Kissht Finance — emi deferment request and not replying to my mail from past 5 days | |||||
My name is priyanka nair. Mobile no [protected]. [protected]@gmail.com. I have taken loan from kissht of 40k. But bcoz of lockdown the entire country people are at home resulted in shortage of funds, financial problems. I have requested and emailed kissht finance [protected]@kissht.com for emi deferment foe more than 6 times but everytime i have got the auto generated mail stating your ticket has been raised wait for 24 hrs. I dont know which 24hrs.. Its more than 5days i am emailing them to grant me emi deferment as i am not in a condition to pay now bcoz of shortages of money. But this people are just sending messages maintain your account balance for repayment. So i have choosen this complaint platform to make sure i am right from my side by emailing and asking them about emi deferment first. As a bank or nbfc ita their duty to ask customer that they need emi deferment or not.. But here it is opposite. So the complaint portal please do needful as i dont have money.
