I added Rs 5000 from my sbi savings acc to freecharge wallet on 19th sept 2021. Though amount was debited from my acc it is not credited in wallet.

I have paid my credit card bill payment on 24th aug but still it is not showing as credited even though my money is debited from my account. Look into this issue and solve the issue asap.

I have deducted 1500 rupees from my account through online sbi ke by adding 1500 rupees to rxce website game but not added to it,

I have deposited rs 20000 as on 5th September 2021 in axis bank credit card through sbi net banking. Above mentioned amount has been debited from my account but the said amount has neither been credited in credit card nor I got a successful credited amount message. Please look into this matter. I was made 16800.50 rs from my sbi saving account through klickpay for my credit card payment due (axis Bank) on 25 Aug 2021 but now till date amount not reflect in my credit card account.

I would like to make a complaint regarding your poor services. I had made a transaction of ₹5000 on 07 August 2021 from axis bank mobile app to pay my credit card from my other bank account, however, neither the payment reflected back nor it credited my card due to which I have incurred a lot of charges and interest. This is really pathetic. Now, I want my payment to credit my card immediately and all the charges refunded as there was no fault of mine.

Looking for early satisfactory resolution.

The payment has been debited and it showing "TO TRANSFER
INB KLICKPAY SERVICES PVT LTD" Due to which my merchant has not received the payment.

I have not done this transaction to KLICKPAY SERVICES PVT LTD.
This transaction done without my knowledge.
Due to which I am getting payment reminder.

This is Venkataratnam Bodapati I payed Rs 25000 toward clear my axis bank credit card dues through axis bank mobile app "pay my dues" on 07/08/2021. I am using NetBanking of SBI . Amout Rs 25000 debited fr sbi saving bank but not credited to my axisbank credit card .I have checked my sbi transaction history I found this transaction done through klickpay services Pvt ltd.kindly check your side and resolve problems. To day I contact sbi customer service department they told this transaction done successfully . But money not credited to my axisbank credit Card account. Axisbank credit card customer service department officials told with in two working days money return back to my sbi saving bank account. But alredy four working days completed.
