Klickpay Services Pvt Ltd — Axis bank credit card payment

I have deposited rs 20000 as on 5th September 2021 in axis bank credit card through sbi net banking. Above mentioned amount has been debited from my account but the said amount has neither been credited in credit card nor I got a successful credited amount message. Please look into this matter.
