Kissht — Threaten Call from Kissht Recovery Agent | |
Dear Sir/Kissht Team, I took a loan from your organisation on 30th Sep 2020 of Rs 6, 724/-. Due for said loan is 15th Oct 2020. On 3rd of October my report came that I am Covid+ (report attached). I have had a home quarantine since 3rd of this month. The 16th my 3rd test report is again positive. Today I got a call from your collection representative, and I explained all this scenario to him also and informed him that before 25th of this month your payment will get done as I am covid+ and lots of expenses happened this month for the same. Against o[censored]nderstading my issue, he started putting allagation me that, "Teri shakal dekh kar lagta hai tu jhuth bol rha hai, loan bharne ki aukat nhi to liya kyu. Aawaz niche karke baat kr, even in the starting i didnt say anything wrong to him, I am talking with him like bhai payment ho jayega. After few minutes i lost my control and I started shouting also and make argument with him. He called to my mother stating "Tumhare bete ko yahi sikh diya hai kya, loan liya to bharne nhi hota. Over the call, i clearly mentioned that before 25th payment will get done. Please listen the call and decide, it is threaten call or not. I never ask time for 2 or 3 months. I ask for 3 days only.
