set up the TV but his behaviour was rough and tough why I was disagree to pay bakshis on 10/10/20 for that this result. I don't know when TV will be sat up at my house. And also warned me your gift already adjusted with TV cost and not delivered gift to you in future. I purchased first tme from you .This is the my first rough & tough experience with you for that I never say to anybody including me to buy anything from Khosla . Please take up the matter.                                     I am partha roy (Ph-[protected]), live in khardah brought a bosch front load 6.5 kg silver washing machine from khosla electronics, sodpur dated 14.07.2020,. The sale executive name rishab saha ([protected]) committed 3000 rupees cash back is available on this bosch washing product.. Bt still i have not received... Till date i contact many time with the sales executive and also customer care bt hvn't get any response.. Is khosla or khosla executive cheating on us?? If not, who will take the liability... The man rishav saha is a cheater, irresponsible, fraud who make customer as a fool... If i nit get any response from higher authority of khosla electronics then i post on social media abt kholsa...
