I had bought a godrej split ac, model - gcs 18 sfzr 5 cwqr 1.5 t 5p3gsc indoor ac on the 9th of june 2017 from khosla electronics, kankurgachi showroom.

Since then i have called thousands of times to the number provided on the bill, to get the free services, but there is no response.

This is pathetic service on their part. As soon as they sell a product and get the billing amount they think that their work is done. Please take this complaint very seriously.

    I purchase a samsung refrigerator (255ltr) from khosla electronics (Garia) on 20/08/18. I purchase it in case rs. 21, 500/-. Your sales person (Sambhu dutta) told me that refrigerator will be deliver within 3-4 days but i'm sorry to say that it is not delivered yet. When i call him he said that refrigerator wasn't come from company. When it's come from the company then i will deliver to you..
    I request to you sir please help me to delivered my refrigerator within 1 or 2 days or i'll complaint to the consumer forum.

      I have purchased a 2 ton ac of hitachi make on 14.04.2018. At the time of purchase there was commitment for providing of free gift items. I am sorry to inform you that after 5 - 6 months i have not been provided any gift items. At the time of purchase there was not stock of gift items and the seller of khosla electronics. Pvt. Ltd, chinsurah, (Mr. Sudhanya dey mob no. [protected]) have assured me that it will be given within next one week when it will be available but till the writing of this complaint, i have not received any gift item which is legally payable to me on assurance of purchase. Even he is not lifting his mobile now a days. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter even i could not raise any issue of my ac for not getting his mobile.

        Respected sir,
        I, sumanta ghosh, an existing customer of khosla electronics, sreerampore, would like to inform you that i had purchased a led tv and a refrigerator in the year 2016 and last sunday i. E., on 17th june, 2018 i have purchase a air conditioner (Godrej make) from the shop. The sales personnel confirmed me that the product will deliver within tuesday morning. But i am very sorry to inform you that the product is not yet deliver to me till now. I called several times but everytime they said that they are very busy and they look after the matter afterwards. Moreover i informed them that from friday we will not be able to remain at home and it is very problematic to take the delivery for us. The executive and the technician of godrej company called me for more than 6 to 7 times for installation of the machine. But i can't give them any positive reply as i myself has no confirm date and time of delivery of the product.
        May i ask you sir is it your normal behaviour with the customers after the booking is confirmed of any product?
        Nothing to say more and i think now it is your turn to say and act...

          On 10.06.2018 i have purchased one ro water filter from sodepur branch, at that time ur sales boy dipankar such told me if is instillation free all over india, now i stay at balasore due to job purpose but my home is sodepur, after 10days dealers or co not innicitatice to install the filter, last 4 days i call to mr aiich and ge always says today is install positively, but 4 days gone install has not done, why i am suffer from ur sales persons version, today i call the media toll free number, but they are told me u have not registered and our service is not available at balasore, if today is not install please return the goods and pay my rupees with interest, otherwise i will go to consumer forum, for ur kind information i can bot any single rupees for ur financers due to my harassment,

          today I want install the ro water purifier, because I came back at kolkata yesterday and came back after one week, so if is urgent for me, as per ur information I am suffering from hyper gastric and acidity problem, recently I done endoscopy, doctor said u Wii purchase bisleri water from outside for ur health purpose, daily I purchase 3ltr water from market, if will be cost daily 60/.-rupees, in this connection I have purchased ro filter urgently

          still now nobody has come to install my ro water purifier, at least 15 times I contact to sales person at ur Sodepurn branch, still now he completeletly tell lie, he says today's ur installation has been complete, now time is 4.45pm, please return the goods from my Balasore address and'pay me compensesation for cooler charges, taxi fare, rickshaw fare delivery to drivers tips etc "umsum rs 1500/-i[censored] not paid I can not pay any single rupees at ur financers, full responsibility will be bear by khosla electronics, if you are case against my then I will go to consumer forum, until problem is not solve I will not bear any rupees and you will also my bear for my compensesation due to my harassment, otherwise I will take legal action

            I have purchased Air Conditioner From Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd on 06/06/18
            which was delivered on 07/06/18 and installed on 09/06/18 but installation was not completed as the outdoor unit did not Gas in it ( as informed by installer ) and again the installer came on 13/06/18 for refill the Gas after he completed his job he left and i left for office . Next day i noticed the AC was not cooling enough but i could not complain as all three phone numbers given on their bill was unreachable. i had no option but to go into store again to complain on 16/06/18 where they promised to get the problem fixed on monday. i had to take a day off from my office to wait for engineer to come and fix my AC, i waited all day but no one came only they came after 9:00 PM. These engineers where from Hitachi brand of which i bought the AC and when i told them the outdoor unit of the did not have GAS the first day they said Khosla Electronics shouldn't have installed the AC as it as brought faulty
            I was using a 1 TON AC before in my bedroom which was working fine but i changed it to 1.5 TON AC only that my pet ( Siberian Husky ) can stay peacefully this blazing summer. I have asked Khosla Electronics People to send atleast someone to install my older AC so i can let my pet sleep in AC and i have 4th floor apartment i flat is in top floor during day time it is extremly hot and since 09/06/18 my room is without AC and my pet has also started shedding hairs. i have asked them to send them day time but again they have sent their people at 9 pm it is so harnessing that when i called khosla electronics employee (Parta Roy ) who sold the product to share their manager number he said they cannot give these details to me.

              Yesterday, I bought a 32 inch LG tv, model no 32 LJ618U.ATR from Khosla Electronics Pvt Ltd., Chinsurah Branch.I wanted to buy a full hd tv.That showroom misguided me and insisted me to buy that LG tv assuring me that it is a full hd tv.But the website or LG Customer care informs me that this model of LG tv is not full hd .Now I want my cash back after returning this tv.

                I have purchased a sony 55 inches lcd on 4.6.2018 from dunlop khosla, installed on 7.6 but on 8.6 the new tv could not read my ext hard disc hp, but on 9.6 my ehd runs smoothly on dunlap showroom on 43 inches of sony lcd, sony service engineer came on 9.6 to solve this problem but could nothing. So now i request you kindly replace the set within 48 hrs. Otherwise i have to go to consumer court. Another thing is staffs of dunlop showroom continuesly ignore my demand & kill the time. I could not imagine this type of service from such a reputed company like khosla

                  This is to inform that my family had purchased an samsung 2 ton split ac from one of your branches at behala. The ac initially was working then suddenly it stopped so we called the service center. After making several calls service center representetives visited and somehow got the ac working again and asked to keep the temp. At 24 and use it in a single user mode. For 2 weeks it was fine and now again it not working at all.
                  Have been calling to service center but they are not able to identify the issue and now we are facing the problems.
                  We bought the ac on 3rd march on emi and installed on 5th march.

                    I, debjit sen sharma, a regular customer of khosla electronics, visited your ranikuthi shop looking to buy a refrigerator, but unlike my past experience, i was not attained properly, a veteran lady with specs named deepa (Told by her not verified) was assigned to show me products but she was not bothered as if i just came for time pass. After asking in vain about different features and prices available for products, i started to look the display model by myself. Then suddenly she told me that "you can move out (Exit gate) in that way (In bengali)", i buy products from here every year, and i felt embarrassed with this words.
                    So i bought it today from your competitor great eastern, this one product may not even bother but your sales person might have forgotten, in a buyers's market this type of customer service is undesirable. Today you just lost a regular customer or rather a cutomer base as i used to suggest your shop to my friends, colleagues and relatives.

                      1) i have purchased a panasonic eluga a3 mobile on 08/04/2016.
                      2) after inserting sim card in mobile on 14/04/2018, noticed that speaker is not working.
                      3) i have contacted the sales boy subha and arijit parui on the same date over the counter. But they advised only go service center.
                      4) then, i have contacted with the manager. He calculate the date. And told that within one week the fault was noticed. So change the set.
                      5) but the sales boy kept the mobile and replied that they change it on 16/04/2016. Please come before phone call.
                      6) from 7-00 p. M. Call several times but not responding.
                      7) please arrange to replace a new one.

                          I have purchased the ac on 10/3/18 from khosla electronics, dalhousie branch. They told me that installation of the unit is free of charge other than some parts. But the installation mechanic asked for rs. 499/- as installation charge. I have tried to contact tuhin ([protected]) and mr. Bhupen ([protected]) there for several times since wednesday; but one responded to my call. They had given their contact numbers to contact them in case of any difficulty arises. It seems that they are not willing to help the customers after selling the items. Please solve the problem.

                          My registered mobile no. is 9836039991 (Anupam Das, Naihati, PIN-743165). The Khosla Salesmen (Mr. Tuhin & Mr. Bhupen of Dalhousie Branch) did not respond my call even after 70 attempts made in three days. I am a little bit lucky that I have not purchased all my four ACs required from them. I will purchase the rest two from some other retailers. However, they should be taught some lessons. Please do the needful.

                            Well i have visited the showroom (Garia branch) today with my family for a whirlpool refrigerator (4 star double door with intelligent sensor technology). Though we had a budget for that but we chose a product which was slightly in higher rate. So we were burgaining like any other customers for some offer. But somehow we were willing to pay in cash if the salesman could have behaved properly as the man was telling us repeatedly "if you find this anywhere in lower rates please visit us along the bill and i will give you a gift" we find it very insulting and without delaying left the place. So i am urging to the management please stop recruiting these kind of salesperson who are degrading your images as well as loosing valuable customers..

                              I had purchased the tv from khosla electronics garia on 13/03/2018 and the same needs to be delivered 15/03/2018 but not yet delivered still now however the down payment done already but not yet received the product, hence would request not to make the fake promises in the time of purchasing any product from now onwards, because i had to believe those.

                                Sir, it is to state that i purchased a lg washing machine and a lg refrigerator from your baguiati showroom, near jora mondir, kolkata-700059 on 28.01.2018 during the purchase your sales manager priya chetry conveyed that i would be given two scratch coupon. But not given, she said those would be given 1 week later, refrigerator was delivered to me on 30.01.18 with invoice no. K3524/1718/08596 order no. K3522/1718/08692 and washing machine was delivered on 01.02.2018 with invoice no. K3524/1718/08697 order no. K3522/1718/08690, i repeatedly persuaded for the said gift coupon but no satisfactory reply yet been received form aforesaid shop and sales manager, recently i contacted mr. Palash for the said scratch coupons again my purchases but no fruitful result came out. Now my humble request to take action in favour of me and oblige

                                  Dear khosla electronis,

                                  On 25th of feb-2018, around 03:30 pm we have visited to your store to purchase a television. The offer price for the product was written for rs.13500-. So we have chosen that product to buy and visited the cash counter to deposit the cash money.in between nobody from the team has informed us that if we purchase the product by cash, we will get additional 500 rupees discount hence keeping mind the offer price of the product we have deposited 13500 rupees into the cash counter. Your cashier did not even bother to return the money, also there was zero politeness while we have raised this issue with your staff, they did not apologized, they were fighting with us and blaming us that we have deposited 13000 rupees only instead 13500. They did not even bother to say "please allow us time to sort the matter". The lady was sitting over the cash counter was absolutely horrible. I guess this has been a planning issue happening into your store for a long time and they (Your staffs) have been collating money and making fraudulent activities such a way and distributing collated cash among themselves (Your staff). Please take action as soon as possible. Hope this issue will be sort out. Below is the address for the khosla electronics store against whom this complaint was being raised. These staffs have very unprofessional attitude while on the business time. Do not speaks with customer properly. Also do such scam activities.

My 75 years maa was alone in home & was agreed to pay rs 200 for delivery, but unethically they pressured my maa to pay rs 300 and took. My maa requested them to lift the fridge on stand. But they didn't. I called on [protected]. He said he will try. But nothing done yet.
                                    Pl don t send your delevary at noon time when female are alone at home. As they shoes their dadagiri. Moreover a lady ([protected]) told that amount for tea is under rule.

                                      On 23/01/18 time approx 20:50 hrs., I have visited Khoshla Electronics, Barrackpore & I have decided to procure one RO+UV Water water purifier of Acquasure. Accodingly, I have decided to make payment through my SBI Debit card and card sweeping done.Immediately message received in my mobile regarding the deduction of Rs. 15600/- in Khosla Account but the person dealing with the cash counter informed that he has not received the money. My transaction details- Debit card no. 622XX6883, Rs. 15600/- POS [protected], txn:- 813707. After that several time, I have visited in your shop, but they have neither make any arrangement for returning the money in my account nor arrange to hand over the water purifier to me.
                                      Please make necessary arrangement for returning the money in my account.

                                        I have purchased a bosch washing machine (Wak2016in - 6.5kg front load) on 31st december 2017. We had been given an expected delivery date on 2nd january or 3rd january but it was proved to be an utter disgrace to shop from khosla electronics. We were denied the product delivery on the dates given and along with that the salesman ram prosad saha (Mobile no. : [protected]) misbehaved with us and were denying the phone calls when we confronted the matter with him. We visited the shop on 3/01/2018 and was assured that machine to be delivered by 8:00 pm the same date. But on further introspection about the delivery we were given false dates. We want an action to be taken immediately for the consumer's waste of time and continuous harassment and want a refund of the entire amount.
                                        The product was purchased from khosla electronics pvt ltd serampore branch.
