I ordered killer watch online from www.killerjeans.com through icici net banking waybill number : [protected] reference no : 197373ad. Recieved shipment on 14th october 17. But the killer watch i recieved is not in good condition. I think product is not genuine and timing numbers like 7, 8 & 9 is unstick and not in their place. How to return the product suggest me. I have ordered two watches and its been more than 28 days but I haven't received my watches yet. When I call the customer care i.e. [protected] the call never gets connected. I have also send many emails to [protected]@nixon.co.in but nobody responded.
