[Resolved]  Kissht — the loan amount has been paid but it's active on cibil data

I have cleared the loan amount but loan is still showing as active in cibil report.

Please close the loan as it's already paid and your executive who visited my place for the recovery i asked time of 10 days but he called to my manager number and asked the loan amount which humiliated me in my office.

I said i would pay and i couldn't pick the call as mobile phone is not allowed inside office. But why he called to my manager and informed i have given number as reference where i forced to resign the job from humiliation.
