[Resolved] Kissht — harassment from the collection team

Hi. I have availed a loan of 6k from kissht and for the repayment - since i cudnt pay on time, i asked for some extension. But the collection team is now calling all my contacts and harassing them. Not sure how they can do this. If this do not stop the i will have to wruth to banking ombudsman. I have already sent an email to [protected]@kissht.com but till now no one has replied. We were trying to get in touch with you from a long time but there was no response from your side. Kindly note that since your number is not reachable/not responding/switched off most of the time, our collection team has to finally call your known contacts. Our team acquired these contacts during the field visits and the only intention behind calling them is that we want them to pass on the EMI reminder message to you for repayment of your outstanding amount because we do not want your CIBIL to be adversely affected due to late payments. As per our system record, your repayment date was[protected] and payment is not done yet. We suggest you to kindly make the payment with late fees charges so that we can update your application and payment.
