Same with me, Brought Thunderbird 350 on 22 July 2015, Still no registration done, Earlier commitment done was 1 Aug then 4 Aug then 9 Aug, Still not registered. on my visit to their showroom on 3 Aug came to know that they have not even sent my documents for registration. My advise to buyers avoid this dealer, Try some one else. Pathetic service, And the problem is Royal Enfield dont have any way feedback form to inform about such dealers.

Log your complaint on Royal Enfield on [protected]@royalenfield.com and sure you should get a response from them. I did the same and then i was assisted by RE.
