I booked my two way ticket from Pune to Delhi (2nd November 2012) and From Delhi to Pune (19 November 9.00 am) but it got cancelled. Since then i am trying to reach Kingfisher airlines to refund my money but every time they give lame excuses, now they have even stopped picking up the calls at help desk.     Hi, I am Suraj prakash Behera, booked 4 tickets to and fro in last year Sept 2012 and journey was in December last week. But due to some problem of Kingfisher its not operating from last 10 months. So I should get the refund amount but till now I have not received. They told that 31st Jan refund will come but till now nothing is happening. The amount is Rs 17502.00. Two PNR no is LYRGBK & OLFJBC. I have booked the ticket through ICICI Credit Card.           No refund from Kingfisher for cancelled flights

          I booked 2 return flight tickets costing Rs.14532 from flykingfisher.com departing from Chennai to Port Blair for 14th and 20th October 2012. But these tickets were cancelled by the airline. I asked them for refund and they said it will be credited soon to my credit card from which I booked my tickets. Its been 10 months and I have not received a single rupee back. I have sent many emails to the customer care. They gave an Issue ID: 568429...

          I had booked two tickets with kingfisher airlines on 28/09/2012 vide flight no-IT-183 departure from chandigah to mumbai for[protected].The ticket numbers are[protected] and[protected] for your reference.They had intimated about the flight cancellation on 08.01.13.Till date they did not Refund the amount of Rs.4896 against cancellation of tickets.

            I have booked the domestic flight for 30 Nov 2012 and 3rd Dec 2012 from Kingfisher Airlines. But these flights got cancelled and no other flight was arranged by Kingfisher. Kingfisher did not refund the money so far. I have dropped several emails regarding same but no success. They have provided the complaint number also but didn't refunded the money yet. i have contacted the person named Randall Fernandes([protected]) but he kept giving certain excuses.

            Knigfisher Airlines — Money Not refunded

            Hi,
            This is Sabyasachi Mishra.I booked a ticketon[protected] and cancelled it on 2-3 days after. But till date i have not received the refund amount of Rs 3650/- and one & half years already passed.

            I have spoken to the airdecan counter in BBSR airport and they advised me to call call centre. The call centre people directed me the Reliance Webworld where I had booked the ticket. The reliance people dined and told me that the tie-up with airdeccan has come to and end and they cannot
            help.

            Request you to look into this matter and resolve this issue and refund me
            the amount as soon as possible.

            Attached is the file for your reference where the airdeccan executive had
            signed for the refund of Rs 3650/- at BBSR airport.

            Kingfisher Airlines — Fare of cancelled flight not refunded

            Kingfisher has not yet refunded the flight fare of a cancelled flight scheduled to fly on 30 October 2012. I have talked with Kingfisher customer care a thousand times. They just kept on postponing the date of refund. Please help solve my issue.

              Kingfisher Airlines — Refund of amount for cancellation of flight

              I booked flight from Nagpur to Mumbai scheduled on 12/09/2010 through IRCTC having AIRLINE PNR : MVZNKV and IRCTC PNR : B6XNHS. I received message from Kingfisher Airlines prior to couple of days of schedule that said flight is cancelled without mentioning any reason for such cancellation. I contacted concered of said airlines on tollfree number. He offered me morning flight which I refused. He then informed me that I will be entitled for full refund and further informed me that he has made endprsement to that effect in his records. However he advised me to cancell ticket through IRCTC. I thought that I will get refund automatically as flight was cancelled and waited for some days expecting credit of amount in my credit card a/c. As nothing happned, I sent mail to IRCTC to cancel said ticket and refund of amt on 24/09/2010. They are insisting for refund process from Kingfisher. I tried to make griveance to Kingfisher but unable to contact. As such they are duty bound to refund amount of their own as they have cancelled flight without asigning any reason and furhter that I have refused altrnate flight. Please forward my complaint to Kingfisher airlines and/or do the needful. Thanking you in anticipation

                I have given by credit card for a reservation but the air line has swiped an extra to the tune of 35000/- and the amount is blocked in my credit card. I have made repeated complaints with the airline and they are not bothered to cancel these wrong transactions

                Dear Sir,
                This is in reference to the flight no Kingfisher Airlines (IT) 3160 confirmation number JJJBDC eticket number[protected]PNR no W1Q0WU from Bhuj to Mumbai. on the 24th of October 2010. The flight from Bhuj to Mumbai was delayed by 1 hour 10 minutes as a result i would have missed the connecting flight from mumbai to bhuj.

                The official at the Bhuj Airport told me that the full refund of the ticket would be given to me as the flight had been delayed. the refund was supposed to be made by the travel agent at siliguri, but to my utter disbelief an amount of Rs.750/- had been deducted by the airlines as communicated by the agent.

                i would therefore like to know as to why Rs.750/- was deducted even after being given in writing by the Bhuj Airport representative of Kingfisher Airlines.

                  We got our round trip travel tickets cancelled from Kingfisher airlines from Lucknow to Mumbai and vice versa...where as its been 3 months now and yet not received refund of cancellation , though it was refudable tickets ..

                    i had booked kingfisher flight for 07 oct 2012 from pune to jammu. It was a connceting flight from pune to delhi(IT 151)and from delhi to jammu (IT 214). The flight was cancelled by your airlines but my money is still not refunded till date. My booking reference(PNR) is KZGLCN and my ticket was for Rs 5019/-. Inspite of repeated reminders and telephone conversations with your representatives, i have not got my money back.I am serving in Indian Army and have invested my hard earned money in purchasing your company air ticket.You are requested to refund my money back as it is almost about ninth month since i booked my ticket in sep 2012. An early action will be highly solicited.

                      I had booked a flight (IT305) from Mumbai to Delhi for 10-NOV-2012 and it was cancelled by Kingfisher.
                      Booking Date - 14-AUG-2012 18:13 GMT
                      PNR - PTQDWN
                      Total Price - INR 4627/-
                      Even after repeated follow ups via emails, phone calls and Kingfisher feedback/complaint link on the kingfisher website, the refund has not yet been completed.
                      It was communicated that after the 10-MAR-2013 meeting of kingfisher airlines with other stakeholders, the refund will be positively done. Now all their customer care numbers are invalid , there is no response to multiple emails.

                        I had booked my flight on Kingfisher Airlines IT 71 to travel on 24 March, 2012 from Mumbai to Hong Kong. However, the above mentioned fligth stands cancelled due to operational reasons (means no reason). I and my sister were not given any arrangement. I, my travel agent and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd had emailed to Mr. Melwyn Joseph and Mr Joseph Pereira, Guest Commitment of Kingfisher Airlines. They both confirmed that we were eligibled for a full refund of the unused air ticket No.[protected] and[protected] and the same needs to be collected from the Travel Agent. I based on their instruction then contacted the travel Agent "Hong Thai Travel Services Ltd. in Hong Kong for arranging the refund. However, the travel agent advise us that no refund or reply from Kingfisher airlines. This case has been last for one year. I am very disappointed with the services from Kingfisher Airlines which damaged to the image of India.

                            I had booked a Kingfisher airlines ticket from Delhi to Pune dated 16th December, 2012 through Makemytrip.com. The booking was in my name i.e. Tushar Jain and the price of the ticket was INR 3389. Just few days prior to my date of boarding I got a call from Kingfisher Airlines informing me that the flight has been cancelled. I had some urgent meetings lined up at my office but I had to reschedule all of them because of this last minute cancellation.

                            It has been more than 4 months now and I am yet to be refunded the ticket cost. I have suffered a lot because of this cancellation and mental trauma that I faced in office for the cancellation of pre scheduled meetings. I have contacted Kingfisher Airline several times. They stated that amount is with Travel agent i.e. MakeMyTrip, in other occassion they said that it will be refunded after 15th March, 2013 etc. Till now no refund has been made. I am really fed up of the attitude of Kingfisher Airline, which is totally unprofessional.

                            I request you to take corrective actions at the earliest and help me in getting my amount back alongwith the interest rate as applicable.

                            I had booked a ticket for me and my family for mumbai - chandigarh sector on kingfisher airlines. Subsequently kingfisher airlines cancelled the flights and didnt bother ot even inform me. When i called to inquire they told me that yes the flight has been cancelled. So i had to book a different flight and due to which i incurred a loss of Rs 15000. On top of that Kingfisher airlines has not given the refund of the cancelled tickets amounting to Rs 13000. The tickets were cancelled on 12th oct and its almost 3 months since then and inspite of many followups the refund has not come. The PNR # HAQKTV and HJWXVL are the numbers. Kindly help me in getting the refund and the loss incurred

                              This complaint is regarding non-refund of air tickets issued by Kingfisher Airlines, which were purchased on 9th September 2012. The journey dates were 04.11.2012 and 15.11.2012 for the to and fro journey between Mumbai and Bangalore. The flight was cancelled by Kingfisher Airlines at their end for the reasons best known to them. The relative Ticket nos. were[protected]Booking Ref PNR: LMTJVH) for Rs.5524/- and [protected] and[protected]Booking Ref PNR : PGXGRV) for Rs.3508/-. Due to cancellation of flights by the Airlines, I had no other option but to cancel the tickets on 21st October 2012 claiming the refund of money as per rules.
                              During the last six months, I have repeatedly followed up and requested them for refund of money, but all my efforts have failed to fetch my hard-earned money back. As and when I call and discuss with Kingfisher Customer Care representatives, the refund dates are increasing by 7 to 20 days in each call. It has become a deceptive matter of the Kingfisher Airlines. I have already logged complaint to [protected]@flykingfisher.com and [protected]@flykingfisher.com 50 times or more, but no response has come from their end. I apprehend fraudulent transaction on the part of the Kingfisher Airlines.
                              In view of the above, I seek your help and intervention to recover my hard-earned money back.

                              Kingfisher Airlines — Refund of ticket

                              I booked a return ticket on AirDeccan
                              Last Name -MADHOK
                              Mumbai Delhi on 21st Feb PNR 6291231.
                              Delhi Mumbai on 25th Feb PNR 6358179.

                              My flight on Mumbai was at 20:50 on the 21st Feb. I reached airport at 19:30 and conveniently took at boarding pass. Then I proceeded for security check. There was a long queue and when it was my turn I was told that Air Deccan security check in at the other gate. I quickly rushed there and after my security check reached the boarding gate at 20:45.I was told that I was late and I can not board the flight. They cancelled the boarding pass and asked me to go back. It was a terrible experience. The airline did not care to call me or inform me (knowing that I had a boarding pass and was at the airport) that the flight is ready to take off. They had at least 2 mobile numbers of mine. After my insisting, the staff made me meet the duty in charge. She said she can help me by rescheduling my ticket as a Delhi Mumbai return ticket. I told her that I already have it booked a Delhi Mumbai ticket for the 25th Feb.
                              She said she will make that ticket OPEN and I can travel Delhi Mumbai on 26th Feb on this ticket.

                              I thought my ordeal with Air Deccan had ended here but when I called their call centre on 25th Feb to take my PNR no. for the Delhi Mumbai flight that was rescheduled for 26th feb. I was told that both my tickets were no show !!!

                              on dated 03/11/2008 the tickets were booked for Kulu from Delhi the flight No.4357 Departure 20/12/2008 ticket No. [protected], 75, 76 and 79 was cancelled but the ticket fair has not been refunded
                              Kingfisher Airlines are a bunch of fiscal bandits. They said they'd refund our tickets for an amount of over $600US but sent it to a defunct VISA account. VISA sent the money back to KF. They then refused to acknowledge this. They double charged us for 2 tickets. They wouldn't let us board unless we bought a second set of tickets. They have so many credit blocks against them it took 4 credit cards before the transaction went through.

                              Kingfisher — Boarding pass not issued & complaint form not available

                              I had to board flight no. IT4147 N of KIngfisher from Mumabi to Kandala on 14/10/09. I reached at the check in counter at 5.15am. still Kingfisher representative had not issued boarding pass to me.
                              When I asked for complaint form, she did not had complaint form at the any of their counter.

                              This is very embarrasing that organisation like Kingfisher don't attend the customers properly & even not bother about availability of complaint form at the counter.

                              Kingfisher Airlines — No response at the Call Centres

                              I had booked my tickets on Kingfisher through the flykingfisher website for travel from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore on the 13th of February vide PNR No. JBMEZN. The flight was to depart from Bhubaneswar at 1310 hours. On account of some urgent official work, I had to change my programme and went to the Airport desk to get the ticket rescheduled. The lady on duty told that since this was booked through the website, I had to call the Call Centre and gave me the following numbers:

                              I tried calling these numbers and the first time I got connected, the lady put me on hold and never came back and the line got disconnected. The second time I got connected, ( after trying a dozen times ) the lady told me that I had pressed the wrong option of rescheduling and cancellation and I have to opt for queries regarding internet booking option. After that till 1.30 pm I kept on trying and couple of times waited for 20 minutes but could never get to talk to any of the customer care call centre executives. I thereafter called the call centre and opted for the King Club option and the executive told me that he would forward my complain to the concerned department and some one will get in touch with me. But till the time of writing this mail, no one has bothered to call me on this.

                              Further, in the evening, I went to the airport desk and enquired about the customer care numbers and e-mail id and the lady told me to write to the chairman through the website.

                              I have also submitted by complaint through the website.

                              I would request this forum to take up the matter with the concerned in Kingfisher and also ask them to reschedule my tickets.

                              I had booked my ticket above mentioned dated for journey from Kolkata to Guwahati. But, sorry to say that I had deprived from your boarding counter by getting boarding pass till my baggage X-ray dully completed with weigh measuring also done. I had also requested by presinting my service joining documents to allow me to get my boarding. But, every consern person working with your organisation refused my request and suggested me to attend for next day journey. Accordingly I came on next day as per shedule given by your authority and after delayed by 1 hours 30 minutes above and I have to pay as extra Rs. 2400/- (excluding fare of 14.10.2011).
                              Under above circomstances I have to loss mentally and financially, being a Leading Aircraft Authority (service) as Kingfisher Airlines.

                              I have a been a regular traveler by Kingfisher Airlines till the time it was operative.. My frequent flier number is 52827121. I had booked tickets in Kingfisher airlines. The details of which are as follows:

But till date there is no news on refund and i am being asked about the details only. I had written a mail also to them to which they were kind enough to reply and had even given me complaint id. After the follow up it was delaying tactics and now they have not even bothered to reply

                                2. Date of journey was 07 Oct 2012 by IT 151 (Pune-Delhi) and onward journey on same day by
                                IT 214 (Delhi-Jammu). The flight got cancelled, and i was assured refund.

                                  Due to licence cancellation of Kingfisher airlines, their all flights got cancelled, accordingly i suppose to get my 100% refund against payment made by HDFC Banking.

                                  It has been seen so many time kingfisher offering the flight for Bangalore to Nagpur and canceling the flight so frequently.
                                  After booking the ticket only one day before the informing us to cancellation of flight and not providing any alternative for the particular date which is resulting as personal loss in terms of money and family function.
                                  I have booked the ticket 5 month before for 7 people in 16000 bucks. The have to refund the amount with interest rate for the 5 month.
                                  And please ask to such airlines for cancellation they have to share the reason with the fact, mostly because of the less passenger they are keep on canceling the flight.
                                  They are not thinking how much it will effect to a normal human being they are just playing with there profit.


                                  Request you please ask airlines to pay penalty for cancellation in terms of money.
                                  This will provide better services and care to a normal human being.

                                  Kingfisher Airlines — cancellation

                                  I booked a flight 8th February from Dharamsala (Kangra/Gaggle) to Delhi. The flight was scheduled to leave at 16.30. despite calling the airline first at 2pm I was told the flight was on time. Once arrived at the airport I was again told the aircraft was scheduled to be on time. It was then delayed for 1 hour. then a further 30 minutes. Finally with no explanation the flight was cancelled. I had to get a connecting flight to the UK and so had to take a 12 hour taxi from Dharamsala to Delhi. Furthermore the ticket took 3 weeks and two reminders to be refunded. I am amazed that the airline can operate in this way. I am also told that Kingfisher frequently cancel flights where there are insufficient passengers although this can not be substantiated, however on this particular day the weather was clear so I would be surprised if weather was a factor. I hope someone can take issue with Kingfisher about this appalling practice.
                                  I have also bad experience with Kindfisher Airlines in getting back the amount for which I have made booking through the credit card. As I have not paid back the amount to the Credit Card Company every month I am suffering huge loss on account of interest. kindly tell me where I can give the complaint.

                                  2. I have not been given any reason whatsoever for not lettine me board the flight.How can the airline not let me board the flight when I have the ticket, report as per the scheduled time and follow all other rules prescribed.
                                  3. I am bearing immense cost for buying another air ticket during the peak season, at a much higher cost, in addition to a major delay in personal agenda as I was to join an organization as an intern on 2nd June.
                                  In this situation the best possible thing that I can do is to seek your intervention to get this issue resolved in the best possible way.
                                  I look forward to a solution oriented response to my Complaint

                                  Kingfisher Airlines — Refund not received

                                  I have not received the Full Refund entitled to me against my Ticket no. [protected] as the Kingfisher Flight had been cancelled by the airline.

                                    Hi, Actually i have booked my two AIR Tickets from new Delhi to Srinagar for 30Nov, but there flight has been cancelled.
                                    I have sent them many notifications, reminders to refund my amount. it has been almost 4 months ,but they did not refund my amount yet. my ticket refrence was #NTHPBA

                                      from chandigarh to chennai via mumbai

                                      arrival date-9 january 2013 at 20.30
                                      to reach chennai but the flight got cancelled and in urgency
                                      i had to book ac 1st class in train that did cost me a fortune.
                                      sir i have not received any refund back from the airlines and now its been more than 5 months.
                                      i am trying to call kingfisher helpdesk but no one is available there.
                                      kindly help me get back my refund.

                                      I didnt get the iticket booked on saturday, 13 th June. My date of journey is tomorrow, 16th june. I contacted the local courier and they told that ticket is not yet reached there.Please do the needfull as soon as possible.

                                      Airlines Tickets — Ticket not received

                                      On 15th May 2012 I have booked tickets roundtrip Delhi-Kathmandu-Delhi on line through cleartrip. An amount of Rs.25,000/- was debited in net banking through Indian Overseas Bank. After the process the message was received as successful. However, I did not receive the tickets. I called back to cleartrip people and I was informed that the tickets booking was not done and the money will be refunded. Till now I have not received money back. Details are as follows :
