I have placed 3 orders from www.killerjeans.com/icicinetbanking on 22nd September, 2019. However out of 3 only 2 got delivered. For the left 1 order, they are saying that it is out for delivery but its been more than 2 months now and still haven't received it. Also they are providing the refund for the same. I have send so many emails but are getting no response. The given contact number in their website is also not reachable.

I bought a killer jeans in the month of may 2018. I gifted it to my husband. He hardly wore it for 3-4 times. But to his dismay the texture worn out even though we use liquid detergent for washing our delicate cloths and dry in shade. I am herewith attaching the photographs for your kind perusal. The jeans was bought from kalyan silks, cochin. Requesting you to look into it and arrange to replace it.

I want delivery of product urgently. Because now it more than 28 days from my order date. I am totally frustrated now from this incident. I have already mailed. But reply is also given late after 2 days... I just want my product which i ordered urgently.

I have purchased jeans on 29th august. I am waiting up to 13th september for delivery. But i didn't get product. They didn't answer for my mails also. Order products through killerjeans.com is total waste of time and money. I asked refund, i have paid. But they still silent and didn't answer. So customers who is urgent never order through killerjeans.com.

I ordered a sling bag on[protected] which said that the product will be delivered within 28 days. After end on this 28 days. I tracked my order on its official website and it showed me the following message

"your order has been delayed by 28 working days due to some technical reason.
The merchandise will be shipped in next 3 working days."

This company is collecting funds and using it for extended periods. # are thinking that company is offering discounts and offers but now i know what is actually happening here. I am not concerned with whatever you (Killer jeans) are doing. I just want my order delivered asap.

I ordered watch at 25.10.2017 from www.killerjeans.com site . Referral through ICICI Code to get free watch, then they asked me pAy 350 rs. To them for shipping and handling charges.I haven't get watch after completion of 30 days.
I think this is a fraud .so please don't order from this site otherwise they will also take your money not gonna return .

I'm slowly beginning to feel this is a fraud.

You can find the tracking number, once shipment is dispatched." is what its said on the website.
Its 25/11/2017 now, and still the order has not been dispatched!!
Theres no proper customer care or refund policy. I'm afraid the 349/- rs, i spent on this was a loot by the company.

But havent received the product.
I also tried tracking the order.
Its been more than 2 months and they promised me to deliver within 28 days.
Now from last 1 week they are saying it will deliver within 3 days.
Such a bad service and no one worry about such mistakes.
How killer jeans not taking responsibility for that. That is really painfull service from killer jeans. Never going to order any of product from them in future.
Even local brands also deliver in time.
Its a big question on killer jeans management?

Kindly resolve the issue immediately. And i didn't receive any invoice copy to gain warranty.

I have ordered a watch in the icici let jeans offer, they charges rs349 as the delivery charges. Bob received the watch today, the box is full of scratches. Doesn't looks new at all. Though the watch matters more then the box, but the watch is the same, the are scratches on the dial, the belt is of very very low quality, the glue is visible at all the joints, as the belt is white, it has black marks on it, and a couple of rusted marks.
This surely doesn't looks like a watch if rs 2500 as shown in the site. It doesn't looks original, neither it looks like a new watch. I have seen many complains related to this offer. I hope some action is been taken on them so that people don't get cheated anymore.

I have ordered this watch on 10th october 2017 and received on 27th of october. As soon as i opened the watch the belt was torn from all of its ends.
This was unexpected being a branded product. There were many scratches on belt as well. It seems it was a used item.

Ordered killer jeans sling bag worth rs. 349 through an offer from ICICI dated 14 june 2017 with order no. 146537 and CCA Ref.[protected]. Since then I am waiting for that. On 19 july message received from bluedart courier of shipment of the same with AWB no.[protected]. But yet hven't received product. On query with bluedart they responded that they have returned the product to the origin. On killer jeans site under tracking order status is showing delivered. Resolve the issue immediately or I would be compel to go consumer court. I[censored]nable to deliver the product then refund money in account.
