Sir should pay my loan due on date 4070 rupees but he did not updated and asking me again to pay I will send my bank statement and screen shot also but he sending me messages to take illegal action saying

I have taken loan from kissht of 40k.
But bcoz of lockdown the entire country people are at home resulted in shortage of funds, financial problems.
I have requested and emailed kissht finance [protected]@kissht.com for emi deferment foe more than 6 times but everytime i have got the auto generated mail stating your ticket has been raised wait for 24 hrs. I dont know which 24hrs.. Its more than 5days i am emailing them to grant me emi deferment as i am not in a condition to pay now bcoz of shortages of money. But this people are just sending messages maintain your account balance for repayment.
So i have choosen this complaint platform to make sure i am right from my side by emailing and asking them about emi deferment first. As a bank or nbfc ita their duty to ask customer that they need emi deferment or not.. But here it is opposite. So the complaint portal please do needful as i dont have money. And again i am requesting kissht to grant me emi deferment.

I have taken loan from kissht finance. From last few months i am not able to pay the emi amount on time due to my late salary issue and also i have informed them about it. This time mr. Abhay singh rathod has hacked my mobile contacts and he called to my friends and my relatives for the collection and trying threatening.
I want strict action against him and these company.

Dear sir,
My name is vijaykumar patilbhai binnar having a loan agreement with kissht finance.

I was not able to receive call and was not aware that kissht collection team was calling.

But in my surprised, i received a call from my relatives that from kissht they received call and frighten them to make payment else will be in trouble.
And they were not reference which i gave.

They traced my phone and stole my personal data from my phone.

I want kissht to send my agreement and will be filing defamation case for degrading my reputation over the phone to my relatives.

Hello sir, i applied loan from kissht website on 29.09.2018, down payment 441 rs - totally paid, but after receiving down payment kissht website rejected my application without telling any reason, i call many more times to kissht customer care there is no response, so kindly request you to take a necessary action against kissht website to recover my money as soon as possible, i attached the some of documents proof of payment, so i need a needful help from your side thank you.
