I bought a bike from king autoriders, I went for second service on 11-Apr-2017. I handed over my bike around 10:30 AM and supervisor informed me that it will be ready by 11:30 AM. I told that I will be collecting at 2:30 PM.
I went to collect my bike at 2:30 and got shocked that bike was still lying in waiting area. I checked with him but didn't got any answer. It was compete mess that none of the staff is aware about it.
Today morning(12-Apr-2017) I got that called from service center for bike collection. I requested them to deliver it at my office as there was delay from kings service center but they spoke to me very rudely and told you have to pay extra for that as first preference would be for Paid service, its really shocking that how RE customers have been treated.
I told that I will complain to RE and he said Wherever you want to make complain do it I don't mind.
