My name is manoj k sure,
I have purchase usha food processor model:- fp 2663 from
Kings electronics pvt ltd (Kalyan) on 05.06.2016 but every month there is some excuse for the product this time it was almost 5 time i have gone there, i spoke there senior they told me do what ever you want but we cannot replace it it is your product.
They always give the complaint to the service center i told them to speak directly with the usha company but they didn't.
This is not the first time i have purchased the food processor, i have used philips and bajaj products but they didn't have this much problems as usha have.

I have left my product in their shop and i told them do what ever you want.
