Complaint as below :
As above inform my car service just before 1 monh and yesterday we just go outside, suddenly car not start by sell start, all lights in spedo meter blinking, also some beep beep noise near steering, i have to car start by pushing and start then i come home, what happenned still after one day car not start by key sell (I think some wiring or battery problem in car)... Pls send mechanic and pick up my car for proper solution.

Pls reply as soon as possible.

it is so fast, no need to process further my complaint, My Car has to be attended by kiran motors, Motera br., Ahmedabad by regular person who handeled my car every service time, & already Start the process process for resolve my Car problem, pls close my complaint, thank you Mitesh Patel & kiran Motors team... thank you kiran motora, motera it's...very good. keep itup...

    MY life first Cheating to kiran motors ltd my car delivery is not inclusive accessories and car back site painting and right site panel screeches and not good behavior branch manager and sales staff
    very poor work man ship an not properly answering and attitude is not good so I am not suggested to other man so pl your work man ship best

      I booked maruti swift car on dated 09/02/2017 wide qtn book no. 95 and qtn sr. No. 2371 and given amount rs. 5000/- wide cheque no. 043195 state bank of patiala, mid corporate branch. Ahmedabad.

      Sales executive mr. Shailesh kosti given commitment to give car delivery on or before 28/02/2017, but till 5th march company not allotead car..

      After i call customer care and requesting you cancel the booking and give the refund.. But till date executive not given the refund and not pick the my phone..

        We wish to lodge a serious complaint against kiran motors ahmedabad, customer care deptt, rajpath centre because of continuous harrassment by someone or the other calling us on mibile no. Any time for no reason except to complete their targets of customer calls probably.

        For car service
        Post service
        For insurance
        Asking questions like "sir how many km your car is shoing"?

        Istead of service it is a dis-service by maruti suzuki to us.

        For same matter 2-3 persons will call, from different show rooms of kiran motors... Some times from rajpath, some times from motera, some times from kargill & where not?

        Repeatedly we have requested your sales manager mr. Shyam jani but no actions have been taken since we bought the vehicle.

        We would like to approach top aauthorities at maruti suzuki if you can send us their email id.

          I purchased Suzuki Hayate EP from Kiran Motors Nikol, ahmedabad, I found engine problem on receiving bike, I informed to sales person of Kiran motors nikol Mr Nisarg. He made me fool till two month and there no proper response and service after bike sold. Mr Nisarg is a big cheater and selfish sales person. When you entered in showroom to purchase new bike that time will give proper response.
          Now I am very disappointed with purchasing new bike from Kiran Motors Nikol branch.
          I will suggest to not buy any bikes from Kiran Motors from Nikol Branch.

          I had purchased Breeza a year back. I has already covered 8000 Km, but it's average doesn't increase. It's around 12 km. which is very poor. I talked to the service man of Kiran motors many times while it goes on for a service. But all my efforts are in vain. Hope a positive reply from u

            On 6.08.2016 a cheque no.195578 for Rs.3618.00 was given to Dipesh, executive of your company for renewal of car insurance for the period from 2.09.2016to 2.09.2017 in favour of ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd.

            It is not renewed .

            This is a gross negligence on the side of staff responsible for renewing proceedings.

            Pay the damages, renew it and resole the issue.

            Very very worst customer service and they are cheating with customer. i bought bike March 2017, and till now registration not done. and i chasing with them every day but no response received from them.
            almost i lost my money, i paid full cash.
            i every seen this kind cheater in my life.

              Hello, we had done some repair and servicing for our maruti 800 car recently at kiran motors located in vadodara. The car had a minor accident and required some small repair. E. G. One of the headlight was broken and minor dumps on the bonnet of the car. The excels needs to be replaced etc.

              We submitted the car to kiran motors's service center on 28.05.2016 and they when asked for estimate, they refuse to provide any estimate, they also tried to misguide by saying that you should sell the car to us or let insurance company decide the price. (They must have some settings with insurance agents). It seems like a big organized corruption going on in that sector in gujarat but no one cares.

              Then kiran motors kept the car with them and took more than 20 days to repair it (Charging for storage of the car per day and other expenses). They gave any excuses they could think of whenever we followed up.

              Then at the end, they generated a bill of 25000 and insurance company paid some part of it.

              But after settlement with insurance company, they charged additional 4000 rs. To us. Saying they forgot to add it to bill.

              Worst part is, they still did not fix the excel problem which makes noise while driving, they did not fix the dumps, they did not properly cover the top part so now the car has water leakage problem.

              Now i noticed that they do not care about this consumer complaint at all. They are ruling their dominant world. It seems that this is how auto \ car sale is working in gujarat. They are not at all paying any attention to customer satisfaction or complaint.

              I think some government body should look in to this and do the needful to teach them a leasson.

              THis shows how corrupt Gujarat government is. Big Business players like Kiran motors are simply abusing and destroying consumer rights in Gujarat.

                I have book Maruti CIAZ VXI on 26/05/2015. At time of booking Kiran Motors's sales executive have offered discount of Rs.15000/- on price of car, but it will reimburse after registration of car. One month after I have requested for reimbursement of amount. I have call so many times for reimbursement but company have not refund discounted amount. I have called DGM of Kiran Motors for the same but still date I have not received any reply or money. Right Know I am feel like be cheated from reputed car dealers of reputed car making company.Now they are inspire for taking some legal action.

                  I recently purchased a maruti suzuki ciaz hybrid. On 14th of October 2015 from kiran motors in ahmedabad. 2 days later i discovered that the front glass had some white coloured bubbles and also there were taces of colour on my bonett. I went to kiran motors with the problem insted of solving the problem they used some instruments which has caused infinite scratches on my glass and also i had a car freshner in my car which was stolen while i had given the car for service. Who would accept scratches on a car worth 10 lakh. These guys have distroted my hope of dealing with the service section of kiran motors

                    I bought ertiga vxi from Kiran motor Vadodara, Gujarat. Since 28/08/2014. After one month 1st service completed it's ok but next month i drive the car and it just bump or jerk in road ups and down the noise hear in front right suspension. i take my car three times to solve the problem but service adviser misguide me about the problem. He said it's not on front but it is in back side. No it is false. Since date my problem is solve and noise become very heavy. This is not done just in six month car have this problem, where is the maruti's trust.

                      Hello All

                      I want to log a complaint against Kiran Motors Ahmedabad we
                      booked a celerio automatic in feb14

                      Now they are telling us that we have to buy it with accessories
                      because Maruti is only rolling out with it

                      Moreover we are being threatened that if we don’t make a
                      decision soon we have to wait for another 6 to8 months

                      Kindly look into this matter ASAP

                        i have purchased maruti swift ldi from kiran motors on feb 2010. in one year i have drive 25000kms. i have regularly made all the services at the time given by the company. but in 4th paid service they suggest me to make wheel alighnment and wheel balancing. so i told company officials to do the same. But when i got my car from the service i found my car was totally going throght left side and one of my 5 wheel was totally faild.
                        when i complain the company for this problem they neglacted my suffering with car and i have to do it ready at outside garrage. so it was very bad experianc with kiran motors and willl never have trust on maruti co. so i[censored] find that i told genuine problem then u can action and contect me.

                          THIS IS IN REFERENCE OF MY REGISTERED VEHICLE NO. GH-1-HR-971 MARUTI ALTO 2008 MODEL. YESTERDAY I HAD KEPT MY CAR FOR THE PAID SERVICE AND SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT ONE OF YOUR SERVICE CENTRES MECHANIC HAS TAKEN MY CENTRAL LOCK REMOTE CONTROL, MY CAR WAS WITH MR. NIRAV, HE HAD TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD SEND IT AT MY RESIDENCE WITHIN AN HOURS TIME. BUT, TILL TODAY MORNING AT 9.00 am. WHEN IT DIDN'T CAME THAN I HAD CALL NIRAV ON HIS MOBILE NO. [protected]. ON PHONE HE SAID ME THAT HE IS AT HIS RESIDENCE, AS SOON AS HE REACHES THE WORK SHOP, HE WOULD CHECK IT WITH THE MECHANIC AND WOULD SEND IT AT MY RESIDENCE.

                          THIS COMPLAINT I M WRITING ON 02/06/2011 AT 11.25AM FROM MY OFFICE. THIS ISSUE HAD OCCURED ON 01/02/2011 AT 7.25PM. I HAD WAITED TILL 8.00PM FOR MY LOST DEVICE BUT, NO ONE WAS ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

                          HERE, I THINK WHY SHOULD I RECOMMEND KIRAN MOTORS TO FRIENDS/RELATIVES. INFACT KATARIA GIVES BETTER SERVICE THAN URS.

                          IF WITHIN NEXT 8 HRS. IF I DIDN'T GET MY DEVICE THAN I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE SOME MORE STRICT STEPS TO RECOVER MY DEVICE.

                            I had a bad experience with Kiran Motors True Value Workshop...had given car for service and repairs few days back as I was experiencing some problem while driving, the EDUCATED service engineer from Kiran Motors told me that it is clutch problem and once the same is replaced than everything will be fine. So in Mar'11 I gave them my car and they replaced defective part with new one (as they updated me and shown me faulty part also have bill of same) and assured me that the problem will not occur now but today while writing this comment it is less than a month and problem started again...when contacted workshop manager than he directly put an allegation on me that it is my bad driving style due to which it has again come up and we do not take warranty or guarantee of things like clutch, breaks and cables.
                            After lot of discussion and repeated visits today they have again taken my car for check up and will let me know the status by evening.
                            My concern here is firstly, I own three cars and drive them my self moreover I am driving since last 18 yrs than how come my other two cars do not have this type of problem, Secondly if a customer is ready to pay for services and parts than why these type of dealers do not listen to customers and do the things which is value for money and fix the problem once an for all.
                            Guys, please be aware of such dealers and save your hard earned money.

                            Kiran Motors — After Sales Service

                            I Had purchased a car just one month back and the after sales service is just pathetic. We have to chase sales agent for each and every document for several days before you get it on hand.

                            Car passing, municipal tax token, Number plates. are delevered to you after nearly after 3 weeks of purchase.

                            The sales men has to manners, and workshop computer details are not in order, though the car might have gone to their workshop for the first service, their records show the car is already serviced before and they would not service the car. You have to spend nearly 4 hours to talk to their superiors and get your car serviced just to follow the norms for warrenty.

                            I would never suggest any one to go for their cars from this dealer in future.

                                I had purchased a Maruti 800 STD Car through a local agent from Kiran Motors Ahmedabad on[protected]. I had paid in cash to the local agent and he had paid in cheque to the Dealer. By mistake of the dealer, a hypo to ICICI Bank was mentioned in the invoice and so it got also endorsed in the RC book. In fact there was no loan from any finance company. The original RC book was misplaced in my office.

                                We went to RTO for duplicate book and were asked to produce NOC from ICICI Bank. The bankers said that because we not financed the car we cannot give the NOC but i[censored] can produce as the payments on letter head of your dealer we will issue the NOC.

                                I have been running around the RTO office, the ICICI Bank and the Kiran motors past 2 months but there is no solution. End number of times I have requested the Kiran Motors Limited to simply give me a statement of their letter head as how the payment was received by them for the car sold to me. I have sent an email, a fax and also by Regd. Ad. but their attitude is so callous I just cannot understand what to do. I have also registered a complain with the Maruti suzuki company about the dealer. It is not just the staff's attitude at Kiran Motors but even the promoter/owner did not show any interest when one of my friend who knew him personally explained the situation and asked for a statement.

                                Kindly be aware of such dealers.

                                I had a bad experience also which I must share.

                                My vehicle no GJ1HS 9737 was serviced at Kiran Motors in Ahmedabad a few days back. The vehicle was picked up from my residence and dropped back. The distance is approximately 5-6 km. But when the vehicle returned I was shocked to find that it hasd run 78 km. Also, the key which has a remote lock was found damaged. When confronted, the employees simply refused to accept that anything was wrong.

                                Another issue, the amount they charge for lubricants is ludicrous. I think they may make huge profits selling lubricants to captive customers. When asked about this, they say that we are free to buy lubricants from elsewhere, but then they mention that in their service sheet. This given them scope to wriggle out of their warranty contrack by putting blame on the lubricants used. Doesnt matter even if you buy it from the authorised dealer who also supplies to Kiran Motors.

                                Besides, to say that we are free to buy lubricants elsewhere is not fair. That goes without saying. We are also free to get our vehicles serviced elsewhere. We are free to buy cars elsewhere. What are they doing in the market.

                                I guess we will have to approach Maruti Suzuki to redress this since Kiran Motors is not terribly concerned about these grievances.
                                Though my friends and beloved warned me not to see Kiran motors SG Highway, i have neglected their advice and put trust on M/s Maruti company who has given the dealership to KIRAN SG Highway.
                                They charges huge amount but you will find that your vehicle has less everage & more dirty then before.
                                After charging huge amount observed they have not even clean my car.
                                So, Please dont through your money on Kiran Motors.u will lose your money as well as your vehicle's health. i[censored] have more money pl donate it. One should even don't look toward SG Road Kiran Motors.Their saff is irresponsible, unawre of his duties.Supervisors are not discharging their duties .

                                I request to M/s Maruti company and owner of Kiran SG keep mercy on middle class car owner. pl either provide good service or sell it with the condition "Buy Maruti car without service After sell".

                                kiran motors ltd — replace car

                                my name is mihir suthar and i have maruti ritz ldi and number is Gj-1-KF-6739 bought on 9-10-10. its only been 4 months and my car stopped down on road suddenly on 5-2-11, then i called up to kataria, khokhra, ahmedabad then they have sent toing van to pull my car to kataria, khokhra, ahmedabad. 6 days completed today and i neither have received my car back not any satisfactory answer from them. in only just 4 months i got this problem with this car, so i dont want to keep this car with me, i want replacement of this car. Kindly do the needful.

                                Guys, please be aware of such dealers and save your hard earned money.
                                I read the complains about Kiran motors ahd. But this about Kiran motors surat. I read about the clutch problem but. Here they stole the keychain of my car. If they can do such a belittling thing then they can do anything. It held a sentimental value for me and my family. Shame on the owners of such a company tAlks highly about where the value lies.

                                  I had paid good money for repair of A/c of the car. After replacing compressor, the A/c stopped working and it was sent to the compressors supplier. The compressor, as told to me, was replaced 2 times by Subros, Ahemedabad. There after when a/c did not work they will just top up gas. It ultimately failed after around 18 months after my payment.
                                  After follow up to repair, they are refusing to repair. When referred to Maruti, Ahemedabad, I was advised that Kiran Mototrs did not use Maruti compressor. Maruti is refusing to help except that they are providing lip service.
                                  What should I do now?

                                  Hello, We had done some repair and servicing for our Maruti 800 Car recently at Kiran motors Located in Vadodara. The car had a minor accident and required some small repair. e.g. one of the headlight was broken and minor dumps on the bonnet of the car. the excels needs to be replaced etc.

                                  We submitted the car to Kiran motors's service center on 28.05.2016 and they when asked for estimate, they refuse to provide any estimate, they also tried to misguide by saying that you should sell the car to us or let insurance company decide the price. (They must have some settings with Insurance agents). It seems like a big organized corruption going on in that sector in Gujarat but No one cares.

                                  Then Kiran motors kept the car with them and took more than 20 days to repair it (charging for storage of the car per day and other expenses). they gave any excuses they could think of whenever we followed up.

                                  Then at the end, they generated a bill of 25000 and Insurance company paid some part of it.

                                  But after settlement with Insurance company, they charged additional 4000 Rs. to us. saying they forgot to add it to bill.

                                  Worst part is, they still did not fix the excel problem which makes noise while driving, they did not FIX THE DUMPS, they did not properly cover the top part so now the car has water leakage problem.

                                  Now I noticed that THey do not care about this consumer complaint at all. They are ruling their dominant world. It seems that this is how Auto car sale is working in GUJARAT. They are not at all paying any attention to customer satisfaction or complaint.

                                  I think some government body should look in to this and do the needful to teach them a leasson.
