Kia — Customer service

The service provided by Nivan babaji is worst. I would suggest to go with some other dealer or car company that coming to them. They will make sure to make your life miserable from the day you book the car to every time you take it for service.
First, they will force you to purchase extended warranty, accessories and insurance from them only. If you say no then they will deny the delivery of car saying its company policy and we can't give you car. JUST TO LET YOU ALL KNOW KIA MOTORS DOSN'T SAY SO, ITS NIVAN BALAJI POLICY.
The service center is worst than their sales office. you have no clue when the car will be delivered. They will keep on increasing the time of delivery. On top of it, they will damage your car physically or its paint. Also, they have a team of calling associates who have no clue what is going on but will keep on calling you for a good rating and good customer satisfaction response. I have even noticed that the folks at the service center fill in the satisfaction form on their own and ask the customer to sign it.
When I said I am going to raise a complaint against all this they were like whom would you raise a complaint, noting is going to happen even if you raise a complaint.
Also, there there labour charge is more than the actual cost of the part. when asked there response is sir it has to be paid by the insurance company why are you worried.
Its better not to be associated with them if you want peace of mind.
