The purchase date of the car and road taxes applicable have been paid in full for the past 2 months. The number plate has to be provided within a period fo 7 days as per the law. I still haven't received the vehicle number plate or vehicle number for the car after two months. Even after a basic exemption of lockdown the RTO has been open for the past 15 days or more and still no plate has been provided. I am unable to drive my 17 lac car on the roads after paying all the taxes because of their inefficiency.
I request that the number plate be provided to me on urgent basis and this particular employee who avoids any communication from the customer be disciplined. Was this information helpful? |
