This is to bring into your notice with great deplore that i booked one lg microwave from your indira nagar, lucknow showroom on 21st oct, 19 and requested to deliver the same on 25th oct, 19, on the auspicious day of dhanteras without any fail as we don't celebrate deepawali due to some personal reasons.
They printed the bill by taking the details from bajaj finserv and written my old mobile no.in the bill and taken my new no. As well as my alternate number but didn't deliver the microwave on 25th despite several followups till 11.30 in the night.
They even not bothered to deliver it on next day till the time i reached the showroom in the evening at around 6.30 pm. The delivery staff and the staff in the showroom was clueless with the old mobile no.

The incharge of the showroom only felt regretted but didn't show the professional behaviour and told me to talk to his senior who also fail to provide any solutions. I told them to cancel the deal as i don't want to start the relationship with these kind o[censored]nprofessional people who don't even understand the sanctity of the emotions related to the festivals.

Why i am writing this mail to you is that despite approaching your showroom staff several times and telling them the importance of dhanteras to me they didn't even bother to take the things professionally. I approached till mid night, but didn't get any response.

After meeting with the showroom manager on the very next day and even talking to his senior over the phone, they both told to come to my house to conveyance me, neither they come nor their phone.

I told them to cancel the product immediately after that bad experience, but still waiting for the cancellation to be happen despite several follow ups. I have all the call details and call recordings available for all the conversations done during these time periods.

After severe dissatisfaction from your showroom approach, i went to the another nearby showroom where i got to know that the product which your sales executive sold me stating that this is the newest product was actually the 2016 model and not coming yet.

I sincerely and humbly want to understand the kind of services and products we are offering to the valuable customers who actually creates the value of your
Outlets and products.

To be very honest and humble, i will wait for your satisfactory revert till saturday else will sue in the consumer court for harassing mentally, killing time, selling wrong product and many more. Sorry to say but bound to defame your brand in the print media as well on social media too. I would have no problem to start a campaign against your brand to defame.

Request your intervention, correction and ultimate solution to this problem.

    I bought a samsung fridge from Khosla Electronics Uttarpara on 15/10/2019 (details given on attached invoice). On delivery I seen 2 big dent on door. On complain they advised to use the fridge and dented deer would be replaced soon. But we need to replace the fridge with damaged door by a fresh one. Till date they neither replace the fridge or door

      Dear sir,
      This is to inform you that i have purchased a washing machine vide invoice no. 04524/1920/00981 dated[protected], order no. 04522/1920/00987 dated[protected] from asansol showroom. The door of the washing machine making some sound when it is opened or closed. It is informed to khosla electronic for 3 times and then the serviceman from panasonic inspected the same. Serviceman said door lock is damaged and it require replacement of door after payment. I contacted with the personnel of khosla electronis and he replied it is your physical damage and it is not covered with the warranty or guaranty. Is it really a physical damage? Damage of a internal part can be said physical damage?
      It is kindly to be noted that being a regular customer for last 8 years the service of this type not expected from your end.
      An early action in this regard is highly expectable.

        Sir,
        I have purchased one double door refrigerator of Samsung, model number:RT34R5538DU on 05.10.2019 through Bajaj Finance bearing loan account no; U800CD FG058572 Khosla, Kanchrapara Showroom bearing P. invoice no. 04624/1920/ 05820 dt 05.10.19and it was delivered to our premises on 06.10.2019 . Then one representative of Samsung went to our house on 10.10.2019 for installation and demonstration the above said refrigerator and he open the packing box of the refrigerator and noticed dented on upper door and body of refrigerator. So he cancelled the docket of installation and demonstratiion in this moment. Then he (representative of Samsung ) and I myself informed your end(representative of Khosla, kanchrapara) by cell phone call & whats app through mob no+[protected] for replacement of this defective refrigerator by new one. In this respect you (representative of Khosla, kanchrapara) said that the defective refrigerator would be replaced by new one with in 5 or 6 days. But it has not been replaced by new one till date.

        Therefore, you are requested to make necessary arengment for replacement of the above said otherwise we can't use this electronics equipment .

Your staff said pay rs 500 to change the bill and i will get your product after three days. I gave rs 500 to your account. But till now i have not got it they said that bajaj finance delayed.             Purchase of samsung fridge - model rt34r5538nv
            Received call from the delivery section stating the fridge will get delivered after 2 pm and the caller emphasised that do take care of the boys delivering the fridge.
            Three men came. My flat is on the second floor and there is no lift. After delivering the fridge they asked for the tip. Initial amount offered was rs. 100. They started arguing. The sum was increased to rs. 200. No satisfaction. Statement made that they prefer carrying fridge by lift and in the absence of lift at least rs. 100 per head has to be given.
            Is this the policy of khosla electronics that the customer has to pay for the services rendered by the delivery boys. If that be the case then should it not be made clear to the customer at the time of purchasing. Tomorrow all the people involved in the chain for selling the product would start asking for tips for the services rendered starting from the salesman, the billing counter staff and finally the manager of the branch.
            Please look into the issue and take corrective measures.

              I bought a lenovo laptop idea pad s145 (Model-81mv) from khosla electronic behala on[protected], i am totally disappointed because the sales executive cheated me. First he told me that there is 8gb ram & i5 processor but when i getting the bill and show to the executive then he given me lenovo laptop which was not same products as he told. Gave i3 and 4gb ram and also there is not available any dvd writter. And they charged 36000/- and 199/- token amount. When i want to tell him for return or exchange or change then they directly told once if bill is prepared, then now we can not do anything...
              Shame on that type of executive and shop. Now my laptop is too much slow when any programmes or software open please beware when you purchase any products from khosla electronics.

                Hi khosla,

                This is anirban here and today i booked a samsung refrigerator (Booking name - ajanta roy) from khosla electronics dunlop branch. After making the payment within 30 min i changed my mind and plan to change the colour of the refrigerator but when called to salesman (Asif) he replied me very rudely and asked me to come again because he has many work to do, later on i asked him to hand over the phone to branch manager but i don’t know with whom i spoke but again same rude response from that person (Name-nikun). I have never seen such an unprofessional behaviour from any salesman and branch manager. I really don’t understand how come you can keep such illiterate peoples for this valuable job. Disgusting behaviour from staffs, i don’t think i will purchase anything or recommend anyone to purchase from your company.

Then it told me that all the pages will be printed out, guaranteeing that i am a better printer, but i came to see that the report page of my office was being printed out but the ink was going up, went to the khosala showroom again and told the manager that my problem was that he told me what to do. He told me that i would send a hp installation boy, he didn't do it

                    Hello team,

                    I purchased a godrej eon refrigerator from khosla electronics, chinsurah on 21st july, 2019. It's 10 days now and the refrigerator is still not demonstrated. I called up the selling agent arup innumerable times but without any help. He just kept on saying he is checking but i still didn't find a reason and a resolution for this delay. Today he stopped responding to the phone calls even. Without finding any other way to contact the agent, i called up the store today but again they said they are checking and no resolution yet. Refrigerator is one important household thing which is required especially in the summer. My mother is old and she is without the fridge for 10 days now even though it is bought and still kept packed not serving any purpose for 10 days. She is not in a position to cook her food everyday for her health reasons but she is forced to do that now as she can't store the food. It's is khosla's sole responsibility to take care of the demonstration after the product is sold. But they are so ignorant about it. It seems they shed off their responsibility after they sold the product and made money. They are escaping telling they have booked a call with godrej but in spite of me complaining they just don't bother.

                    After complaining they have sent an engineer yesterday but surprisingly the person was not fit for the job. The engineer was so lean and weak that he couldn't even move the fridge a bit. It was so difficult for him even to unpack the fridge. The engineer didn't complete the job as he said it's not possible for him to do it alone. To my surprise the engineer was also not wearing any brand uniform and didn't have an ID card. The engineer didn't even move the base package of the fridge. He needed someone else to move the package. I doubt was the person sent for demonstration, an actual Godrej engineer? Or Khosla themselves sent just a person for the job? Its really a pathetic service! Please look into it.

                      I, sumita sinha had purchased one refridgerator [ make lg model no gl-t292rbpn. Bbpzebn hsn 8418 vide invoice number 05422/1920/04375 dated 01.07.2019] from the outlet of khosla electronics pvt. Ltd., branch barrackpore show room with the condition that the product would have to be delivered in the following address: mira sinha [mother ; name of the receiver], rashdanga, sumathpally, house number 7, asansol – 713301[her contact number [protected]].

                      I had paid the billed amount of rs. 28650 [ rupees twenty eight thousand six hundred and fifty only] by a cheque [having number 528234 dated 01/07/2019 drawn on sbi, cit road branch, kolkata] in favour of khosla electronics pvt. Ltd.. I was very much aware that the product would be delivered once the cheque was being cleared by the bank. The cheque was cleared on 05.07.2019 as evident from the account summary of the bank. But most shocking thing is that, till date the product is not delivered at the above noted address due to reasons unnown to the me. This goes directly aginst the goodwill of the organization. It is worthy to mention that i had contacted sales executive named gautam chatterjee[contact number [protected]] over phone in a number of occassion to sort out the matter at the earliest but he, it appears, turned a deaf ear to my appeal. He expressed no interest in sorting this matter out as i had not received any status update over the issue till date. My mother had not received any call from khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. Regarding delivery of the product. I feel totally frustrated.

                        I dipankar naskar purchase a daiken a/c 1.5 ton 5 star on dated 09.06.2019 from khosla electronics uttarpara hooghly branch. At the time of purchase the sales person said that the product will be delivered within 4-5 days. But after 1 week passed i called them they had me they will have no stock and they will don't know when the product will available in their stock. So, if they can't delivered the same within said period then why they lies to me at the time of buying if they were already knows that they have no stock of the required product.

                        It's my humble request to take a action against them that they are miss guiding their customer and not disclose the actual condition of stock and sale the product by billing for money.

                          I have purchased samsung led tv on friday 31.05.2019 from khosla behala branch. But i was not informed about the details of its insurance policy. I paid extra 2000/- and did 2 years additional insurance. But later i came to know from samsung demo service man the next day, that my insurance have been done with bajaj and not samsung, about which i was not told. When i called khosla sales staff tirtha dey mob no.[protected] he misbehaved with me over phone. Please take immediate action regarding this or else i must report to consumer forum directly.

                              Please be informed that we have received carrier ac model no 18k durafresh neo-x inv (3star) r 32 indoor[protected] which was broken in condition. We informed the same and send the snaps to our sales representative ms. Dipanwita paul on 22nd may 2019 at the time of installation. As we received broken ac we are unable to install the machine. We are requested to ms. Paul to arrange replacement. Now we cross 5days (4 working days) but still not received any proper date from her. Today when we contact her she inform that it will take more 7-10days which is not possible for us to bear a single day. We want to cancel the deal please guide us for the same and return our money.

                                I am being compelled to submit this mail from this end regarding the problem of my newly installed hitachi air conditioner (Installed on 17th may 2019) and the details are as follows,

                                Name of the dealer from where i purchased: khosla electronics, garia, kolkata

                                Problem: water leakage from the indoor unit from the day of installation & coil sensor torn by service technician samar mondal and replaced that part later by another technician.

                                Now this is the worst kind of service one could expect from your end. Firstly the installation technician mr. Bablu koyal ([protected]) installed the unit in a haste and left the site. Problem started from that very day when i found water dripping from the indoor unit at night. I informed that matter to him and also to the person whose number was provided by khosla electronics, garia, kolkata. Then two technicians (Mr raju — [protected] & mr samar mondal — [protected]) visited on two different days but couldn't fix the problem. On 24/5/2019, i even registered a complaint with hitachi care (Call number — [protected]) and another technician named mr. Koushik jana ([protected]) visited the site. This technician even found that the previous technician named samar mondal tore the coil sensor while working and replaced it with a local room sensor. He also told about the problem of back to back installation (Done by the installation technician) and levelling. But he left the site saying he will escalate this issue to the higher authority as the sensor is torn and replaced and the water dripping problem will be solved after solving this issue (Replacement of sensor). Now the damage of coil sensor by mr samar mondal and replacement of that by another local part could have damaged the pcb of my newly installed ac (Keeping aside the water dripping problem).
                                We also complained this problems to khosla electronics, garia and after ignoring our repeated requests to solve this problem they sent a technician on 25/5/2019. Again two technicians named gunadhar jana ([protected]) and mr prohlad attented the site and told that the water dripping problem is due to improper insulation foam wrapping on the copper pipe of indoor unit. They wrapped the pipe and also replaced the coil sensor (No idea it's genuine hitachi part or not). They assured that the problem is solved and left. But water started dripping again from the indoor unit in the evening.

                                Now, after being harrassed from the day of installation i am really disappointed by the quality of service of a company like yours and don't wish to further buy a single product of yours. This is the worst kind of after sales service i have ever experienced.

                                Finally i strongly demand for the replacement and re-installation of my ac (Which has already been made defective by your service persons) immediately to fix the problem or else our last resort is to complain this issue to the state consumer affairs department.

                                  I purchased an a. C from your krishnanagar branch, billing date on 20/05/2019, they are assured that they should be delivered 3 to 5 days, yesterday i received a phone call from krishnanagar khoshla for delivery, but they didn't delivered. And i also paid rs400/ for delivery charges. Now i call them, and they said to me they should be delivered on 26/05/2019

                                    Sir, i bought a panasonic ac from krishnanagar's khosla electronics on monday, the date was 13/5/019. On that day i went to the khosla store, then the sales executive who was there, told me false and completely wrong information about the panasonic ac model and model features. At that moment i had no idea about that model. At that time, i paid the full payment of the ac and went home with the bill. Then on wednesday, the date was 15/5/2016, the ac delivered at my home in the afternoon. The next day on thursday, date was 16/5/2013, two installment man come to set up and install the ac at noon and they set and install ac completely. Thereafter when ac switch is on by the installment man for testing, then i saw all the truth of that ac which is just installed... I shocked. The newly installed ac features is not the same as what sales executive said at the time of buying. Then i properly notice that it's just another features model. Sir i am a middle-class family wife and the money of ac is very precious to me. I had heard many plaudit of khosla electronics and beacuse of that i went to buy ac with faith. And i also knew that best electronics product is available at khosla store. Now please help me sir. I request to you with close my hand that if you change my ac model, then i will be thankful to you for whole life. My details below —

                                    After My Complaining Krishnanagar’s Khosla Electronics Sales Executive (Gouranga Mondal) Called Me On 18/5/2019(Saturday) At Evening And Told That –“Sir I Was Wrong About The Panasonic Model And Model Features. We Did Not Have Any Training For The 2019 Panasonic Model. Because Of That I Was Wrong To Say About The Panasonic Model Features. I Told The Company About Your Problem, But Sir Now Unfortunately The AC Is Completely Installed And Set Up In Your House And Because Of That It Is Not Possible To Change Your AC Model. So I am Really Very Sorry.”
                                    After Listening To It, Sir I am Really Don’t Know That What I Do? I Am Really Feeling Very Helpless. Please Show Me The Way To Solve My Problem As Soon As Possible. I Am Writing This Letter To You With My Great Hope. With Close My Hand I Request To You Sir Please Do Something And Help Me.

                                      Incident 1:
                                      On 12th may, i have purchased a whirlpool washing machine from khosla electronics, store address - nh 34, 11 no railgate, barasat, west bengal-700127.
                                      Getting delivery of the product after several follow ups, there was a call got from service center for installation & demo. But the caller, repeatedly started to insist to purchase a trolley paying by rs 1450/-. Since the machine will be fixed in a specific place in washroom area, i denied to purchase the same as the accessory won't serve my purpose. After that refusal, 6 days has gone by but none has responded back to me with their schedule of installing the machine. Called up repeatedly in the number from which initial call came, but in return, had to digest indecent behavior of the person who was forcing me to purchase the accessory. Informed the store to check the matter, but no resolution was given to me.

                                      Incident 2:
                                      On same date 12th may, purchased couple of air conditioners of daikin. During sell, the concerned executive didn't disclose regarding any payable services for installation. Later on, came to know that, rs 300/- is payable to fix up ac brackets on the wall. I agreed even to pay that also. But after installation, the concerned mechanic billed me total of rs 4500/- as per their schedule of expenditures. I was under this impression to be privileged with free installation facilities as nothing was disclosed to me regarding any payment despite of repeat querying on same. Now service center kept on calling me on everyday for payment. Informed to store, but no action has been initiated as of now.

                                        Der sir,

                                        I have filed a complaint on 6th of may, 2019 for the issue of improper installation of voltas inverter ac at my residence, in this regard this is my second complaint for the same issuue for which i have not yet received any response from khosla.

                                        I request you to kindly see the matter and resolve the issue of improper installation of outdoor unit and non-cover of hole by cement as soon as possible.
