i am the employ of kochar infotech .and i am working from eight months in that company but they give us not more chances in job and give us salary only 3200 rs per month and we do eight hours job in the company and they earn 2.5 lacks from every agent and they behave with us like beasts.one agent supervising three circles means each agent manage three circles at one time and they combine postpaid and prepaid combine so agents taking calls and calls every time and after that we face fatals defects lots of thing which effect our salary and itrs deducts we are very helpless no one help us they are lots of issue in company plz take neccessary steps against kochar infotech we r very thankful to u for this
