I added Rs 5000 from my sbi savings acc to freecharge wallet on 19th sept 2021. Though amount was debited from my acc it is not credited in wallet.

I would like to make a complaint regarding your poor services. I had made a transaction of ₹5000 on 07 August 2021 from axis bank mobile app to pay my credit card from my other bank account, however, neither the payment reflected back nor it credited my card due to which I have incurred a lot of charges and interest. This is really pathetic. Now, I want my payment to credit my card immediately and all the charges refunded...
