Kissht — Loan Amount Paid But report to cibil for non payment

Hi
I am user of kissht app and paid all the loan on time recently one of there excutive told me that we'll charge you penalty if you'll delay in loan repayment after two days of loan due date I paid whole amount with penalty and executive promised me they will not report to cibil as you'll pay after two days with executive consent. But after all they report cibil about that non payable. I checked my cibil where kissht loan repayment active since kissht already provided me NOC. Please do the needful as I made payment on time as promised but afterall why they levied me hefty amount of charges and report to cibil of non repayment. Please check the attachment of kissht NOC and ss of cibil.
