[Resolved]  Kissht — flipkart cardless credit pay

Hi

Flipkart cardless credit pay is a service offered by kissht which is company financed by si creva capital services pvt ltd. I have a final payment of rs 5134 to be paid. I am unable to make this payment due to financial issues due to the lockdown. I have called kissht and was informed that my request for moratorium has been forwarded to the concerned department will get back to me. I haven't recieved any reply.in the meantime they have charged a late fee of rs 200 to my account. As far as the moratorium i haven't recieved any repply from kissht and i also spoke with rashmi and customer service rep from kissht who was very rude and says that a fee of rs 299 will also be charged to skip or postpone the emi for a month and the late fee charge will have to paid as well. I dont mind paying a small amount of interest but late fee being charged is not as directed by the rbi. Ive attached screenshots as well for reference.
