Klickpay Services Pvt Ltd — Axis bank credit card Payment has not done successfully

Sir,

I have paid my dues to axis bank credit card of Rs.10988 on 07th August 2021, the amount was debited from my SBI account(transaction details attached)
Till date neither it is being reflecting in axis bank credit card nor refunded to my sbi account .
