Kissht — not showing loan option after repay

Hi,
I have active account with you and i am regular user of your services also happy with your services but suddenly after repaying my last loan on time app is not showing to take loan option, i tried to contact through conversation and emails but there is no response by your side, kindly revert me what is the problem with app or my account, is it cause of lockdown or something else? If there is any solution kindly do it as highly basis asap,
